本发明涉及一种接骨板,更确切的说是一种钛合金波形接骨板,其材质为医用钛合金,且在其两侧开有螺钉孔,提高了接骨板的强度和韧性,且钛合金接骨板中部向上拱起,构成钛合金波形接骨板。本发明的显著效果:在骨折内固定中,符合骨折初期要求坚强的内固定,骨折后期骨断面可以承受更多生理性压力的特点,使骨折端愈合更加迅速,效果达到最佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种接骨板,更确切的说是一种钛合金波形接骨板。
背景技术
随着加压按骨术的应用和发展,认为加压接骨板首先达到了坚强内固定的要求,其次是骨折端间隙大大缩小,增强了接触和稳定,为骨折早期愈合创造了有利条件。现有的接骨板的材质为不锈钢,形状为直形,它固定在人体骨折处,由于接骨板和人体骨骼属于两种不同的材料,它们组成超静定杆系。当骨折处的骨骼得不到生理性应力的刺激,故使得直形接骨板下的骨皮质变薄,骨质疏松,髓腔扩大,矿物质含量降低,骨强度减弱,取出接骨板后易发生再度骨折,且接骨板对侧的骨折断端张开,不利于骨折愈合。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种钛合金波形接骨板。
本发明为达到上述目的,是采用以下技术措施来实现的:一种钛合金波形接骨板,其材质为医用钛合金,且在其两侧开有螺钉孔。其特征在于提高了接骨板的强度和韧性,且钛合金接骨板中部向上拱起,构成钛合金波形接骨板。
本发明由于采用了波形结构,使人体骨断面承受了更多的生理性压力,且骨折断面完全受压应力分布均匀,故能防止接骨板对侧骨断端张开,使愈合提供了良好的条件;钛合金波形接骨板的波形部分有利于骨骼生长,避免压迫性坏死,同时可用于植骨,尤其适用于骨不连的病人;钛合金波形接骨板克服了直形接骨板造成的骨皮质变薄,骨质疏松,髓腔扩大,矿物质含量降低,骨强度减弱等缺点,又防止了加压钛合金波形接骨板固定后钛合金波形接骨板对侧骨断端张开,对骨折早期愈合和防止,取出接骨板后易发生再度骨折具有十分重要的意义。
本发明的显著效果:在骨折内固定中,符合骨折初期要求坚强的内固定,骨折后期骨断面可以承受更多生理性压力的特点,使骨折端愈合更加迅速,效果达到最佳。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示一种钛合金波形接骨板,使用时,钛合金波形接骨板1的波形处对应人体骨折处,将螺钉从钛合金波形接骨板1两侧螺钉孔2钉入骨折处两端骨质内,然后缝合;钛合金波形接骨板1为一系列产品,其中部波形处宽度L为20-30mm,其波形处高度H为4-10mm,可根据患者年龄大小不同,骨折位置不同选用不同的钛合金波形接骨板1;由于钛合金波形接骨板1的中部向上拱起呈波形形状,故该波形部位远离患者骨折处,使钛合金波形接骨板1和骨连接系统的中心轴向钛合金波形接骨板1一侧偏移,则患者骨折断面承受更多的生理性应力,且应力分布均匀,而生理性压力对骨折端愈合更加的迅速,效果更加的明显。
