本发明涉及实验仪器,特别是用于旋转培养皿的仪器。
背景技术
培养皿是一种用于微生物或细胞培养的实验室器皿,由一个平面圆盘状的底和一个盖组成,一般用玻璃或塑料制成。
培养液旋转仪是用于微生物、分子生物学和细胞生物学等实验中的接种、涂布、制板等实验中培养皿的自动旋转的仪器。
为了在旋转过程中避免培养皿移动,培养皿需要牢固的固定在转盘上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于对于现有技术中所存在的问题,提供一种使用方便的培养皿旋转仪。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种培养皿旋转仪,包括机架,安装在机架内的驱动电机,电机的输出轴上安装有托盘,其特征在于:在培养皿的侧壁上套有铁环,在所述托盘上装有磁性材料。
优选地,所述驱动电机是伺服电机。
优选地,所述伺服电机的控制开关为脚踏开关。
优选地,所述电机的输出轴与竖直方向有一大于0°的夹角。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过磁力将培养皿固定在托盘上,避免在旋转过程中培养皿移动或脱落。在一些实施例中,适用于具有一定倾角的托盘,培养皿可以不同方式旋转,增加了旋转仪的用途。

具体实施方式
下面结合试验例及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
如图1、2所示,本发明的具体实施例,一种培养皿旋转仪,包括机架1,安装在机架1内的伺服电驱动电机,其控制开关为位于机架侧1边的脚踏开关,电机的输出轴上安装有托盘3,在培养皿4的侧壁上套有铁环2,在所述托盘3上装有磁性材料。当培养皿靠近托盘3时,铁环2可以和磁性材料相互吸引,将培养皿固定在托盘上。本实施例特别适用于托盘3具有一定倾角的情况,可以保持培养皿被吸附在托盘3上。

1.一种培养皿旋转仪,包括机架,安装在机架内的驱动电机,电机的输出轴上安装有托盘,其特征在于:在培养皿的侧壁上套有铁环,在所述托盘上装有磁性材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的培养皿旋转仪,其特征在于:所述驱动电机是伺服电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的培养皿旋转仪,其特征在于:所述伺服电机的控制开关为脚踏开关。
4.根据权利要求1所述的培养皿旋转仪,其特征在于:所述电机的输出轴与竖直方向有一大于0°的夹角。
