一种米轨动车组转向架二系空簧超外侧悬挂机构,包括空气弹簧、高度阀、横向减振器、抗蛇行减振器、横向止挡和差压阀,其特征在于:构架的两根横梁管延长到侧梁外侧形成外悬臂结构,延长的两根横梁管上面对应开孔且连通一纵梁,两根横梁管与两侧的纵梁构成附加气室,附加气室与侧梁高度相同,附加气室上面设置二系空气弹簧安装座。本发明通过将构架组成中的两根横梁管延长到侧梁管外侧形成外悬臂结构,延长的两根横梁管上面对应开孔且连通一纵梁管,两根横梁管与两侧的纵梁管构成附加气室,附加气室与侧梁管高度相同,二系空气弹簧座安装在附加气室上面,使得二系空气弹簧安装座的横向跨距加大,增大了车辆运行的抗倾覆性能的同时提高了车辆运行的平稳性,满足车辆运行的安全性要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种二系空簧悬挂机构,尤其是涉及一种适用于米轨线路或其它窄轨线路的动车组转向架的二系空簧悬挂机构。
背景技术
目前转向架的二系空气弹簧安装座基本布置在构架侧梁中心线上,该结构在转向架设计上可以满足性能要求,工艺性好,结构简单。因米轨转向架的构架侧梁纵向中心线的距离变小,造成二系悬挂横向跨距减小,若采用传统转向架的二系悬挂设计,其结果会造成车辆运行时的抗倾覆性能降低,降低了车辆运行的平稳性,满足不了车辆运行的安全性的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种米轨动车组转向架二系空簧超外侧悬挂机构,以满足米轨线路或其它窄轨线路的动车组转向架的应用,满足车辆运行的安全性要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种米轨动车组转向架二系空簧超外侧悬挂机构,包括空气弹簧、高度阀、横向减振器、抗蛇行减振器、横向止挡和差压阀,其特征在于:构架的两根横梁管延长到侧梁外侧形成外悬臂结构,延长的两根横梁管上面对应开孔且连通一纵梁,两根横梁管与两侧的纵梁构成附加气室,附加气室与侧梁高度相同,附加气室上面设置二系空气弹簧安装座。
本发明通过将构架组成中的两根横梁管延长到侧梁外侧形成外悬臂结构,延长的两根横梁管上面对应开孔且连通一纵梁,两根横梁管与两侧的纵梁构成附加气室,附加气室与侧梁管高度相同,二系空气弹簧座安装在附加气室上面,使得二系空气弹簧安装座的横向跨距加大,增大了车辆运行的抗倾覆性能的同时提高了车辆运行的平稳性,满足车辆运行的安全性要求。

参照图1,本发明二系空簧超外侧悬挂机构,包括空气弹簧1、高度阀2、横向减振器3、抗蛇行减振器4、横向止挡5和差压阀6,其特征在于:构架的两根横梁管7延长到侧梁8外侧形成外悬臂结构,延长的两根横梁管上面对应开孔且连通一纵梁9,两根横梁管与两侧的纵梁构成附加气室,附加气室与侧梁高度相同,附加气室上面设置二系空气弹簧安装座10。
空气弹簧安装在空气弹簧安装座上,使得二系空气弹簧的横向跨距加大,增大了车辆运行的抗倾覆性能的同时提高了车辆运行的平稳性,满足车辆运行的安全性要求。
