本发明公开了属于钻床设备技术领域,钻床工件进给装置,包括工件滑台,该工件滑台上安装有丝杠,丝杠的端头与棘轮的轴心固定,该棘轮的棘齿与摇杆自由端的棘爪啮合,该摇杆的中部通过销轴与棘轮轴心铰接,摇杆的铰接端与连杆的上端铰接,连杆的下端与曲柄的自由端铰接;该曲柄的固定端与从动齿轮的转轴焊接,从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合,主动齿轮由驱动电机驱动。本发明结构简单,可以通过丝杠上螺纹长度来控制工件滑台的行程,相对传统的安装检测元件和电磁阀来控制气缸行程,其控制度更加精确。

本发明属于钻床设备技术领域。
背景技术
钻床指主要用钻头在工件上加工孔的机床。通常钻头旋转为主运动,钻头轴向移动为进给运动。钻床结构简单,加工精度相对较低,可钻通孔、盲孔,更换特殊刀具,可扩、锪孔,铰孔或进行攻丝等加工。
钻床中工件的进给是由气缸控制,这种进给装置的缺点在于:气缸的行程需要精细化的控制,常规的气缸的行程都是固定的,需要采用检测元件控制电磁阀的通来对实现气缸行程进行控制,才能将工件准确的运送至钻头的下方,有时候会出现检测元件失灵的情况,则气缸的行程就没法达到预期。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种可精确控制工件进给行程的钻床工件进给装置。
本方案中的钻床工件进给装置,包括工件滑台,该工件滑台上安装有丝杠,丝杠的端头与棘轮的轴心固定,该棘轮的棘齿与摇杆自由端的棘爪啮合,该摇杆的中部通过销轴与棘轮轴心铰接,摇杆的铰接端与连杆的上端铰接,连杆的下端与曲柄的自由端铰接;该曲柄的固定端与从动齿轮的转轴焊接,从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合,主动齿轮由驱动电机驱动。
本发明的有益效果为:通过驱动电机带动主动齿轮和从动齿轮旋转,从而使得曲柄带着转动,曲柄拉着连杆使得摇杆围绕铰接点转动,而摇杆的自由端设有棘爪,棘爪与棘轮上的棘齿啮合并带动棘轮旋转,由于棘轮是与丝杠的端头连接,因此会带着丝杠旋转,丝杠与工件滑台配合,将是丝杠的转动运动变成工件滑台的直线进给运动,本发明结构简单,可以通过丝杠上螺纹长度来控制工件滑台的行程,相对传统的安装检测元件和电磁阀来控制气缸行程,其控制度更加精确。
进一步,棘爪与摇杆通过压紧螺栓固定,连接更牢固。
进一步,棘轮的轴心外凸形成与摇杆铰接的销轴,不用外插销轴,连接更加稳定。
进一步,主动齿轮和从动齿轮的直径相同,使得主动齿轮和从动齿轮保持同步角速度转动。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图1中的附图标记包括:工件滑台1、丝杠2、棘轮3、棘爪4、摇杆5、连杆6、曲柄7、从动齿轮8、主动齿轮9。
实施例基本如附图1所示:钻床工件进给装置,包括与机架,以及机架的导轨上滑动连接的工件滑台1,工件滑台的轴向安装有丝杠2,在工件滑台的下方有主动齿轮9和从动齿轮8,主动齿轮和从动齿轮的直径相同。
机架上安装有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴与主动齿轮平键连接,驱动电机启动带动主动齿轮转动。从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合,从动齿轮的转轴通过轴承安装与机架上,该转轴上焊接有曲柄7,曲柄的自由端与连杆6通过销轴铰接,连杆的另一端与一摇杆5通过销轴铰接。该摇杆中部与棘轮3轴心外凸形成的销轴进行铰接,摇杆的自由端通过压紧螺栓固定连接有棘爪4,该棘爪与棘轮的棘齿啮合。棘轮的轴心处与工件滑台的丝杠端头通过螺栓紧固成一体。
本实施例的工作过程如下:主动齿轮在驱动电机的带动下旋转,从而使得与之啮合的从动齿轮也旋转,从动齿轮的转动使得曲柄随之运动,连杆则是使得摇杆围绕铰接点转动,摇杆的转动使得棘轮转动,棘轮带动丝杠转动,安装在丝杠上的工件滑台则会滑动,实现工件的进给。

1.钻床工件进给装置,包括工件滑台,其特征在于,该工件滑台上安装有丝杠,丝杠的端头与棘轮的轴心固定,该棘轮的棘齿与摇杆自由端的棘爪啮合,该摇杆的中部通过销轴与棘轮轴心铰接,摇杆的铰接端与连杆的上端铰接,连杆的下端与曲柄的自由端铰接;该曲柄的固定端与从动齿轮的转轴焊接,从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合,主动齿轮由驱动电机驱动。
