Abstract
一种净化印染废水凝聚剂用于印染污水处理,屑环境科学保护技术领域。它含有10~40%重量的高炉渣,50~70%重量的电石渣,10~20%的粉煤灰,这种净化印染废水凝聚剂来源方便,以废治废、变废为宝,它不仅有良好的凝聚作用.而且吸附沉淀快,对多种废水多种污染成份有很好的去除率。

本发明属于环境保护技术领域。具体地说是涉及到一种印染废水凝聚的无机药剂。
背景技术
本发明作出以前,在现有技术中用于印染污水处理的凝聚剂种类繁多,如碱式氯化铝、硫酸铝、硫酸亚铁等无机凝聚剂对印染废水的脱色效果差、处理效果不稳定,不能有效地脱除印染废水的颜色。
发明内容
本发明所提出的凝聚荆可避免上述缺点,,本发明旨在制做一种原料来源方便,价格便宜,凝聚、吸附、沉淀速度快,污泥脱永性能好的净化印染废水凝聚荆。
本发明所述的凝聚剂含有高炉渣10~40%;,电石渣50~70%,10~20%粉煤灰,物理混合而成。上述的凝聚荆可做成粉状。,
高炉渣是一种工业固体废物。高炉炼铁过程中排出的渣,又称高炉矿渣,其成为主要为CaO45%,SiO220%,Al2O37%,MgO19% ;电石渣是由电石生产乙炔气体所排放的废渣,电石渣的主要成份是Ca(OH)2;粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排出的主要固体废物,其主要成为SiO2、Al2O3、FeO、Fe2O3、CaO等。
本发明所述的净化印染废水凝聚剂与现有技术相比具有以下优点:l、来源方便,价格便宜,2、吸附、沉淀速度快,不仅有良好的凝聚作用,而且还具有其它凝聚剂所没有的杀菌作用;3、适应性宽,应用范围广,对多种印染废水及其它多种废水,多种污染成份都有良好的去除率。使用本发明凝聚剂的CODcr去除率大于,80%,印染污水脱色率大于95%。
具体实施方式
本发明的最佳实施例:先将50~70%重量的电石渣晒干或烘干,加10~40%重量的高炉渣,再加10~20 %粉煤灰均匀混合,进球磨机磨细200目,即成品包装。

1.一种净化印染废水凝聚剂,用于印染污水处理,属环境科学保护技术领域,它含有10~40%重量的高炉渣,50~70%重量的电石渣,10~20%的粉煤灰。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凝聚剂,其特征在于这种凝聚荆可做成粉状。
