本发明公开了一种环保内墙装饰壁纸材料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:PE树脂40~60份,玻璃纤维10~20份,木纤维5~15份,聚氨酯颗粒1~10份,硅藻土5~10份,纳米二氧化硅3~8份,云母1~5份,发泡剂1~4份,抗菌剂0.3~0.8份,防水剂0.5~2份,抗静电剂0.1~1份。本发明所提出的壁纸具有很好的着色效果,同时具有很好的防霉,抗菌的作用,并具有很好的强度、韧性以及美观性能和良好的抗水性能,而且环保无污染,以及使用寿命长,可广泛用于家居、办公室和酒店等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种壁纸材料,具体为一种环保内墙装饰壁纸材料。
背景技术
壁纸,也称为墙纸,它是一种应用相当广泛的室内装修材料。因为墙纸具有色彩多样,图案丰富,豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点,故在欧美、日本等发达国家和地区得到相当程度的普及。壁纸分为很多类,如覆膜壁纸、涂布壁纸、压花壁纸等。通常用漂白化学木浆生产原纸,再经不同工序的加工处理。因为具有一定的强度、韧度、美观的外表和良好的抗水性能,广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆、酒店的室内装修等。
墙纸装饰目前在家居、办公室和酒店被广泛应用,而使用最广泛的壁纸是以PVC为原料的壁纸,质地较硬且难于着色,且含有增塑剂的环境中会对人们的身体健康造成极大的危害;而且使用寿命短,无法达到环保要求,也不能起到抗菌、防霉、释放负离子以及抗电磁辐射的作用。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。

本发明的目的是提供一种环保内墙装饰壁纸材料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种环保内墙装饰壁纸材料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:PE树脂40~60份,玻璃纤维10~20份,木纤维5~15份,聚氨酯颗粒1~10份,硅藻土5~10份,纳米二氧化硅3~8份,云母1~5份,发泡剂1~4份,抗菌剂0.3~0.8份,防水剂0.5~2份,抗静电剂0.1~1份。
进一步地,所述发泡剂为碳酸钙、碳酸镁或碳酸氢钠中的一种或多种混合物。
进一步地,所述抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂。
进一步地,所述防水剂为有机硅防水剂。
进一步地,所述抗静电剂为负离子微粉。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所提出的壁纸具有很好的着色效果,同时具有很好的防霉,抗菌的作用,并具有很好的强度、韧性以及美观性能和良好的抗水性能,而且环保无污染,以及使用寿命长,可广泛用于家居、办公室和酒店等。

一种环保内墙装饰壁纸材料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:PE树脂40份,玻璃纤维10份,木纤维5份,聚氨酯颗粒1份,硅藻土5份,纳米二氧化硅3份,云母1份,碳酸钙1份,银离子抗菌剂0.3份,有机硅防水剂0.5份,负离子微粉0.1份。
实施例2
一种环保内墙装饰壁纸材料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:PE树脂50份,玻璃纤维15份,木纤维10份,聚氨酯颗粒5份,硅藻土8份,纳米二氧化硅5份,云母3份,碳酸钙3份,银离子抗菌剂0.5份,有机硅防水剂1份,负离子微粉0.5份。
实施例3
一种环保内墙装饰壁纸材料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:PE树脂60份,玻璃纤维20份,木纤维15份,聚氨酯颗粒10份,硅藻土10份,纳米二氧化硅8份,云母5份,碳酸钙4份,银离子抗菌剂0.8份,有机硅防水剂2份,负离子微粉1份。
本发明所提出的壁纸具有很好的着色效果,同时具有很好的防霉,抗菌的作用,并具有很好的强度、韧性以及美观性能和良好的抗水性能,而且环保无污染,以及使用寿命长,可广泛用于家居、办公室和酒店等。

1.一种环保内墙装饰壁纸材料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料组成:PE树脂40~60份,玻璃纤维10~20份,木纤维5~15份,聚氨酯颗粒1~10份,硅藻土5~10份,纳米二氧化硅3~8份,云母1~5份,发泡剂1~4份,抗菌剂0.3~0.8份,防水剂0.5~2份,抗静电剂0.1~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种环保内墙装饰壁纸材料,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为碳酸钙、碳酸镁或碳酸氢钠中的一种或多种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种环保内墙装饰壁纸材料,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种环保内墙装饰壁纸材料,其特征在于:所述防水剂为有机硅防水剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种环保内墙装饰壁纸材料,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为负离子微粉。
