本发明公开了一种无线连接的培养皿旋转仪,包括机架,安装在机架内的驱动电机,电机的输出轴上安装有托盘,机架内部给驱动电机供电的电源,其特征在于:所述电源包括安装在机架内的电源线圈,和与电源线圈配合的外置的耦合线圈,所述耦合线圈外接电源。本发明通过线圈耦合,实现了旋转仪的无线供电,适用于在密闭环境下使用旋转仪。

技术领域
本发明涉及实验仪器,特别是用于旋转培养皿的仪器。
背景技术
培养皿是一种用于微生物或细胞培养的实验室器皿,由一个平面圆盘状的底和一个盖组成,一般用玻璃或塑料制成。
培养液旋转仪是用于微生物、分子生物学和细胞生物学等实验中的接种、涂布、制板等实验中培养皿的自动旋转的仪器。
当需要在密闭环境下进行旋转实验时,需要较为复杂的设备才能实现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于对于现有技术中所存在的问题,提供一种使用方便的培养皿旋转仪。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种无线连接的培养皿旋转仪,包括机架,安装在机架内的驱动电机,电机的输出轴上安装有托盘,机架内部给驱动电机供电的电源,其特征在于:所述电源包括安装在机架内的电源线圈,和与电源线圈配合的外置的耦合线圈,所述耦合线圈外接电源。
优选地,所述驱动电机是伺服电机。
优选地,所述伺服电机的控制开关为脚踏开关。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过线圈耦合,实现了旋转仪的无线供电,适用于在密闭环境下使用旋转仪。可以将旋转仪直接放在密闭容器内,由耦合线圈供电即可。

具体实施方式
下面结合试验例及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
如图1、2所示,本发明的具体实施例,一种培养皿旋转仪,包括机架1,安装在机架1内的伺服电驱动电机,其控制开关为位于机架侧1边的脚踏开关,所述电源包括安装在机架内的电源线圈,和与电源线圈配合的外置的耦合线圈,所述耦合线圈外接电源。需要密封时,将旋转仪置于密封容器内即可,电源可以无线供电,简化了整个装置。

1. 一种无线连接的培养皿旋转仪,包括机架,安装在机架内的驱动电机,电机的输出轴上安装有托盘,机架内部给驱动电机供电的电源,其特征在于:所述电源包括安装在机架内的电源线圈,和与电源线圈配合的外置的耦合线圈,所述耦合线圈外接电源。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的无线连接的培养皿旋转仪,其特征在于:所述驱动电机是伺服电机。
