本发明涉及一种法兰取压标准孔板装置,包括两引压法兰和孔板,所述两引压法兰同轴连接,所述孔板设置在两引压法兰之间,所述引压法兰上均连接有引压管,所述两引压法兰下端通过螺栓和螺母紧固。本发明提供一种结构简单、防腐防锈的法兰取压标准孔板装置。

本发明涉及一种法兰取压标准孔板装置,尤其涉及一种结构简单、防腐防锈的法兰取压标准孔板装置。
背景技术
现有的法兰取压标准孔板装置结构复杂,不利于生产和维修,且防腐防锈性能差,若长期与腐蚀性物质接触使得基材容易被腐蚀,产生泄露等危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、防腐防锈的法兰取压标准孔板装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种法兰取压标准孔板装置,包括两引压法兰和孔板,所述两引压法兰同轴连接,所述孔板设置在两引压法兰之间,所述引压法兰上均连接有引压管,所述两引压法兰下端通过螺栓和螺母紧固。
所述孔板与两引压法兰之间设置有密封垫。
所述孔板外表面包覆有锌基合金层。
本发明的有益效果:本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,结构简单,便于生产和维修;在孔板外表面包覆有锌基合金层,能有效保护孔板,起到防腐防锈作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种法兰取压标准孔板装置,包括两引压法兰1、2和孔板3,所述两引压法兰1、2同轴连接,所述孔板3设置在两引压法兰1、2之间,所述引压法兰1、2上均连接有引压管4,所述两引压法兰1、2下端通过螺栓和螺母紧固。
所述孔板3与两引压法兰1、2之间设置有密封垫5。
所述孔板3外表面包覆有锌基合金层。

1.一种法兰取压标准孔板装置,其特征在于:包括两引压法兰(1、2)和孔板(3),所述两引压法兰(1、2)同轴连接,所述孔板(3)设置在两引压法兰(1、2)之间,所述引压法兰(1、2)上均连接有引压管(4),所述两引压法兰(1、2)下端通过螺栓和螺母紧固。
2.根据权利要求1所述的法兰取压标准孔板装置,其特征在于:所述孔板(3)与两引压法兰(1、2)之间设置有密封垫(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的法兰取压标准孔板装置,其特征在于:所述孔板(3)外表面包覆有锌基合金层。
