本发明公开了一种硝酸排放系统,其包括陶瓷过滤机、第一储罐、第二储罐和事故池,第一储罐上设置有第一硝酸管输送管,第二储罐上设置有第二硝酸输送管;第一硝酸输送管一端与第一储罐连接,第一硝酸输送管另一端与陶瓷过滤机连接;第二硝酸输送管一端与第二储罐连接,第二硝酸输送管另一端与陶瓷过滤机连接;第一储罐和第二储罐上均设置有排液管,排液管的出液端位于事故池内部;第一硝酸输送管上设置有第一置换管,第二硝酸输送管上设置有第二置换管。本发明的目的是旨在提供一种排放效率高,能及时的对储罐内的硝酸进行排放和置换,排放过程安全的硝酸排放系统。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于硝酸排放、置换设备技术领域,具体是涉及一种硝酸排放系统。
背景技术
[0002] 脱水站矿浆脱水分离使用的设备为陶瓷过滤机,每台陶瓷过滤机运行7小时后,根据工艺要求必需对其陶瓷板进行清洗,其清洗液为硝酸。由于硝酸清洗用量大,需要将硝酸存储在储罐内,硝酸储存地点是一个关系到人员安全及生产安全的重要的危险源点,浓硝酸具有强腐蚀性而且酸雾具有毒性,如果硝酸储罐及与其相连接的管路、法兰、阀门中的一个或几个发生渗漏,需要及时修复,但是储罐内部存有大量硝酸,不能将储罐内的硝酸清除和置换干净就无法对管路、法兰、阀门进行处理,最后可能发生严重的安全事故。现有的技术条件下,出现硝酸渗漏情况,只能用硝酸罐车将硝酸储罐内的硝酸抽出,才能完成泄漏事故的处理,但是,整个过程时间较长,耗费较多人力、物力,并且处理过程还不安全。
发明内容
[0003] 针对上述现有技术中的不足之处,本发明的目的是旨在提供一种排放效率高,能及时的对储罐内的硝酸进行排放和置换,排放过程安全的硝酸排放系统。
[0004] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种硝酸排放系统,
其包括陶瓷过滤机、第一储罐、第二储罐和事故池,第一储罐上设置有第一硝酸管输送管,第二储罐上设置有第二硝酸输送管;第一硝酸输送管一端与第一储罐连接,第一硝酸输送管另一端与陶瓷过滤机连接;第二硝酸输送管一端与第二储罐连接,第二硝酸输送管另一端与陶瓷过滤机连接;第一储罐和第二储罐上均设置有排液管,排液管的出液端位于事故池内部;第一硝酸输送管上设置有第一置换管,第二硝酸输送管上设置有第二置换管。
[0005] 优选的是,第一置换管一端与第一硝酸输送管连接,第一置换管另一端与第二储罐连接;第二置换管一端与第二硝酸输送管连接,第二置换管另一端与第一储罐连接。
[0006] 优选的是,第一储罐和第二储罐上还设置有注酸管;第一硝酸输送管和第二硝酸输送管上均设置有供酸泵。
[0007] 工作时,在为陶瓷过滤机酸洗的硝酸提供动力的供酸泵出口以及不锈钢硝酸输送管管道上安装不锈钢法兰,不锈钢三通,不锈钢球阀及相应置换管道,使储罐内硝酸能够通过供酸泵进行抽除,输送到另一个储罐里进行储存,两个储罐之间能够实现硝酸互相循环,同时能够对渗漏的储罐及输送管部件渗漏点进行检修处理。
[0008] 该系统可以解决人工抽除硝酸和将硝酸排入硝酸事故池的不安全因素,为安全生产提供帮助,利用了硝酸输送管路将两个储罐内的硝酸互相之间能够导入及导出;当有一个储罐及其输送管路出现问题需要检修时,能够将其内部存储的硝酸输送入至另一个储罐,使问题管路或储罐完成检修。
[0009] 与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为:
通过两个储罐之间的硝酸的导入或导出,实现两个储罐之间的硝酸置换,方便工作人员最快速度的对破损管路或储te进行检修,减少了检修时间,使工作效率大大提闻。

[0011] 如图1所示,一种硝酸排放系统,其包括陶瓷过滤机1、第一储罐2、第二储罐3和事故池4,第一储罐2上设置有第一硝酸管输送管5,第二储罐3上设置有第二硝酸输送管6 ;第一硝酸输送管5 —端与第一储罐2连接,第一硝酸输送管5另一端与陶瓷过滤机I连接;第二硝酸输送管6 —端与第二储罐3连接,第二硝酸输送管6另一端与陶瓷过滤机I连接;第一储罐2和第二储罐3上均设置有排液管9,排液管9的出液端位于事故池4内部;第一硝酸输送管5上设置有第一置换管7,第二硝酸输送管6上设置有第二置换管8 ;第一置换管7 —端与第一硝酸输送管5连接,第一置换管7另一端与第二储罐3连接;第二置换管8 —端与第二硝酸输送管6连接,第二置换管8另一端与第一储罐2连接;第一储罐2和第二储罐3上还设置有注酸管10 ;第一硝酸输送管5和第二硝酸输送管6上均设置有供酸栗。

1.一种硝酸排放系统,其特征在于,包括陶瓷过滤机(I)、第一储罐(2)、第二储罐(3)和事故池(4),第一储罐(2)上设置有第一硝酸管输送管(5),第二储罐(3)上设置有第二硝酸输送管(6);第一硝酸输送管(5) —端与第一储罐(2)连接,第一硝酸输送管(5)另一端与陶瓷过滤机(I)连接;第二硝酸输送管(6 ) —端与第二储罐(3 )连接,第二硝酸输送管(6 )另一端与陶瓷过滤机(I)连接;第一储罐(2)和第二储罐(3)上均设置有排液管(9),排液管(9)的出液端位于事故池(4)内部;第一硝酸输送管(5)上设置有第一置换管(7),第二硝酸输送管(6)上设置有第二置换管(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硝酸排放系统,其特征在于,第一置换管(7)—端与第一硝酸输送管(5)连接,第一置换管(7)另一端与第二储罐(3)连接;第二置换管(8)—端与第二硝酸输送管(6)连接,第二置换管(8)另一端与第一储罐(2)连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种硝酸排放系统,其特征在于,第一储罐(2)和第二储罐(3)上还设置有注酸管(10);第一硝酸输送管(5)和第二硝酸输送管(6)上均设置有供酸泵。
