本发明公开了一种内衣针织面料的针织方法，以长桑蚕丝为面纱，氨纶丝为底纱，按照下述工艺进行织造：机器单面开幅针织大圆机机号48针/24.8mm筒径748mm路数92F转速15r/min 总针数4684针；发明的针织方法所织造的内衣针织面料的手感细腻柔滑，具有良好的吸湿排汗功能，穿着舒适，成品携带方便，满足女性的生理需求，市场前景广阔。

一种内衣针织面料的针织方法
技术领域
本发明属于服装面料技术领域，涉及一种内衣面料的织造，具体涉及一种内衣针织面料的针织方法。
背景技术
目前，针对女性内衣面料的设计，市场上多采用吸湿排汗涤纶、再生竹原纤维、莫代尔、Cleancool( 康纶)、PTT 及氨纶等纤维经纯纺、混纺和交织方式得到内衣面料，从而保证其吸湿排汗功能和良好的弹性以及拉伸回复性能；在织造过程中一般选用机号为28 针/25.4mm、24 针/25.4mm 的单面或双面圆纬机来进行编织；选用的原料线密度多在8.33 ～ 22.22tex(75 ～ 200D) 之间，但以上设计方法往往无法保证内衣面料的轻薄感和高档感。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明的目的在于提供一种集功能性、超轻、超薄、手感柔软滑爽于一体内衣针织面料的针织方法。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种超内衣针织面料的针织方法，以长桑蚕丝为面纱，氨纶丝为底纱，按照下述工艺进行织造：机器 单面开幅针织大圆机 机号 48 针/24.8mm 筒径 748mm 路数92F 转速 15r/min 总针数 4684 针。
上述技术方案中，所述的长桑蚕丝和氨纶丝的质量比为(5 ～ 6):(5 ～ 4)。
优选的，所述的长桑蚕丝和氨纶丝的质量比为5.5:4.5。
上述技术方案中，所述的长桑蚕丝线密度为3.4tex/24f。
上述技术方案中，所述的氨纶丝线密度为2.3tex。
本发明的针织方法所织造的内衣针织面料的手感细腻柔滑，具有良好的吸湿排汗功能，穿着舒适，成品携带方便，满足女性的生理需求，市场前景广阔。

实施例1
本发明的一种内衣针织面料的针织方法，以长桑蚕丝为面纱，氨纶丝为底纱，按照下述工艺进行织造：机器 单面开幅针织大圆机 机号 48 针/24.8mm 筒径 748mm 路数92F 转速 15r/min 总针数 4684 针。
长桑蚕丝和氨纶丝的质量比为5:5,长桑蚕丝线密度为3.2tex/24f ；氨纶丝线密度为2.1tex。

1.一种内衣针织面料的针织方法，其特征在于：以长桑蚕丝为面纱，氨纶丝为底纱，按照下述工艺进行织造：机器 单面开幅针织大圆机 机号 48 针/24.8mm 筒径 748mm 路数92F 转速 15r/min 总针数 4684 针。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种内衣针织面料的针织方法，其特征在于：所述的长桑蚕丝和氨纶丝的质量比为(5 ～ 6):(5 ～ 4)。
3.根据权利要求2 所述的一种内衣针织面料的针织方法，其特征在于：所述的长桑蚕丝和氨纶丝的质量比为5.5:4.5。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种内衣针织面料的针织方法，其特征在于：所述的长桑蚕丝线密度为3.4tex/24f。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的一种内衣针织面料的针织方法，其特征在于：所述的氨纶丝线密度为2.3tex。
