一种活动式水培箱隔离带,其特征在于:包括安装在基座内的金属底板,所述基座为塑料基座,基座的下底开有防滑槽,基座的上端面开槽,槽内放置金属底板,金属底板上平行固定有二列外护栏组合,两外护栏组合之间还平行设置有隔板,该隔板焊接在该金属底板中部,隔板和外护栏组合之间放置有一列塑料隔离水槽,该塑料隔离水槽的槽底放置有配重,塑料隔离水槽内灌装有水,塑料隔离水槽内配置有水培植物,塑料隔离水槽为PVC微发泡塑料;塑料隔离水槽的下底开有防滑槽。其显著效果是:提供了一种不损伤路面,便于挪动的活动式水培箱隔离带,能够加强对车辆的防撞和缓冲效果,降低人工维护的成本。同时,能有效实现水培植物水箱内的水进行更换和补充。

技术领域
发明属于一种公路园林和城市园林技术,具体涉及一种活动式水培箱隔离带。
背景技术
公路园林和城市园林可以绿化公路和城市环境,为此,现代的城市园林建设和公路园林设计中,都采用了绿化植被作为隔离带,用于道路隔离。
传统的隔离带都是利用金属护栏作为隔离防护,再在金属护栏中种植陆生植物,金属护栏由于自重较轻,需要螺栓将护栏钉在路面。其缺点非常明显,1、两道金属护栏对车辆的防撞和缓冲效果有限。大型客货车很容易冲破护栏。2、陆生植物生长迅速,很容易蔓延出金属护栏,影响道路视线,经常需要人工浇水和修剪枝叶,人工维护成本很高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明提供了一种便于挪动的活动式水培箱隔离带,能够加强对车辆的防撞和缓冲效果,降低人工维护的成本。
为达到上述目的,发明表述一种活动式水培箱隔离带,其关键在于:包括安装在基座内的金属底板,所述基座为塑料基座,基座的下底开有防滑槽,基座的上端面开槽,槽内放置所述金属底板,金属底板上平行固定有二列外护栏组合,两外护栏组合之间还平行设置有隔板,该隔板焊接在该金属底板中部;
隔板和外护栏组合之间放置有一列塑料隔离水槽,该塑料隔离水槽的槽底放置有配重,塑料隔离水槽内灌装有水,塑料隔离水槽内配置有水培植物,由于水生植物离开水就难以生存,所以,水生植物不会象陆生植物轻易蔓延到道路上,影响视线。
塑料隔离水槽为PVC微发泡塑料;塑料隔离水槽的下底开有防滑槽。
塑料隔离水槽由于增加配重和灌水后,自身质量大幅增加,放置在金属底板上,增加了基座与地面的摩擦力,不再需要向路面钉螺栓,保护了路面。因为自重增加,其阻挡冲击的能力也远远大于两道金属护栏的能力,起到了更强的阻挡效果。同时,塑料隔离水槽会因强大的冲击力发生破损,释放出水,出水的过程起到了很好的吸振缓冲效果。对事故车辆具有更好的安全保护作用。释放出水也能在事故第一时间冷却车辆。
所述配重为鹅卵石,鹅卵石间的间隙填充有砂砾。
需要移动整个水培箱隔离带,只需要逐一清空塑料隔离水槽就可以把基座内的金属底板移开,降低了搬运难度和工时。
所述隔板的顶端开槽,并安装有送水管道,该送水管道由一段硬管和二段软管组成,其中硬管固定在隔板上,该硬管的一端安装有三通阀,该三通阀的一端连接一根软管。一段软管用于本隔板旁的水槽灌水和吸水,另一段软管用于用于与下一级隔板连接,硬管与上一级隔板的软管连接。
外护栏组合外护栏组合包括固定在金属底板上的一列立柱,各立柱连接有同一波形梁。
所述立柱经螺栓固定在所述金属底板上。
所述立柱的中部穿设有连接螺栓,该连接螺栓用于固定波形梁,波形梁上安装有反光条。
本发明的显著效果是:提供了一种不损伤路面,便于挪动的活动式水培箱隔离带,能够加强对车辆的防撞和缓冲效果,降低人工维护的成本。同时,能有效实现水培植物水箱内的水进行更换和补充。

如图1、2所示:一种活动式水培箱隔离带,包括安装在基座5内的金属底板6,所述基座5为塑料基座,基座5的下底开有防滑槽,基座5的上端面开槽,槽内放置所述金属底板6,金属底板6上平行固定有二列外护栏组合,两外护栏组合之间还平行设置有隔板7,该隔板7焊接在该金属底板6中部,隔板7和外护栏组合之间放置有一列塑料隔离水槽1,该塑料隔离水槽1的槽底放置有配重2,塑料隔离水槽1内灌装有水,塑料隔离水槽1内配置有水培植物,塑料隔离水槽1为PVC微发泡塑料;
塑料隔离水槽1的下底开有防滑槽。
所述配重2为鹅卵石,鹅卵石间的间隙填充有砂砾。
所述隔板7的顶端开槽,并安装有送水管道,该送水管道由一段硬管10和二段软管组成,其中硬管10固定在隔板7上,该硬管10的一端安装有三通阀11,该三通阀11的一端连接一根软管。
外护栏组合外护栏组合包括固定在金属底板6上的一列立柱8,各立柱8连接有同一波形梁9。

1.一种活动式水培箱隔离带,其特征在于:包括安装在基座(5)内的金属底板(6),所述基座(5)为塑料基座,基座(5)的下底开有防滑槽,基座(5)的上端面开槽,槽内放置所述金属底板(6),金属底板(6)上平行固定有二列外护栏组合,两外护栏组合之间还平行设置有隔板(7),该隔板(7)焊接在该金属底板(6)中部,隔板(7)和外护栏组合之间放置有一列塑料隔离水槽(1),该塑料隔离水槽(1)的槽底放置有配重(2),塑料隔离水槽(1)内灌装有水,塑料隔离水槽(1)内配置有水培植物,塑料隔离水槽(1)为PVC微发泡塑料;
塑料隔离水槽(1)的下底开有防滑槽;
所述隔板(7)的顶端开槽,并安装有送水管道,该送水管道由一段硬管(10)和二段软管组成,其中硬管(10)固定在隔板(7)上,该硬管(10)的一端安装有三通阀(11),该三通阀(11)的一端连接一根软管。
