本发明涉及一种乳化剂,具体地说是一种食品安全乳化剂,尤其适用于面包、糕点等食品行业的加工生产。
背景技术
随着中国食品工业的飞速发展也得到了很大的发展,由各种原料复配的功能各异的食品添加剂也层出不穷,主要包括以下的复配类别:不同乳化剂之间进行复配;不同增稠剂进行复配;乳化剂和增稠剂进行复配。复配的工艺主要是将原料进行粉碎到一定的细度,然后进行干混。现有技术中的乳化剂品种单一,功能具有局限性,不能满足人们的更高要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种效果理想的食品安全乳化剂。
本发明的技术方案是一种食品安全乳化剂,所述各材料按重量组份:木糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯50-70份,甘油单脂肪酸酯30-40份,柠檬酸5-10份,蔗糖脂肪酸酯5-10份,丙二醇10-20份。
本发明的优点是解决了现有技术中乳化剂的品种单一,功能局限的问题,而且稳定性强,具有润滑效果。

实施例1,一种食品安全乳化剂,所述各材料按重量组份:木糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯50份,甘油单脂肪酸酯30份,柠檬酸5份,蔗糖脂肪酸酯5份,丙二醇10份。
实施例2,一种食品安全乳化剂,所述各材料按重量组份:木糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯60份,甘油单脂肪酸酯35份,柠檬酸7.5份,蔗糖脂肪酸酯7.5份,丙二醇15份。
实施例3,一种食品安全乳化剂,所述各材料按重量组份:木糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯70份,甘油单脂肪酸酯40份,柠檬酸10份,蔗糖脂肪酸酯10份,丙二醇20份。
