旋转角传感器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于确定相对于参考位置的相对角度位置的旋转角传感器,所述旋转角传感器包括壳体、至少一个可旋转地支承在壳体中的转子和印刷电路板,该印刷电路板具有电气和/或电子构件以及一个或多个相应于转子数量的定子,借助连接件防止壳体在机动车的固定部件的凹槽中转动。
背景技术
这种感应式扭矩传感器本身已知。它们例如应用于机动车中,以便确定扭矩、如转向扭矩。这变得越来越必要,因为越来越多地使用电动伺服装置来辅助转向。所述伺服装置需要转向扭矩进行控制。转向扭矩可在转向柱中通过扭力杆以角差被识别并由角差计算出。为此,借助适合的装置将扭力杆端部上的旋转确定为信号并将该信号传输给用于分析的装置。可独立于方向盘的位置确定通过扭转产生的角差。
此外,例如对于驾驶员辅助系统、如ESP(用于车辆行驶性能的电子稳定程序)重要的是,也识别方向盘的位置(相对角度位置)。为此,确定方向盘的偏转(相对于参考位置的角度)。为了也可确定大于或小于360°的角,为参考位置配置标记(Indexierung),该标记为方向盘的每个整周旋转发出一个信号并且因此确定旋转周数。其它确定方式也是可能的。
已知将转子固定在转向柱上,而定子设置在壳体中的印刷电路板上,该壳体不可转动地支承在机动车中。为了实现不可转动性,例如成型在塑料壳体上的连接件导向于凹槽中,该凹槽设置在固定安装于机动车内的部件中。为了补偿制造公差、间隙和磨损,在连接件上设置由与壳体相同的材料制成的弹簧。该弹簧的缺点在于,在较高温度下弹簧弹力下降并且壳体受转动间隙影响(即使该间隙很小)并且因此不利地影响传感器的精度。
用于形成不可转动性的类似装置例如在EP 2 011 697 A2和关于卷绕带的DE102007055392 A1中被描述。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种旋转角传感器,其在安装简单的同时能实现在所有常温和高温的运行条件下壳体的无间隙的不可转动性。
该任务通过本发明的特征得以解决。连接件的塑料弹簧通过金属弹簧支持。由此即使在高温下——在高温下塑料变软并且塑料弹簧不再具有完全的张紧力——也可确保塑料弹簧向凹槽施加足够的压力。因此连接件始终充分地夹紧于凹槽中,以致壳体没有旋转间隙。由此确保旋转角传感器始终极高的精度。相反允许连接件和壳体沿凹槽的纵向滑动运动。由于只有塑料部件接触凹槽,因而可在纵向移动时避免噪声形成。
在一种方案中,金属弹簧是弯曲的板簧。该板簧可特别简单地制造并且可简单且可靠地安装。

具体实施方式
由图1可见,旋转角传感器包括壳体1,印刷电路板2固定在该壳体中或该壳体上并且两个转子3、4可旋转地支承在该壳体中或该壳体上。壳体1的两个主面分别借助一个盖6封闭,其中一个盖未示出。旋转角传感器例如在机动车中配置给转向柱,转子3、4与转向柱共同旋转。壳体1具有一个相应的圆形开口1a,该开口大致居中设置。为了将壳体1固定在机动车的固定部件上,设置连接件7,以便使壳体1相对于转向运动不可旋转运动。
印刷电路板2具有配置给转子3、4的例如导体线路形式的定子以及电气和/或电子构件。定子同心地围绕印刷电路板2中大致圆形的凹口设置,在此凹口与开口1a对齐。印刷电路板2被精确固定在壳体1中的预定位置中,以避免测量误差。插头8固定并且电气连接在印刷电路板3上,该插头在安装好的旋转角传感器中保持在壳体1上。
在图2至4中更清楚地示出的连接件7成型于壳体1的外圆周上并且与壳体一体形成。连接件7是大致方形的并且这样设置,使得径向外壁7a垂直于开口1a的半径。连接件7的尺寸与凹槽9的尺寸一致,所述凹槽设置在固定于机动车上的固定部件10中。该固定部件10相对于开口1a径向地至少部分包围旋转角传感器。
在垂直于外壁7a的宽侧7b上,设置两个接片11作为连接件7的组成部分。接片11间隔开地成型于宽侧7b上,使得接片壁状地垂直突出于宽侧7b的表面,其中的外侧接片11构造为外壁7a的延长部。在每个接片11的上端部上构造有凸出部12,所述凸出部背离宽侧7b。
在接片11之间这样设置塑料弹簧13,使得该塑料弹簧在其下端部上固定在宽侧7b上并且上端部弹性可动。在塑料弹簧13的上端部上也构造有凸出部12,该凸出部12背离宽侧7b并且位于所述另外的凸出部12之间。在卸载状态中塑料弹簧13突出于一个平面,该平面接触接片11的凸出部12地平行于宽侧7b。塑料弹簧13通过金属弹簧14增强,该金属弹簧导向于宽侧7b和塑料弹簧12之间并且被夹紧地及形锁合地固定。金属弹簧14成型为由弹簧钢板制成的大致U形的板簧,U形的支腿中的第一支腿弓形地弯曲,使得凸面朝向另一支腿并且第一支腿的自由端部朝向塑料弹簧13。
壳体1与包括接片11和塑料弹簧13的连接件7由塑料一体制成。
在将旋转角传感器安装到机动车中后,连接件7可纵向移动地导向于凹槽9中,使得壳体1不可旋转。塑料弹簧13结合金属弹簧14即使在高温下也能够可靠地补偿存在于凹槽9和连接件7之间的间隙,由此避免了基于壳体1的不希望的转动运动的测量误差。

Claims (1)

1.用于确定相对于参考位置的相对角度位置的旋转角传感器,所述旋转角传感器包括壳体(1)、至少一个可旋转地支承在壳体(1)中的转子(3、4)和印刷电路板(2),该印刷电路板具有电气和/或电子构件以及一个或多个相应于转子(3、4)数量的定子,借助在机动车的固定部件(10)的凹槽(9)中的连接件(7)防止壳体(1)转动,其特征在于,所述连接件(7)的塑料弹簧(13)通过金属弹簧(14)支持,金属弹簧(14)成型为由弹簧钢板制成的大致U形的板簧,且U形板簧的支腿中的第一支腿弓形地弯曲,使得第一支腿的凸面朝向另一支腿并且第一支腿的自由端部朝向塑料弹簧(13),从而所述旋转角传感器能实现在常温和高温的运行条件下壳体相对凹槽的无间隙的不可转动性,以便所述壳体没有旋转间隙,而允许连接件以及壳体沿凹槽的纵向滑动运动。
