本发明涉及一种冲床装置，具体涉及一种新型气动冲床。
背景技术
电动冲床不仅噪音在污染环境、自身复杂的结构部件也决定其造价高、维修难度大、维修成本高、机体笨重，而且耗电多，工作时操作复杂，故障率高，安全隐患大，小压力的冲床不能固定大工作台面的模具，气动冲床能提高生产效率，降低生产成本，节省动力资源，能满足需要压力小，工作台面大的模具冲压使用。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足，提出了一种新型气动冲床，所述气动冲床装置利用工作压力小、工作台面大的模具的特点制作设计，更节能，减少电耗损，操作简单，安全性较高，采用脚踏开关来控制电磁阀，结构简单，故障率低，提高生产效率，且使用方便、节能环保能满足市场需要。
本发明的技术方案为：一种新型气动冲床，包括储气罐、气缸、上固定板、传动装置、导向装置、滑动模板、模具和下固定板，储气罐与气缸相连接，气缸固定在上固定板上，传动装置的一端通过上固定板与气缸相连接，传动装置的另一端与滑动模板相连接，导向装置通过滑动模板分别与上固定板和下固定板相连接，模具固定在下固定板上。
本发明具有如下有益效果：
本发明结构合理，节能，减少电耗损，操作简单，安全性较高，采用脚踏开关来控制电磁阀，结构简单，故障率低，提高生产效率，且使用方便、节能环保能满足市场需要。

参见附图所示，本发明包括储气罐1、气缸2、上固定板3、传动装置4、导向装置5、滑动模板6、模具7和下固定板8，储气罐1与气缸2相连接，所述气缸2固定在上固定板3上，传动装置4的一端通过上固定板3与气缸2相连接，传动装置4的另一端与滑动模板6相连接，导向装置5通过滑动模板6分别与上固定板3和下固定板8相连接，模具7固定在下固定板8上。
