本发明的中药以汤剂口服为佳，具体制备方法为：将上述所有中药洗净、消毒，然后放入瓦罐，将纯净水放至没过药物一般，大火煎三遍，再采用小火煎6个小时，将药汁用纱布过滤装入玻璃瓶封装。
本发明的中药药剂服用方法为：口服，一日服用三次，每次3-5毫升，一周为一个疗程，须连续服用两个疗程以上。

一种治疗心脑血管病的中药，由下列药物组分配伍而成：人参2份、白术5份、熟地6份、仙灵脾8份、白蒺藜10份、黄连4份、三七4份、玉米须6份、水飞蓟10份、决明子15份、首乌12份、柴胡9份、升麻8份、黄精15份、女贞子6份、枸杞子12份、夏枯草15份、牛蒡子6份、玉竹9份、刺五加10份、人参叶3份、土木香9份、赤芍10份、忍冬藤4份、土茯苓6份、徐长卿8份、毛冬青15份、肉苁蓉4份、当归8份、金樱子10份、沉香3份、青木香3份、钩藤5份、地龙4份。

一种治疗心脑血管病的中药，其特征在于，由下列药物组分配伍而成：人参1.5份、白术4份、熟地5份、仙灵脾6份、白蒺藜6份、黄连3份、三七3份、玉米须5份、水飞蓟7份、决明子10份、首乌8份、柴胡6份、升麻6份、黄精10份、女贞子5份、枸杞子8份、夏枯草10份、牛蒡子4份、玉竹6份、刺五加7份、人参叶2份、土木香6份、赤芍6份、忍冬藤3份、土茯苓4份、徐长卿6份、毛冬青10份、肉苁蓉3份、当归6份、金樱子7份、沉香2份、青木香2份、钩藤3份、地龙3份。
