本发明的有益效果是：
清洁工人只需在道路口，以空气压缩泵经所述充气阀向所述腔体充气，则出自所述出气口的气流，将树叶及轻质垃圾，不受非机动车道上所停汽车轮胎阻挡地吹至道路边，供清洁工人安全地作进一步清除。
