本发明公开了城市道路交通管理信息系统，包括GIS应用中心、用户界面和上位机，所述用户界面连接GIS应用中心，上位机通过对外信息服务接口连接GIS应用中心，所述GIS应用中心包括空间地理信息系统，通过空间数据获取模块与空间地理信息系统连接的道路交通信息数据库、交通事故数据库和最短路径模块。本发明能够系统地管理、查询和检索道路交通数据，实现了道路和交通事故空间信息和属性信息的可视化查询和修改。

本发明涉及一种智能交通管理系统，具体涉及城市道路交通管理信息系统。
背景技术
随着现代化交通运输系统建设步伐的加快，道路的交通数据越来越复杂化，对城市交通信息管理系统的研究和应用进度越来越快的趋势。目前道路交通管理部门通常将道路的交通数据作为统计资料以表格的形式进行存储。由于其数量大、关系复杂，管理部门很难系统管理这些表格，另外由于表格形式的数据无法表示空间位置，所以无论对于管理人员还是对于普通用户，这些资料都显得十分抽象。因此针对道路交通数据的复杂性，利用道路空间数据和交通数据进行更高级深入的分析，例如最短路径搜索和表示、路段路口交通量和服务水平状况、交通小区间的出行情况、交通事故发生的件数和程度、道路的周边环境污染程度等，具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够系统地管理、查询和检索道路交通数据的城市道路交通管理信息系统，实现了道路和交通事故空间信息和属性信息的可视化查询和修改。

进一步，所述GIS应用中心还连接有营运车辆管理模块。
本发明的有益效果在于：本发明利用GIS管理道路和交通数据使管理人员能系统地管理、查询和检索道路交通数据，通过用户界面与用户交互，实现了道路和交通事故空间信息和属性信息的可视化查询和修改，同时上位机可以通过外信息服务接口访问GIS应用中心。

本发明采用道路交通信息数据库与空间数据信息相结合，交通事故以图片及文件的形式存放在磁盘上等多种技术开发了城市道路交通管理信息系统，使道路交通信息的管理更加系统化和科学化，用户可以通过可视化的界面方便快捷地查询道路交通信息，以及最短距离的向导；同时，管理者可通过上位机进行网上查询预览，控制管理运营车辆。

1.城市道路交通管理信息系统，包括GIS应用中心、用户界面和上位机，其特征在于：所述用户界面连接GIS应用中心，上位机通过对外信息服务接口连接GIS应用中心，所述GIS应用中心包括空间地理信息系统，通过空间数据获取模块与空间地理信息系统连接的道路交通信息数据库、交通事故数据库和最短路径模块。
