本发明涉及汽车灯具技术领域,具体涉及一种挂车后组合灯,包括长度在550mm—650mm,宽度在100mm—150mm的矩形灯壳体,灯壳体前端面设置有三个处于同一直线上的安装空间,在每一安装空间中装配有LED发光源,以及设置在灯壳体上与上述三个安装空间一一对应的三个方形配光罩,所述配光罩的前表面处于同一平面上。本发明结构简单,便于生产、安装维护。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车灯具技术领域,具体涉及一种挂车后组合灯。
背景技术
挂车后组合灯装配于车体后方,具有后位、制动、转向等作用,现有结构的后组合灯,在灯壳体中设置一安装空间,将相应的发光灯泡装配于安装空间中,并通过另外的隔挡板将发光灯泡隔开,这样的结构相对来说比较复杂,不便于生产、安装、维护。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种结构简单、便于大批量生产、安装维护便利的挂车后组合灯。
实现本发明的技术方案如下:
挂车后组合灯,包括长度在550mm—650mm,宽度在100mm—150mm的矩形灯壳体,灯壳体前端面设置有三个处于同一直线上的安装空间,在每一安装空间中装配有LED发光源,以及设置在灯壳体上与上述三个安装空间一一对应的三个方形配光罩,所述配光罩的前表面处于同一平面上。
所述配光罩的四角通过螺钉或螺栓或铆接或焊接方式固定于灯壳体上。
所述相邻方形配光罩之间具有1mm—10mm的间隔。
所述灯壳体背面设置有直径在10mm—15mm的出线孔。
所述灯壳体背面的两端分别设置有安装柱。
所述配光罩的长度为180mm—200mm,宽度为110mm—140mm。
采用了上述方案,灯壳体中分别设置三个独立的安装空间,安装空间可以是在制造灯壳体时一次成型的,在每一安装空间中装配有使用寿命长、亮度高的LED发光源,这样相邻安装空间不产生干扰,从而保证每安装空间中的LED发光源发出光线不受其他的干扰;另外,三个方形配光罩处于同一平面上,提升组合灯的整体美观度,也能够避免相邻LED发光源产生光线的干扰;本发明结构简单,便于生产、安装维护。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
参见图1、2、3,挂车后组合灯,包括长度A可为550mm或600mm或650mm,宽度B可为100mm或125mm或150mm的矩形灯壳体1,灯壳体前端面设置有三个处于同一直线上的安装空间2在每一安装空间中装配有LED发光源,以及设置在灯壳体上与上述三个安装空间一一对应的三个方形配光罩3,配光罩的前表面4处于同一平面上。具体实施中,配光罩的四角通过螺钉或螺栓或铆接或焊接方式固定于灯壳体上。
相邻方形配光罩之间具有1mm—10mm的间隔C,实施时,间隔可以为1mm、3mm、5mm、7mm、10mm,当然还可以更大;灯壳体背面设置有直径为10mm或13mm或15mm的出线孔5。灯壳体背面的两端分别设置有安装柱6。配光罩的长度D为180mm或190mm或200mm,宽度E为110mm或120mm或130mm或140mm。

1.挂车后组合灯,其特征在于,包括长度在550mm—650mm,宽度在100mm—150mm的矩形灯壳体,灯壳体前端面设置有三个处于同一直线上的安装空间,在每一安装空间中装配有LED发光源,以及设置在灯壳体上与上述三个安装空间一一对应的三个方形配光罩,所述配光罩的前表面处于同一平面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挂车后组合灯,其特征在于,所述配光罩的四角通过螺钉或螺栓或铆接或焊接方式固定于灯壳体上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的挂车后组合灯,其特征在于,所述相邻方形配光罩之间具有1mm—10mm的间隔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的挂车后组合灯,其特征在于,所述灯壳体背面设置有直径在10mm—15mm的出线孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的挂车后组合灯,其特征在于,所述灯壳体背面的两端分别设置有安装柱。
6.根据权利要求1所述的挂车后组合灯,其特征在于,所述配光罩的长度为180mm—200mm,宽度为110mm—140mm。
