本发明公开了一种电热器U型电加热管荧光喷涂装置,包括底板,底板上设有搅拌池,搅拌池内设有储物筒,储物筒内设有内筒体,内筒体的表面为微孔质结构,搅拌池上设有第一驱动电机,第一驱动电机连接有驱动轴,驱动轴的下端设有搅拌叶片,搅拌叶片设置在内筒体内,储物筒的内底部设有温控板,温控板布置在内筒体的外底部;搅拌池的内底部设有温控器,搅拌池的顶部设有研磨管道,搅拌池的顶部设有进料口,底板上设有喷涂室。本发明可以使储物筒与内筒体通体发热,使荧光粉与胶液混合液在恒温的环境下搅拌;可以使电热器U型电加热管表面实现荧光镀层的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种荧光喷涂装置,具体涉及一种电热器U型电加热管荧光喷涂装置。
背景技术
喷涂通过喷枪或碟式雾化器,借助于压力或离心力,分散成均匀而微细的雾滴,施涂于被涂物表面的涂装方法。可分为空气喷涂、无空气喷涂、静电喷涂以及上述基本喷涂形式的各种派生的方式,如大流量低压力雾化喷涂、热喷涂、自动喷涂、多组喷涂等。喷涂作业生产效率高,适用于手工作业及工业自动化生产,应用范围广主要有五金、塑胶、家私、军工、船舶等领域,是现今应用最普遍的一种涂装方式;喷涂作业需要环境要求有百万级到百级的无尘车间,喷涂设备有喷枪,喷漆室,供漆室,固化炉/烘干炉,喷涂工件输送作业设备,消雾及废水,废气处理设备等。喷涂中的主要问题是高度分散的漆雾和挥发出来的溶剂,既污染环境,不利于人体健康,又浪费涂料,造成经济损失。大流量低压力雾化喷涂是低的雾化气压和低空气射流速度,低的雾化涂料运行速度改善了涂料从被涂物表面反弹出来的情况。使上漆率从普通空气喷涂的30%~40%,提高到了65%~85%。在轻革涂饰中用喷枪或喷浆机将涂饰喷于革面上。目前对电热器U型电加热管进行荧光喷涂处理不方便,喷涂效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以将待处理的电热器U型电加热管的端部安装在锁环内,温控器通过温控板可以使储物筒与内筒体通体发热,使荧光粉与胶液混合液在恒温的环境下搅拌;搅拌均匀的混合液可以从内筒体的表面流到储物筒内;喷液器通过输液管抽取混合液并将混合液通过喷孔喷射到电热器U型电加热管的外表面;从而实现荧光镀层的功效的电热器U型电加热管荧光喷涂装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种电热器U型电加热管荧光喷涂装置,包括底板,底板上设有搅拌池,搅拌池内设有储物筒,储物筒内设有内筒体,内筒体的表面为微孔质结构,搅拌池上设有第一驱动电机,第一驱动电机连接有驱动轴,驱动轴的下端设有搅拌叶片,搅拌叶片设置在内筒体内,储物筒的内底部设有温控板,温控板布置在内筒体的外底部;搅拌池的内底部设有温控器,温控器布置在储物筒的外底部,温控器与温控板为电连接;搅拌池的顶部设有研磨管道,研磨管道的顶部设有进粉口,研磨管道内设有压辊与研磨辊,压辊与研磨辊对接,压辊与研磨辊呈平行布置,压辊与研磨辊呈水平布置,研磨管道的外侧设有第二驱动电机,第二驱动电机与研磨辊连接,第二驱动电机与研磨辊通过驱动轴连接;搅拌池的顶部设有进料口,进料口为圆形形状,搅拌池的内侧壁设有第一导料板与第二导料板,第一导料板为弧形形状,第一导料板的上端与搅拌池一侧的内壁连接,第一导料板的下端与内筒体的顶部对接,第一导料板布置在进粉口的下方;第二导料板为弧形形状,第二导料板的上端与搅拌池另一侧的内壁连接,第二导料板的下端与内筒体的顶部对接,第二导料板布置在进料口的下方;底板上设有喷涂室,喷涂室的顶部设有第三驱动电机,第三驱动电机连接有驱动管,驱动管的下端插接在喷涂室内,驱动管的下端设有锁环,锁环为环形形状;底板上设有支撑柱,支撑柱的端部设有喷液器,喷涂室的内侧壁设有喷球,喷球的侧壁设有若干喷孔,喷球通过喷管与喷液器连接,支撑柱内设有储液腔,储液腔与储物筒连接,储液腔与储物筒通过输液管连接,输液管的一端设有输液泵,输液泵设置在储液腔内,输液管的另一端设有抽液泵,抽液泵设置在储物筒内。
进一步地,所述锁环与驱动管通过锁圈连接。
进一步地,所述研磨管道的外侧设有支撑块,第二驱动电机设置在支撑块上。
进一步地,所述喷球为球型形状。
进一步地,所述喷管设有控制阀。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:可以将待处理的电热器U型电加热管的端部安装在锁环内,第三驱动电机可以通过驱动管实现锁环旋转,从而控制电热器U型电加热管旋转;可以将荧光粉通过进粉口倒入压辊上,通过研磨辊研磨荧光粉,可以使研磨后的荧光粉通过第一导料板倒入内筒体内;将胶液倒入进料口,通过第二导料板使胶液倒入内筒体内;第一驱动电机通过驱动轴控制搅拌叶片旋转,从而可以使荧光粉与胶液混合搅拌;温控器通过温控板可以使储物筒与内筒体通体发热,使荧光粉与胶液混合液在恒温的环境下搅拌;搅拌均匀的混合液可以从内筒体的表面流到储物筒内;喷液器通过输液管抽取混合液并将混合液通过喷孔喷射到电热器U型电加热管的外表面;从而实现荧光镀层的功效。

如图1所示,一种电热器U型电加热管荧光喷涂装置,包括底板1,底板1上设有搅拌池2,搅拌池2内设有储物筒3,储物筒3内设有内筒体4,内筒体4的表面为微孔质结构,搅拌池2上设有第一驱动电机5,第一驱动电机5连接有驱动轴6,驱动轴6的下端设有搅拌叶片7,搅拌叶片7设置在内筒体4内,储物筒3的内底部设有温控板8,温控板8布置在内筒体4的外底部;搅拌池2的内底部设有温控器9,温控器9布置在储物筒3的外底部,温控器9与温控板8为电连接;搅拌池2的顶部设有研磨管道10,研磨管道10的顶部设有进粉口11,研磨管道10内设有压辊12与研磨辊13,压辊12与研磨辊13对接,压辊12与研磨辊13呈平行布置,压辊12与研磨辊13呈水平布置,研磨管道10的外侧设有第二驱动电机14,第二驱动电机14与研磨辊13连接,第二驱动电机14与研磨辊13通过驱动轴15连接;搅拌池2的顶部设有进料口17,进料口17为圆形形状,搅拌池2的内侧壁设有第一导料板18与第二导料板19,第一导料板18为弧形形状,第一导料板18的上端与搅拌池2一侧的内壁连接,第一导料板18的下端与内筒体4的顶部对接,第一导料板18布置在进粉口11的下方;第二导料板19为弧形形状,第二导料板19的上端与搅拌池2另一侧的内壁连接,第二导料板19的下端与内筒体4的顶部对接,第二导料板19布置在进料口17的下方;底板1上设有喷涂室20,喷涂室20的顶部设有第三驱动电机21,第三驱动电机21连接有驱动管22,驱动管22的下端插接在喷涂室20内,驱动管22的下端设有锁环23,锁环23为环形形状;底板1上设有支撑柱25,支撑柱25的端部设有喷液器26,喷涂室20的内侧壁设有喷球27,喷球27的侧壁设有若干喷孔28,喷球27通过喷管29与喷液器26连接,支撑柱25内设有储液腔31,储液腔31与储物筒3连接,储液腔31与储物筒3通过输液管32连接,输液管32的一端设有输液泵33,输液泵33设置在储液腔31内,输液管32的另一端设有抽液泵34,抽液泵34设置在储物筒3内。
进一步地,所述锁环23与驱动管22通过锁圈24连接。
进一步地,所述研磨管道10的外侧设有支撑块16,第二驱动电机14设置在支撑块16上。

本发明电热器U型电加热管荧光喷涂装置,可以将待处理的电热器U型电加热管的端部安装在锁环23内,第三驱动电机21可以通过驱动管22实现锁环23旋转,从而控制电热器U型电加热管旋转;可以将荧光粉通过进粉口11倒入压辊12上,通过研磨辊13研磨荧光粉,可以使研磨后的荧光粉通过第一导料板18倒入内筒体4内;将胶液倒入进料口17,通过第二导料板19使胶液倒入内筒体4内;第一驱动电机5通过驱动轴6控制搅拌叶片7旋转,从而可以使荧光粉与胶液混合搅拌;温控器9通过温控板8可以使储物筒3与内筒体4通体发热,使荧光粉与胶液混合液在恒温的环境下搅拌;搅拌均匀的混合液可以从内筒体4的表面流到储物筒3内;喷液器26通过输液管32抽取混合液并将混合液通过喷孔28喷射到电热器U型电加热管的外表面;从而实现荧光镀层的功效。
其中,锁环23与驱动管22通过锁圈24连接;所以连接更加牢固。
其中,研磨管道10的外侧设有支撑块16,第二驱动电机14设置在支撑块16上,所以方便第二驱动电机14的固定安装。
其中,喷管29设有控制阀30,所以方便喷管29的控制。

搅拌池的顶部设有研磨管道,研磨管道的顶部设有进粉口,研磨管道内设有压辊与研磨辊,压辊与研磨辊对接,压辊与研磨辊呈平行布置,压辊与研磨辊呈水平布置,研磨管道的外侧设有第二驱动电机,第二驱动电机与研磨辊连接,第二驱动电机与研磨辊通过驱动轴连接;
搅拌池的顶部设有进料口,进料口为圆形形状,搅拌池的内侧壁设有第一导料板与第二导料板,第一导料板为弧形形状,第一导料板的上端与搅拌池一侧的内壁连接,第一导料板的下端与内筒体的顶部对接,第一导料板布置在进粉口的下方;第二导料板为弧形形状,第二导料板的上端与搅拌池另一侧的内壁连接,第二导料板的下端与内筒体的顶部对接,第二导料板布置在进料口的下方;
底板上设有喷涂室,喷涂室的顶部设有第三驱动电机,第三驱动电机连接有驱动管,驱动管的下端插接在喷涂室内,驱动管的下端设有锁环,锁环为环形形状;
底板上设有支撑柱,支撑柱的端部设有喷液器,喷涂室的内侧壁设有喷球,喷球的侧壁设有若干喷孔,喷球通过喷管与喷液器连接,支撑柱内设有储液腔,储液腔与储物筒连接,储液腔与储物筒通过输液管连接,输液管的一端设有输液泵,输液泵设置在储液腔内,输液管的另一端设有抽液泵,抽液泵设置在储物筒内。
