Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗三叉神经痛的中药制剂及其制备方法，由下列中药制成：党参，白术，云苓，生地，桂枝，细辛，白芍，丹参，枣仁，陈皮，全虫，地龙，僵蚕，白附子，蜈蚣，姜，大枣，甘草。所述的中药制剂的制备方法，包括下列步骤：按照上述药方称取各个中药成分，用纯净水洗净，加蒸馏水浸泡2-5小时，用大火煮开，转为小火煮，过滤取滤液，再加水用大火煮开，过滤取滤液，将两次滤液混合；将得到的滤液用小火煮。本发明的组方通过益气养血、通络止痛、祛风散寒，能够有效治疗三叉神经痛，并具有起效快，疗效确切，适应症广，克服了当前中医治疗三叉神经痛由于疗效标准、辨证分型不统一、重复性差等缺点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药制剂及其制备方法，具体涉及一种治疗三叉神经痛的中药制剂。
背景技术
三叉神经痛是一种以三叉神经分布区内阵发性剧裂疼痛为特点的常见病。据统计其患病率为35/10万～45/10万，而70％～80％的患者为四十岁以上，女性略多于男性。表现为突然发生且短暂剧烈疼痛，呈刀割样、撕裂样、针刺样、电灼样。每次持续数秒至1～2分钟。根据疼痛部位的不同分为眼支(I支)(眶上孔、上眼睑、眉等)，上颌支(II支)(眶下孔，下睑、鼻唇沟等)，下颌支(III支)(頦孔、下唇、口角等)。疼痛从一处痛点开始，沿受累神经分布扩散，可伴有流泪、流涕、面部潮红、结膜充血等。初期发作疼痛次数较少，以后多数患者进行性加重，很少自愈，严重影响着患者的生活、学习和工作。目前对此病的治疗方法主要有：药物疗法、封闭治疗法、射频热凝疗法和手术疗法。这些疗法虽然获得了一些效果，但也存在诸多缺点和不足。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种疗效好、疗程短、治愈率高的治疗三叉神经痛的中药制剂。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
本发明提供的治疗一种治疗三叉神经痛的中药制剂，由下列重量份数的中药制成：党参15-23份，白术20-21份，云苓10-16份，生地15-22份，桂枝10-12份，细辛2-3份，白芍3-6份，丹参15-20份，枣仁15-20份，陈皮10-12份，全虫6-10份，地龙6-9份，僵蚕1-3份，白附子2-6份，蜈蚣2-5份，姜2-5份，大枣1-5份，甘草3-6份。
优选的，上述中药制剂由下列重量份数的中药制成：党参18-20份，白术20份，云苓12-15份，生地18-20份，桂枝11份，细辛2份，白芍5份，丹参16-19份，枣仁16-18份，陈皮11份，全虫7-9份，地龙8份，僵蚕2份，白附子3-5份，蜈蚣3-4份，姜3-4份，大枣2-4份，甘草4-5份。
进一步的，所述的中药制剂由下列重量份数的中药制成：党参19份，白术20份，云苓13份，生地19份，桂枝11份，细辛2份，白芍5份，丹参17份，枣仁17份，陈皮11份，全虫8份，地龙8份，僵蚕2份，白附子4份，蜈蚣3份，姜4份，大枣3份，甘草5份。
所述的中药制剂的制备方法，包括下列步骤：按照上述药方称取各个中药成分，用纯净水洗净，加蒸馏水浸泡2-5小时，用大火煮开，保持15-20分钟后转为小火煮，保持30-45分钟；过滤取滤液，再加水没过药面2-3厘米，用大火煮开，保持10-15分钟后转为小火煮，保持25-35分钟，过滤取滤液，将两次滤液混合；将得到的滤液用小火煮，保持5-10分钟。
本发明的中药组方的食用方法为，将上述药液等分两份，早晚2次温服，每日1剂。15付为1个疗程，一般4-5个疗程即可痊愈。
本发明的组方中各种中药的药理如下：
党参具有补中、益气、养血、健脾的作用；白术具有健脾益气、燥湿利水的作用；云苓具有渗湿利水、健脾和胃、宁心安神的作用；生地具有清热凉血、养阴、生津的作用；桂枝具有散风解表、温经通脉止痛的作用；细辛具有解表散寒、祛风止痛的作用；白芍具有养血柔肝、缓中止痛的作用；丹参具有活血调经、祛瘀止痛、养血安神的作用；枣仁具有养心益肝、安神的作用；陈皮具理气降逆、调中开胃、燥湿化痰的作用；全虫有息风止痉，通络止痛的功效。地龙具有清热平肝、熄风止痉、通络除痹的作用；僵蚕具有祛风解痉、化痰散结的作用；白附子搜逐血络、祛风止痉；蜈蚣：性味与归经，辛，温；有毒；大枣性味归经，温；甘；归脾、胃经。
本发明的有益效果是：组方通过益气养血、通络止痛、祛风散寒，能够有效治疗三叉神经痛，并具有起效快，疗效确切，适应症广，克服了当前中医治疗三叉神经痛由于疗效标准、辨证分型不统一、重复性差等缺点。同时，本中药组方除了止痛作用外，而且还具有整体改善患者全身情况如失眠、食欲不振等优点，具有较好的临床应用前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供的治疗三叉神经痛的中药制剂，由下列重量份数的中药制成：党参15份，白术20份，云苓10份，生地15份，桂枝10份，细辛2份，白芍3份，丹参15份，枣仁15份，陈皮10份，全虫6份，地龙6份，僵蚕1份，白附子2份，蜈蚣2份，姜2份，大枣1份，甘草3份。
所述的中药制剂的制备方法，包括下列步骤：按照上述药方称取各个中药成分，用纯净水洗净，加蒸馏水浸泡2小时，用大火煮开，保持15分钟后转为小火煮，保持30分钟；过滤取滤液，再加水没过药面2厘米，用大火煮开，保持10分钟后转为小火煮，保持25分钟，过滤取滤液，将两次滤液混合；将得到的滤液用小火煮，保持5分钟。

实施例4
本实施例的治疗三叉神经痛的中药，包括下列重量份数的物质：党参18份，白术21份，云苓13份，生地17份，桂枝12份，细辛3份，白芍5份，丹参18份，枣仁18份，陈皮12份，全虫8份，地龙7份，僵蚕3份，白附子5份，蜈蚣4份，姜4份，大枣3份，甘草4份。
所述的中药制剂的制备方法，包括下列步骤：按照上述药方称取各个中药成分，用纯净水洗净，加蒸馏水浸泡5小时，用大火煮开，保持18分钟后转为小火煮，保持40分钟：过滤取滤液，再加水没过药面3厘米，用大火煮开，保持15分钟后转为小火煮，保持35分钟，过滤取滤液，将两次滤液混合；将得到的滤液用小火煮，保持9分钟。
本发明的中药组方的食用方法为，将上述药液等分两份，早晚2次温服，每日1剂。15付为1个疗程，一般4-5个疗程即可痊愈。
实施例5
本实施例提供了一种治疗三叉神经痛的中药，包括下列重量份数的物质：党参19份，白术20份，云苓13份，生地19份，桂枝11份，细辛2份，白芍5份，丹参17份，枣仁17份，陈皮11份，全虫8份，地龙8份，僵蚕2份，白附子4份，蜈蚣3份，姜4份，大枣3份，甘草5份。
制备方法，包括下列步骤：按照上述药方称取各个中药成分，用纯净水洗净，加蒸馏水浸泡2-5小时，用大火煮开，保持15-20分钟后转为小火煮，保持30-45分钟；过滤取滤液，再加水没过药面2-3厘米，用大火煮开，保持10-15分钟后转为小火煮，保持25-35分钟，过滤取滤液，将两次滤液混合；将得到的滤液用小火煮，保持5-10分钟。
为验证本实施例的中药组方的治疗效果，选取三叉神经痛患者120例，随机分为：实验组和对照组，以不同的治疗方法分别进行治疗，然后将两组的结果以卡方检验法进行比较，应用SAS6.12软件完成数据的统计处理，以P＜0.05，说明有显著差异，有统计学意义。
治疗结果按照国家中医药管理局1994年颁发的中医病证诊断疗效标准中头风的评定标准评定，具体标准为：
治愈：头痛及伴随症状(恶心、呕吐、周身不适、情绪激动、失眠等)消失，各项实验室检查正常，半年内未见复发。
显效：头痛及伴随症状明显减轻，实验室检查明显改善，半年内复发次数显著减少。
有效：头痛及伴随症状减轻，实验室检查有所改善，半年内复发次数减少。
无效：头痛及伴随症状有所减轻或无变化，实验室检查无改善，半年内复发次数无明显减少。
本实验中，实验组随机选取62例：男26例、女36例，年龄范围为40-65岁，平均55岁。
诊断：根据病史、疼痛的部位、性质、发作表现和神经系统无阳性体征，即可确诊原发性三叉神经痛。
对照组随机选取了58例：男20例，女38例，年龄范围为35-70岁，平均60岁。
治疗方法采用目前常用的治疗手段：口服卡马西平药物。服用剂量为：起初为1次0.1g，1天2次；第2天后每隔1天增加0.1～0.2g，直到疼痛缓解；然后维持剂量，每日0.4～0.8g，分次服用。最高量每天不超过1.2g。疗程为15天。患者服药期间忌食辛辣食物。
两组服用相同的疗程，都服用5个疗程，然后，两组的治疗结果分别按照国家中医药管理局1994年颁发的中医病证诊断疗效标准中头风的评定标准执行。治疗结果如下表所示。

两组治疗结果应用SAS6.12软件进行数据的统计处理，结果表明两者差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。
典型病例：
病例1：张某，男，47岁，2011年7月就诊。患原发性三叉神经痛一年多。经常服用苯委英钠片和卡马西平片，勉强维持不疼痛，今年感觉病重了，上述药不灵验了。根据舌诊和脉诊于是服用本实施例所述制剂，先服5剂后小效，又服15剂，自觉病愈，停药。随访3年，未复发。
病例2：赵某，女，60岁，2012年10月初诊。患原发性三叉神经痛已两年。平日里服过多次中药治疗。疼痛严重时，服用卡马西平片，但病终未治愈。服用本实施例所述制剂，先服10剂，感觉良好。又继续服用20剂，病痊愈。随访3年未复发。
病例3：卢某，女，48岁，患者因左颜面部剧痛就诊，自诉为电灼样剧痛，捂热后有所减轻，查体见四肢末梢发凉，诊断患系典型三叉神经痛，服用本发明药物治疗，服用1个疗程后，症状明显缓解，继续服用4个疗程后，症状消失，痊愈。
病例4：李某，男，39岁，患原发性三叉神经痛已两年，经服用本发明药物治疗，服用5个疗程后，症状明显好转，服用本发明2个疗程后，症状全部消失，痊愈，1年后随访无复发。
病例5：蒋某，女，61岁，患者患原发性三叉神经痛已两年，平日里服过多次中药治疗，疼痛严重时，服用卡马西平片，但病终未治愈。后服用本发明药物治疗，服用1个疗程后，症状有所缓解，继续服用1个疗程后，症状全部消失，痊愈，半年后随访无复发。
病例6：王某，男，55岁，患者患三叉神经痛已有3年，服用本发明药物治疗，诸症大减，继续服用1个疗程后，诸症消失，随访至今未复发。
应当指出的是，具体实施方式只是本发明比较有代表性的例子，显然本发明的技术方案不限于上述实施例，还可以有很多变形。本领域的普通技术人员，以本发明所明确公开的或根据文件的书面描述毫无异议的得到的，均应认为是本专利所要保护的范围。

1.一种治疗三叉神经痛的中药制剂，由下列重量份数的中药制成：党参15-23份，白术20-21份，云苓10-16份，生地15-22份，桂枝10-12份，细辛2-3份，白芍3-6份，丹参15-20份，枣仁15-20份，陈皮10-12份，全虫6-10份，地龙6-9份，僵蚕1-3份，白附子2-6份，蜈蚣2-5份，姜2-5份，大枣1-5份，甘草3-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗三叉神经痛的中药制剂，由下列重量份数的中药制成：党参18-20份，白术20份，云苓12-15份，生地18-20份，桂枝11份，细辛2份，白芍5份，丹参16-19份，枣仁16-18份，陈皮11份，全虫7-9份，地龙8份，僵蚕2份，白附子3-5份，蜈蚣3-4份，姜3-4份，大枣2-4份，甘草4-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗三叉神经痛的中药制剂，由下列重量份数的中药制成：党参19份，白术20份，云苓13份，生地19份，桂枝11份，细辛2份，白芍5份，丹参17份，枣仁17份，陈皮11份，全虫8份，地龙8份，僵蚕2份，白附子4份，蜈蚣3份，姜4份，大枣3份，甘草5份。
4.上述任一项权利要求所述的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括下列步骤：按照上述药方称取各个中药成分，用纯净水洗净，加蒸馏水浸泡2-5小时，用大火煮开，保持15-20分钟后转为小火煮，保持30-45分钟；过滤取滤液，再加水没过药面2-3厘米，用大火煮开，保持10-15分钟后转为小火煮，保持25-35分钟，过滤取滤液，将两次滤液混合；将得到的滤液用小火煮，保持5-10分钟。
