本发明涉及烟草地火炉层架增温育苗棚,一种地火炉增温育苗棚,其特征在于棚体(1)内设有安放育苗盘的育苗层架(7)和为棚内补充光的补光灯(8),在棚体(1)上设有棚门(2)和卷帘装置(3);地火炉(4)的烟道火管(5)从棚体(1)内通过向棚内供热,地火炉(4)的烟道气从烟囱(6)排空。应用地火炉层架增温育苗技术受环境影响小,显著提高了烟苗的生长速率,缩短了育苗周期,促进了烟叶生产可持续平稳发展。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地火炉增温育苗棚。 
背景技术
目前,我国漂浮育苗技术带动了烟叶生产多环节科技进步,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益,但在生产实践中也暴露出如下问题。由于低温寡照烟苗生长缓慢,影响了移栽进度与质量。壮苗率低影响了栽后的整体缓苗。延迟移栽,伸根期将遭遇集中降水期,根系发育不良。晚栽烟成熟采收期低温冷害重,烟叶产值量受到严重影响,挫伤烟农的种烟积极性。育苗期低温伴随着寡日照,烟苗生长缓慢,难以保证在最佳节令移栽,影响烟叶生产平稳发展。一般认为烤烟苗期的光照350-500h为宜。我国部分烟区苗期光照不到270h。与国内外代表烟区比较,育苗期平均光照相当于这些烟区的46%。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种结构简单使用方便的烟叶地火炉层架增温育苗棚。 
本发明地火炉育苗棚,其特征在于棚体内设有安放育苗盘的育苗层架和为棚内补充光的补光灯,在棚体上设有棚门和卷帘装置;地火炉的烟道火管从棚体内通过向棚内供热,地火炉的烟道气从烟囱排空。 
本发明地火炉育苗棚的卷帘装置可将育苗棚的侧面卷起。 
本发明地火炉育苗棚的烟道火管从棚体内地平面下面通过。 
本发明在棚体内安装了地火炉加热系统、立体层架育苗系统和补光系统等;地火炉加热系统由地火炉、火管、烟囱组成,连接在育苗棚地平面下面,通过地火炉加热使棚内增温。立体层架育苗系统由层架、育苗水盘、育苗盘、育苗基质组成;补光系统由白炽灯组成。可将棚两侧的侧面卷起降低棚内温湿度。 
本发明一种地火炉增温育苗棚的有益效果是通过对育苗棚内温湿度进行人工控制,用地火炉系统给棚内加热和卷起两侧或对开门降温排湿,保证了最佳节令移栽所需烟苗,提高了优质率和产量。

实施例:本发明地火炉育苗棚,在棚体1内设有安放育苗盘的育苗层架7和为棚内补充光的补光灯8,在棚体1上设有棚门2和卷帘装置3;地火炉4的烟道火管5从棚体1内通过向棚内供热,地火炉4的烟道气从烟囱6排空。卷帘装置3可将育苗棚的侧面卷起。烟道火管5从棚体1地平面下面通过。应用地火炉层架增温育苗技术受环境影响小,显著提高了烟苗的生长速率,缩短了育苗周期,促进了烟叶生产可持续平稳发展。

1.一种地火炉增温育苗棚,其特征在于棚体(1)内设有安放育苗盘的育苗层架(7)和为棚内补充光的补光灯(8),在棚体(1)上设有棚门(2)和卷帘装置(3);地火炉(4)的烟道火管(5)从棚体(1)内通过向棚内供热,地火炉(4)的烟道气从烟囱(6)排空。
2.按照权利要求1所述的地火炉育苗棚,其特征在于所述的卷帘装置(3)可将育苗棚的侧面卷起。
3.按照权利要求1所述的地火炉育苗棚,其特征在于所述的烟道火管(5)从棚体(1)内地平面下面通过。
