Abstract

本发明为一种大功率LED路灯,设置有灯头(1),在该灯头(1)下端连接有底座(2),在该底座(2)上安装有散热器(3),在该散热器(3)的表面分布有LED基板(4),在所述底座(2)上还设置有灯罩(5),该灯罩(5)将所述散热器(3)和LED基板(4)罩住,且在该灯罩(5)填充有导热硅油(6)。本发明整体结构简单,布局紧凑,采用导热硅油的采用,在保证散热的同时,大大减小散热了散热的器体积,降低了生产成本,使本发明可大规模推广;采用导热硅油和散热器配合,散热效果好,使本发明可应用在大功照明领域,在保证光效的同时,延长LED的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体涉及一种利用硅油散热的大功率LED灯光源。
背景技术
随着LED技术的发展,在照明领域因具有光效高、能耗低、光线柔和等优点,已经被大范围的使用,逐渐取代传统的白炽灯。但在大功率照明的应用领域,如城市路灯,在使用时需要加入体积庞大,结构复杂的散热器装置,生产成本高,且散热效果不好,LED不能充分的散热便会导致光衰,使用寿命也将严重缩短,同时因为散热器装置的存在,无法达到全光周的照明状态,使LED路灯产生暗区。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种结构简单,利用小型散热器和导热
硅油配合解决大功率LED灯的散热,同时具有全光周的利用硅油散热的大功LED灯光源,具体技术方案如下:
一种大功率LED路灯,设置有灯头(1),在该灯头(1)下端连接有底座(2),在该底座(2)上安装有散热器(3),在该散热器(3)的表面分布有LED基板(4),在所述底座(2)上还设置有灯罩(5),该灯罩(5)将所述散热器(3)和LED基板(4)罩住,且在该灯罩(5)填充有导热硅油(6)。
在使用中,LED基板(4)上的LED灯珠产生的热量通过散热器(3)和导热硅油(6)共同吸热后通过灯罩(5)向外散发,其中灯罩(5)为PC罩,该PC罩通过粘接方式固定在底座(2)上。
为更好的实现本发明,可进步为:
在所散热器(3)的纵向设有散热通孔(7),且该散热器(3)的横截面为正五边形,在该散热器(3)的每个侧边上均纵向设置有散热鳍片,在该散热鳍片上固定安装有所述LED基板(4)。散热器整体结构简单,散热效果好,其中散热通孔的设置可防止散热器内部热量积聚,同时也方便导热硅油的浸入,更好的散热,采用正五边形结构,发光均匀,保证整个发明的360度发光。
在所述散热器(3)的内端上设有连接板(8),在该连接板(8)的外侧设有电路板(9),每个所述LED基板(4)的内端均穿出所述连接板(8),焊接在所述电路板(9)上;在所述底座(2)中纵向镶嵌有接线柱(10),该接线柱(10)一端与所述电路板(9)电性连接,另一端与所述灯头(1)电性连接。电路板的设置可使整个发明电源线路简单,结构紧凑,接线柱和底座采用注塑一体成型,保证密封性,可防止导热硅油流出。
在所述灯头(1)和底座(2)通过螺丝连接,结构简单,拆卸维修方便。
所述灯头(1)为螺纹灯头,更好的和现有的灯座配合,方便对传统照明系统的改造,扩大本发明的应用范围。
本发明的有益效果为:整体结构简单,布局紧凑,采用导热硅油的采用,在保证散热的同时,大大减小散热了散热的器体积,降低了生产成本,使本发明可大规模推广;采用导热硅油和散热器配合,散热效果好,使本发明可应用在大功照明领域,在保证光效的同时,延长LED的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示:一种大功率LED路灯,设置有螺纹形灯头1,在该灯头1下端连接有塑胶底座2,在灯头1上分布有三个固定孔,在塑胶底座2的上端和灯头1上的三个固定孔对应设置有螺纹孔,灯头1和底座2通过螺丝连接在一起,在该底座2上安装有散热器3,该散热器3的纵向设有散热通孔7,且该散热器3的横截面为正五边形,在该散热器3的每个侧边上均纵向设置有散热鳍片,在该散热鳍片上固定安装有LED基板4,在该散热器3的内端上设有圆形的连接板8,在该连接板8的外侧设有电路板9,每个LED基板4的内端均穿出所述连接板8,焊接在所述电路板9上;在所述底座2中纵向镶嵌有接线柱10,该接线柱10一端与所述电路板9电性连接,另一端与所述灯头1电性连接;
在所述底座2上还粘接有灯罩5,该灯罩5将所述散热器3和LED基板4罩住,且在该灯罩5填充有导热硅油6,该导热硅油6的上限和底座2有2~5mm空隙。

Claims (5)

1.一种大功率LED路灯,其特征在于:设置有灯头(1),在该灯头(1)下端连接有底座(2),在该底座(2)上安装有散热器(3),在该散热器(3)的表面分布有LED基板(4),在所述底座(2)上还设置有灯罩(5),该灯罩(5)将所述散热器(3)和LED基板(4)罩住,且在该灯罩(5)填充有导热硅油(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述大功率LED路灯,其特征在于:在所散热器(3)的纵向设有散热通孔(7),且该散热器(3)的横截面为正五边形,在该散热器(3)的每个侧边上均纵向设置有散热鳍片,在该散热鳍片上固定安装有所述LED基板(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述大功率LED路灯,其特征在于:在所述散热器(3)的内端上设有连接板(8),在该连接板(8)的外侧设有电路板(9),每个所述LED基板(4)的内端均穿出所述连接板(8),焊接在所述电路板(9)上;在所述底座(2)中纵向镶嵌有接线柱(10),该接线柱(10)一端与所述电路板(9)电性连接,另一端与所述灯头(1)电性连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述大功率LED路灯,其特征在于:在所述灯头(1)和底座(2)通过螺丝连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述大功率LED路灯,其特征在于:所述灯头(1)为螺纹灯座。
