Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent vehicle management system which comprises an intelligent vehicle terminal, an intelligent user terminal and a cloud server, wherein the cloud server is in wireless communication with the intelligent vehicle terminal and the intelligent user terminal respectively; the intelligent vehicle terminal is arranged on a vehicle and used for acquiring vehicle information of the vehicle and sending the vehicle information to the cloud server, or acquiring a control command from the cloud server; the intelligent user terminal is used for acquiring the vehicle information from the cloud server and sending the control command to the cloud server; the cloud server is used for receiving the vehicle information of the intelligent vehicle terminal and the control demand of the intelligent user terminal, and sending mutual information to the intelligent vehicle terminal and the intelligent user terminal respectively. The intelligent vehicle terminal acquires the vehicle information and sends the vehicle information to the cloud server, the cloud server carries out statistic analysis and sends the result of statistic analysis to the intelligent user terminal, and then the intelligent user terminal knows the vehicle information and controls the vehicle. Therefore, a user can know and control the vehicle conveniently in real time through the intelligent vehicle management system.

Background

and the cloud server is used for receiving the vehicle information of the intelligent vehicle terminal and the control instruction of the intelligent user terminal and respectively sending interactive information to the intelligent vehicle terminal and the intelligent user terminal.
Preferably, the vehicle information includes vehicle traveling information, vehicle state information, vehicle position information, vehicle video information, and vehicle maintenance information.

In order that the objects, aspects and advantages of the invention will become more apparent, the various embodiments described hereinafter refer to the accompanying drawings which form a part hereof, and in which are shown by way of illustration various embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. It is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized and structural and functional modifications may be made to the embodiments set forth herein without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent vehicle management system, which includes an intelligent vehicle terminal 1, an intelligent user terminal 3, and a cloud server 2 that performs wireless communication with the intelligent vehicle terminal 1 and the intelligent user terminal 3, respectively; the intelligent vehicle terminal 1 is arranged on a vehicle and used for acquiring vehicle information of the vehicle and sending the vehicle information to the cloud server 2, or acquiring a control instruction from the cloud server 2; the intelligent user terminal 3 acquires the vehicle information from the cloud server 2 and sends a control instruction to the cloud server 2; and the cloud server 2 is used for receiving the vehicle information of the intelligent vehicle terminal 1 and the control instruction of the intelligent user terminal 3, and respectively sending interactive information to the intelligent vehicle terminal 1 and the intelligent user terminal 3.
The intelligent vehicle management system comprises a cloud server, a vehicle terminal and a vehicle management server, wherein the vehicle management server is used for acquiring vehicle information, vehicle state information, vehicle position information, vehicle video information and vehicle maintenance information, the vehicle information is acquired from a vehicle for the intelligent vehicle terminal and is sent to the cloud server, the vehicle information is classified and sorted by the cloud server and is subjected to statistical analysis, the vehicle condition is comprehensively known, and the information is sent to the intelligent user terminal, so that a user can know the vehicle through the intelligent user terminal and can send a control command to the vehicle, and the intelligent vehicle management system is very convenient.
As shown in fig. 2, the intelligent vehicle terminal 1 of the intelligent vehicle management system of the present invention includes a control module 10, an information collection module 11 connected to the control module 10 for collecting vehicle information, a first communication module 12 for performing wireless communication with the cloud server 3, a first display module 13 for displaying, a storage module 14 for storing, a prompt module 15 connected to the control module 10 for prompting an alarm, a fault code module 16 connected to the control module 10 for recording and counting all alarm fault codes, a setting module 17 connected to the control module 10 for performing personalized setting on a vehicle, and a communication interface 18 connected to the control module 10 for communicating with other terminals.
Specifically, the communication interface 18 is a wired communication interface or a wireless communication interface, the wired communication interface is a USB interface, the wireless communication interface is a WIFI interface, a bluetooth interface or an NFC interface, and the communication interface 18 can communicate with other terminals (including the intelligent user terminal 3), that is, data information of the intelligent vehicle terminal 1 is directly sent to the other terminals, and data information (such as an upgrade file) on the other terminals can also be directly sent to the intelligent vehicle terminal 1, which is convenient and fast.
As a specific embodiment, the information collection module 11 of the intelligent vehicle terminal includes a driving information collection unit for collecting driving information of the vehicle, a state information collection unit for collecting state information of the vehicle, a position information collection unit for collecting position information of the vehicle, a video information collection unit for collecting video information of the vehicle, and a maintenance information collection module for collecting maintenance information of the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 3, the intelligent user terminal 3 of the intelligent vehicle management system of the present invention includes a processing module 31, a second communication module 32 connected to the processing module 31 for performing wireless communication with the cloud server 2, an instruction generating module 33 connected to the processing module 31 for generating a control instruction, and a second display module 34 connected to the processing module 31 for displaying.
As shown in fig. 4, the cloud server 2 of the intelligent vehicle management system of the present invention includes a processor 21, a third communication module 22 connected to the processor 21 for performing wireless communication with the intelligent vehicle terminal 1, a fourth communication module 23 connected to the processor 21 for performing wireless communication with the intelligent user terminal 3, a statistical analysis module 24 connected to the processor 21 for performing statistical analysis on vehicle information and generating a report, a driving level evaluation module 25 connected to the processor 21 for performing comprehensive evaluation on vehicle users according to the vehicle information, a ranking module 26 connected to the processor 21 for ranking the vehicle users according to interaction information, a display 27 connected to the processor 21 for display, and a memory 28 connected to the processor 21 for storage.
The intelligent vehicle management system comprises a vehicle, a vehicle management module and a vehicle management module, wherein the vehicle comprises but is not limited to an intelligent motorcycle, an intelligent electric vehicle or an intelligent bicycle, and can be a two-wheeled motorcycle, a three-wheeled motorcycle, an intelligent electric vehicle, an intelligent bicycle and the like.
The intelligent vehicle management system comprises an intelligent vehicle terminal, an intelligent user terminal and a cloud server which is in wireless communication with the intelligent vehicle terminal and the intelligent user terminal respectively; the intelligent vehicle terminal is arranged on the vehicle and used for acquiring vehicle information of the vehicle and sending the vehicle information to the cloud server or acquiring a control instruction from the cloud server; the intelligent user terminal acquires the vehicle information from the cloud server and sends a control instruction to the cloud server; and the cloud server is used for receiving the vehicle information of the intelligent vehicle terminal and the control instruction of the intelligent user terminal and respectively sending interactive information to the intelligent vehicle terminal and the intelligent user terminal. The intelligent vehicle terminal collects vehicle information and sends the vehicle information to the cloud server, the cloud server carries out statistical analysis and shares the result of the statistical analysis to the intelligent user terminal, and therefore a user can know the vehicle information through the intelligent user terminal and control the vehicle, and the user can conveniently know and control the vehicle in real time.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. In addition, many modifications may be made to adapt a particular situation or material to the teachings of the invention without departing from the essential scope thereof. Claims (10)
1. The intelligent vehicle management system is characterized by comprising an intelligent vehicle terminal (1), an intelligent user terminal (3) and a cloud server (2) which is in wireless communication with the intelligent vehicle terminal (1) and the intelligent user terminal (3) respectively;
the intelligent vehicle terminal (1) is arranged on a vehicle and used for acquiring vehicle information of the vehicle and sending the vehicle information to the cloud server (2) or acquiring a control instruction from the cloud server (2);
the intelligent user terminal (3) acquires vehicle information from the cloud server (2) and sends a control instruction to the cloud server (2);
the cloud server (2) is used for receiving the vehicle information of the intelligent vehicle terminal (1) and the control instruction of the intelligent user terminal (3) and respectively sending interaction information to the intelligent vehicle terminal (1) and the intelligent user terminal (3).
2. The intelligent vehicle management system of claim 1, wherein the vehicle information includes vehicle travel information, vehicle status information, vehicle location information, vehicle video information, and vehicle maintenance information.

The intelligent vehicle management system according to claim 2, wherein the intelligent vehicle terminal (1) comprises a control module (10), an information acquisition module (11) connected with the control module (10) for acquiring the vehicle information, a first communication module (12) for performing wireless communication with the cloud server (2), a first display module (13) for displaying, and a first storage module (14) for storing.

The intelligent vehicle management system according to claim 3, wherein the intelligent vehicle terminal (1) further comprises a prompt module (15) connected with the control module (10) for alarm prompt, a fault code module (16) connected with the control module (10) for recording and counting all alarm fault codes, a setting module (17) connected with the control module (10) for personalized setting of the vehicle, and a communication interface (18) connected with the control module (10) for communication with other terminals.
5. The intelligent vehicle management system according to claim 4, wherein the communication interface (18) is a wired communication interface or a wireless communication interface.
6. The intelligent vehicle management system of claim 5, wherein the wired communication interface is a USB interface, and the wireless communication interface is a WIFI interface, a Bluetooth interface or an NFC interface.
