本发明公开了一种水泥砂浆延时搅拌机，包括箱体、电机、传动箱、出料口、进料口、搅拌轴，所述箱体为卧式圆柱形，搅拌轴设置在箱体内部，搅拌轴一端通过传动箱连接电机，出料口、进料口设置在箱体上，搅拌轴的前半段设有绞龙，所述绞龙方向从进料口斜向出料口，搅拌轴的后半段设有4-5对挡板，前3对挡板为斜挡板，所述斜挡板对称设置，向绞龙方向倾斜，斜挡板的最前端与箱体内壁距离15-30mm，斜挡板内侧与搅拌轴之间设有竖直搅拌条，其余1-2对挡板里其中一个为斜挡板，另一个为方形挡板，方形挡板内设有横向搅拌条，本发明利用挡板反向旋转，使水泥砂浆在箱体中部速度减缓，达到延时效果，结构简单，方便实用。

    本发明属于搅拌机技术领域，具体涉及一种水泥砂浆延时搅拌机。
背景技术
在砂浆生产企业，为了降低劳动强度和克服人工拌制砂浆不易搅拌均匀的缺点，规定砂浆应采用搅拌机搅拌，同时，为使物料充分拌合，保证砂浆拌合质量，对不同砂浆品种分别规定了搅拌时间的要求，自投料完算起，水泥砂浆搅拌时间不得小于2分钟，不过水泥砂浆是可以流动的，部分搅拌机在无阻挡物的情况下达不到时间要求。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明公开了一种水泥砂浆延时搅拌机，改变挡板的角度，达到延时效果，结构简单，方便实用。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下：
一种水泥砂浆延时搅拌机，其特征在于：包括箱体、电机、传动箱、出料口、进料口、搅拌轴，所述箱体为卧式圆柱形，搅拌轴设置在箱体内部，搅拌轴一端通过传动箱连接电机，出料口、进料口设置在箱体上，进料口设置在搅拌轴一端上方，出料口设置在搅拌轴另一端下方，搅拌轴的前半段设有绞龙，所述绞龙方向从进料口斜向出料口，搅拌轴的后半段设有4-5对挡板，前3对挡板为斜挡板，所述斜挡板对称设置，向绞龙方向倾斜，斜挡板的最前端与箱体内壁距离15-30mm，斜挡板内侧与搅拌轴之间设有竖直搅拌条，其余1-2对挡板里其中一个为斜挡板，另一个为方形挡板，所述方形挡板与搅拌轴的轴线平行设置，方形挡板内设有横向搅拌条。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述斜挡板呈弧形。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述竖直搅拌条和横向搅拌条之间设有间隙。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述间隙为5-10mm。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明所述的一种水泥砂浆延时搅拌机，利用挡板反向旋转，使水泥砂浆在箱体中部速度减缓，达到延时效果，结构简单，方便实用。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式，进一步阐明本发明，应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是，下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向，词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图所示，本发明所述的一种水泥砂浆延时搅拌机，包括箱体1、电机2、传动箱3、出料口4、进料口5、搅拌轴6，所述箱体1为卧式圆柱形，搅拌轴6设置在箱体1内部，搅拌轴6一端通过传动箱3连接电机2，出料口4、进料口5设置在箱体1上，进料口5设置在搅拌轴6一端上方，出料口4设置在搅拌轴6另一端下方，搅拌轴6的前半段设有绞龙7，所述绞龙7方向从进料口5斜向出料口4，搅拌轴6的后半段设有4-5对挡板，前3对挡板为斜挡板8，所述斜挡板8对称设置，向绞龙7方向倾斜，斜挡板8的最前端与箱体1内壁距离15-30mm，斜挡板8内侧与搅拌轴6之间设有竖直搅拌条9，其余1-2对挡板里其中一个为斜挡板8，另一个为方形挡板10，所述方形挡板10与搅拌轴6的轴线平行设置，方形挡板10内设有横向搅拌条11。
工作时，电机2带动搅拌轴6旋转，水泥砂浆从进料口5进入，被绞龙7带到箱体1中间，在搅拌轴6的后半段设有斜挡板8，斜挡板8向绞龙7方向倾斜，将水泥砂浆堵在箱体1中间，同时利用竖直搅拌条9间隙搅拌，水泥砂浆只能够利用斜挡板8的最前端与箱体1内壁15-30mm距离向后运动，经过3道拦截和搅拌，到第4个挡板处，只有一半遮挡，另一半方形挡板10利用横向搅拌条11搅拌，使水泥砂浆流往出料口4，经过试验，本发明所述的搅拌机利用挡板反向旋转，使水泥砂浆在箱体中部速度减缓，达到延时效果，水泥砂浆在箱体1内的搅拌时间为3-4分钟，搅拌更加均匀，结构简单，方便实用。
本发明将所述斜挡板8设置为弧形，旋转时会形成向绞龙7方向的压力，更能够阻挡水泥砂浆前进，减轻斜挡板8的压力，延长斜挡板8的使用寿命。
为了使水泥砂浆能够搅拌均匀，本发明在所述竖直搅拌条9和横向搅拌条11之间设有间隙，所述间隙为5-10mm，便于流动搅拌。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段，还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。

1.一种水泥砂浆延时搅拌机，其特征在于：包括箱体、电机、传动箱、出料口、进料口、搅拌轴，所述箱体为卧式圆柱形，搅拌轴设置在箱体内部，搅拌轴一端通过传动箱连接电机，出料口、进料口设置在箱体上，进料口设置在搅拌轴一端上方，出料口设置在搅拌轴另一端下方，搅拌轴的前半段设有绞龙，所述绞龙方向从进料口斜向出料口，搅拌轴的后半段设有4-5对挡板，前3对挡板为斜挡板，所述斜挡板对称设置，向绞龙方向倾斜，斜挡板的最前端与箱体内壁距离15-30mm，斜挡板内侧与搅拌轴之间设有竖直搅拌条，其余1-2对挡板里其中一个为斜挡板，另一个为方形挡板，所述方形挡板与搅拌轴的轴线平行设置，方形挡板内设有横向搅拌条。
