进一步讲，所述的用于治疗淀粉样变性心肌病的中药组合物可制成胶囊和丸剂。
本发明药方方义及药理分析：
党参：补脾养胃，润肺生津，腱运中气，具有健脾运而不燥，滋胃阴而不湿，润肺而不犯寒凉，养血而不偏滋腻，鼓舞清阳，振动中气，而无刚燥之弊；
黄芪：补气固表，利尿托毒，排脓，敛疮生肌，具有增强非特异性和特异性免疫功能、保肝强心、调节血压之功效；
当归：补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便，具有保肝护脏、促进造血、抗凝的功效；
川芎：活血行气，祛风止痛，具有抑制中枢神经系统，调节心率的功效；
水蛭：破血，逐瘀，通经，具有抗血凝、溶栓、改善肾血液循环的功效；
地龙：清热，息风，通络，平喘，利尿，具有抗血栓、溶血栓、增强免疫、降压等功效；
桃仁：破血行瘀，润燥滑肠，具有祛瘀血、抗炎、抗过敏等功效；
红花：活血通经，散淤止痛，具有扩张冠状动脉、改善心肌缺血，扩张血管、降低血压等功效；
泽兰：补肝泻脾，和气血，利筋，具有溶血栓、抗血凝等功效；
益母草：活血，祛瘀，调经，消水，具有抗血凝、改善冠脉循环、保护心脏、增强心血管收缩等功效；
熟地：补血养阴，填精益髓，具有抗血凝、增强免疫功能、促进造血等功效；
山药：健脾益胃助消化、滋肾益精、降低血糖，具有降血脂、增强免疫功能的作用；
山茱萸：补益肝肾，收敛固涩，固精缩尿止带止崩，止汗，具有强心作用，可增加心肌收缩性和心输出量，提高心脏工作效率；
茯苓：健脾和胃，宁心安神，具有利水消肿、提高免疫力、降血脂等功效；
泽泻：利水渗湿，泄热通淋，具有降血脂、保护肝脏、利尿的作用；
丹皮：清热凉血，活血散瘀，具有抗惊厥、镇痛，降血压的作用；
白术：健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎，具有利尿、降血糖、抗凝血、促进造血等功效；
半夏：燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结，具有对抗心律失常的作用；
橘红：散寒，燥湿，利气，消痰，具有抗炎、抗血凝等功效；
桂枝：发汗解表，散寒止痛，通阳化气，具有抗菌、利尿等功效；
浙贝母：清热化痰，降气止咳，散结消肿，具有调节心率、增强心肌收缩的功效；
连翘：清热，解毒，散结，消肿，具有抗菌、抗病毒、增强心血管机能的功效；
天冬：养阴生津、润肺清心、润肠通便、具有抗菌消炎的作用；
麦冬：具有调节心肌收缩力、抗心律失常的作用
五味子：敛肺，滋肾，生津，收汗，涩精，具有保肝及再生肝脏组织、消炎、保护及增强心脏机能等功效；
黑附片：回阳救逆，补火助阳，散寒止痛；
干姜：具有增强心房自主功能、抗炎等功效；
麝香：通关利窍，消肿解毒，具有抗炎，疏通心血管机能等功效；
冰片：开窍醒神，具有泻火解毒、明目退翳、消肿的功效；
炙甘草：补脾和胃，益气复脉，具有抗心律失常，调节心肌等功效。
用药方法：开水冲服，每天2次，丸剂每次2颗，胶囊每次4粒，5～8个疗程便可治愈，每个疗程7天。
用药禁忌：
1)用药期间忌烟酒，生冷硬、辛辣食物，以免刺激脾脏，肝肾；
2)妊娠期忌服；
本发明用药机理及其有益效果在于：以利尿滋肾、调节心律、护脏抗凝血、增强免疫功能为本，以抗炎消肿、排毒润肠为标，采取标本兼治，同步用药的方式，彻底治愈淀粉样变性心肌病，而且以纯中药活性成分为方，无毒无副作用，药性温和，无痛感。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种用于治疗淀粉样变性心肌病的中药组合物，由如下药材制成：
党参30g、黄芪30g、当归30g、川芎15g、水蛭15g、地龙15g、桃仁15g、红花15g、泽兰15g、益母草30g、熟地15g、山药15g、山茱萸15g、茯苓15g、泽泻15g、丹皮10g、白术30g、半夏15g、橘红15g、桂枝30g、浙贝母20g、连翘20g、天冬15g、麦冬15g、五味子15g、黑附片15g、干姜15g、麝香0.1g、冰片0.15mg、炙甘草20g。
按照上述药方煎药，提取滤渣药液，蒸发全部水分后，得到固体成分，粉碎并过50目筛，杀菌消毒后采用胶囊制备工艺制成胶囊。
实施例2
一种用于治疗淀粉样变性心肌病的中药组合物，包括如下组分：
党参28g、黄芪28g、当归28g、川芎14g、水蛭14g、地龙14g、桃仁14g、红花14g、泽兰14g、益母草30g、熟地14g、山药14g、山茱萸14g、茯苓14g、泽泻13g、丹皮8g、白术29g、半夏13g、橘红13g、桂枝28g、浙贝母18g、连翘19g、天冬14g、麦冬14g、五味子13g、黑附片13g、干姜13g、麝香0.1g、冰片0.15mg、炙甘草19g。
按照上述配方煎药，提取滤渣药液，蒸发水分后粉碎，过50目筛，添加适量水分，杀菌消毒后采用丸剂制备工艺制成丸剂。
本发明药物经临床试验证明，治愈率73％、有效率95％，无复发现象。
所述的治愈效果采用如下统计方法：
治愈率＝治愈病例/就诊病例*100％
有效率＝病情改善病例/就诊病例*100％
为了进一步说明本发明药物的实效性，下面列出部分就诊病例：
病例1：李某，男，70岁，面色灰暗，精神差，胸闷气喘，气短不能平固，咳嗽，盗汗，小便少，大便干燥，腹胀纳差，双下肢重度水肿两月，查舌体胖大，舌质暗红，苔白腻，脉沉细微，经多家医院检查，确诊为淀粉样变性心肌病，但多次治疗无果，采用本发明药物治疗48天，症状完全消失，复查结果为治愈。
病例2：韩某，女，38岁，面色萎黄，精神差，胸闷气喘，咳嗽，小便少，大便干燥，腹胀纳差，双下肢轻度水肿，查舌体胖大，舌质暗淡，苔白腻，脉沉细微，经多家医院检查，确诊为淀粉样变性心肌病，但多次治疗无果，采用本发明药物治疗35天，症状完全消失，复查结果为治愈。
病例3：周某，女，52岁，面色萎黄，精神差，胸闷气喘，咳嗽，小便少，大便干燥，腹胀纳差，双下肢轻度水肿，查舌体胖大，舌质暗淡，苔白腻，脉沉细微，经多家医院检查，确诊为淀粉样变性心肌病，但多次治疗无果，采用本发明药物治疗31天，症状完全消失，复查结果为治愈。
以上只是众多病例中的几例，不代表全部病例，经分析发现，采用本发明药物治疗后，患者机体免疫功能明显增强，肝腑功能也都能恢复正常。

党参28～30份、黄芪28～30份、当归28～30份、川芎13～15份、水蛭13～15份、地龙13～15份、桃仁13～15份、红花13～15份、泽兰13～15份、益母草28～30份、熟地13～15份、山药13～15份、山茱萸13～15份、茯苓13～15份、泽泻13～15份、丹皮8～10份、白术28～30份、半夏13～15份、橘红13～15份、桂枝28～30份、浙贝母18～20份、连翘18～20份、天冬13～15份、麦冬13～15份、五味子13～15份、黑附片13～15份、干姜13～15份、麝香0.1g、冰片0.15mg、炙甘草19～22份。
