Abstract
本发明公开了一种叶片式气动马达,包括配气阀、气缸、叶片、第一轴承、转子、第二轴承、第三轴承、制动器,其特征在于:所述气缸内部为球形空腔,上部设有上升进气孔、下降进气孔,下部设有一个排气孔;所述转子设置在气缸的前盖第三轴承、后盖第一轴承内,转子外径小于气缸内部球形空腔的内径,转子设置在气缸内部球形空腔的上部,保持间隙,间隙介于上升进气孔、下降进气孔之间,转子与缸内部球形空腔得轴线平行,转子在气缸内部球形空腔下方形成月牙形空腔;转子周围设有多个叶片槽,叶片槽内设有叶片。该叶片式气动马达,叶片与气缸内壁之间不产生滑动摩擦、减少了马达得消耗、降低了使用成本、避免了环境污染。

技术领域
本发明属于马达领域,特别涉及一种叶片式气动马达。
背景技术
现有技术中,同类叶片式气动马达,马达转子每转动一周,所有叶片都要在叶片槽内滑动一次,并沿气缸内壁滑动一周,由于马达高速旋转,叶片产生得离心力很大,沿气缸内壁滑动得速度又很高,因此叶片与气缸内壁之间会产生很强的摩擦,这种摩擦即消耗很多得动力,又容易引起叶片和气缸的磨损、痴线故障。实际使用中必须连续添加较多的雾化润滑油,才能维持正常转动,添加雾化润滑油,一方面增加了成本,另一方面造成废弃排出,污染环境。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种叶片式气动马达,该叶片式气动马达,叶片与气缸内壁之间不产生滑动摩擦、减少了马达得消耗、降低了使用成本、避免了环境污染。
本发明得技术方案是:一种叶片式气动马达,包括配气阀、气缸、叶片、第一轴承、转子、第二轴承、第三轴承、制动器,其特征在于:所述气缸前端设有前盖,后端设有后盖,前盖设有第三轴承,后盖设有第一轴承,所述气缸的前盖设置制动器,其一侧设有配气阀,所述气缸内部为球形空腔,上部设有上升进气孔、下降进气孔,下部设有一个排气孔;所述转子设置在气缸的前盖第三轴承、后盖第一轴承内,转子外径小于气缸内部球形空腔的内径,转子设置在气缸内部球形空腔的上部,保持间隙,间隙介于上升进气孔、下降进气孔之间,转子与缸内部球形空腔得轴线平行,转子在气缸内部球形空腔下方形成月牙形空腔;转子周围设有多个叶片槽,叶片槽内设有叶片。
进一步地,所述上升进气孔、下降进气孔直径均大于排气孔直径。
本发明得优点效果是:该叶片式气动马达,叶片与气缸内壁之间不产生滑动摩擦、减少了马达得消耗、降低了使用成本、避免了环境污染。

如图1、图2、图3所示,一种叶片式气动马达,包括配气阀1、气缸2、叶片3、第一轴承4、转子5、第二轴承6、第三轴承7、制动器8,其特征在于:所述气缸1前端设有前盖,后端设有后盖,前盖设有第三轴承7,后盖设有第一轴承4,所述气缸2的前盖设置制动器8,其一侧设有配气阀1,所述气缸2内部为球形空腔,上部设有上升进气孔9、下降进气孔12,下部设有一个排气孔10;所述转子5设置在气缸2的前盖第三轴承7、后盖第一轴承4内,转子5外径小于气缸2内部球形空腔的内径,转子5设置在气缸2内部球形空腔的上部,保持间隙,间隙介于上升进气孔9、下降进气孔12之间,转子5与气缸2内部球形空腔得轴线平行,转子5在气缸2内部球形空腔下方形成月牙形空腔;转子5周围设有多个叶片槽11,叶片槽11内设有叶片3。
进一步地,所述上升进气孔9、下降进气孔12直径均大于排气孔10直径。

1.一种叶片式气动马达,包括配气阀、气缸、叶片、第一轴承、转子、第二轴承、第三轴承、制动器,其特征在于:所述气缸前端设有前盖,后端设有后盖,前盖设有第三轴承,后盖设有第一轴承,所述气缸的前盖设置制动器,其一侧设有配气阀,所述气缸内部为球形空腔,上部设有上升进气孔、下降进气孔,下部设有一个排气孔;所述转子设置在气缸的前盖第三轴承、后盖第一轴承内,转子外径小于气缸内部球形空腔的内径,转子设置在气缸内部球形空腔的上部,保持间隙,间隙介于上升进气孔、下降进气孔之间,转子与缸内部球形空腔得轴线平行,转子在气缸内部球形空腔下方形成月牙形空腔;转子周围设有多个叶片槽,叶片槽内设有叶片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种叶片式气动马达,其特征在于:所述上升进气孔、下降进气孔直径均大于排气孔直径。
