皮带机防皮带跑偏校正装置,其特征是:该装置属于纯机械原理,不用电,在皮带机机身上每隔30-50米安装一套本装置,两侧的立武托辊与皮带成90°,安装时调好立式托辊与皮带之间的距离,应以皮带磨不到机架,且皮带两侧与机架距离应适当,本装置在皮带机上安装后,运行两月左右,皮带成形,不与机架干涉,运转正常后,可拆下重复使用安装到别的新皮带机上;当皮带机皮带发生跑偏时,皮带跑偏侧与立式托辊发生摩擦,立式托辊发生旋转,将跑偏的摩擦力强制释放掉,经过1-2个月的强制释放,皮带机与皮带的磨合也就完成了,皮带机皮带的跑偏也就解决了,皮带也就成形了。

技术领域:皮带机防皮带跑偏校正装置属于各种矿山、各类矿物的长距离、大规模运输的矿物运输领域,广泛应用于矿山、矿物运输。
背景技术:通过国内外全面检索,目前煤矿等矿山井下或井上皮带运输机少则几百米,多则数千米,传统的跑偏开关应在机头、机尾各设一对,再根据皮带运输长度在中间设若干对,若发生皮带跑偏,则由传感器传回综合保护开关,综合保护开关切断电源停机后,再进行调试或校正皮带,而由于新安装的皮带机皮带还未与机架滚筒磨合成形,调试工作难度很大,为了减少由地理、地质安装或皮带等因素造成的皮带机皮带跑偏调不过来,特研制出皮带机防皮带跑偏校正装置,经在矿上反复使用,效果良好,经过检索查新,本行业中还未出现类似的发明创造。

具体实施方式:现以附图为例说明:在皮带机机架(1)上每隔30-50米对称地安装一对皮带机皮带跑偏校正装置,安装时将防跑偏装置架(3)利用紧固U型螺栓(2)紧固在机架(1)上,调试好立式手辊(4)与皮带(5)之间的距离,应以皮带(5)两侧磨不到机架(1),且两侧皮带(5)与机架(1)的距离应大约一致,立式托辊(4)与皮带(5)呈90°角,当皮带(5)发生跑偏时,皮带(5)与立式托辊(4)发生摩擦,立式托辊(4)发生旋转,将皮带(5)跑偏的力度摩擦释放掉,经过1-2个月的强制释放皮带(5)与皮带机的跑偏也就解决了。
