Abstract

本发明公开了一种范式鼻炎膏，该组合物是由莪术、莲房、黄芩、黄柏、菊花、玉竹、玄参、椿皮、丹参、泽泻、蜂蜜制成，临床可以用于对鼻炎的治疗。本发明同时还公开了该中药组合物的制备方法。

一种中药制剂鼻炎药
技术领域： 
本发明涉及一种治疗鼻炎的中药制剂及其制备方法，其剂型包括片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂、 口服液、药膏型以及其他剂型，属于中药制剂领域。
背景技术： 
鼻炎是一种常见病、多发病。中医药治鼻炎有悠久的历史和丰富的经验。中医的整体观 念、辨证施治、动态平衡及中医学治疗本病的有效性、无害性、持续性、多样性等优势适宜 于复杂多样的鼻炎的治疗。长期服用中药可寓防于治，集预防、治疗、康复于一体。因此， 研制治疗鼻炎的有效方剂，具有十分重要的理论意义与使用价值。
本发明疗效确切，成本低廉，安全性好，服用方便。如推广应用后可取得较好的经济和 社会效益。 
发明内容： 
本发明所述中药制剂是由下述用量配比的原料提取制备而成：莪术10~80％、莲房1~10％、 黄芩3~20％、黄柏2~18％、菊花1.2~15％、玉竹1.5~18％、玄参1.5~15％、椿皮1~16％、丹参1~19％、 泽泻1.5~18％、蜂蜜1~60％。具体制备步骤为：取莪术、莲房、黄芩、黄柏、菊花、玉竹、 玄参、椿皮、丹参、泽泻加40～70％的乙醇提取2～3次，合并提取液，滤过，回收乙醇，浓缩 成相对密度为1.16～1.25的浓缩液，加入蜂蜜，混匀，干燥，粉碎为干药粉；或取上述浓缩液 加入200～500ml蒸馏水使溶解，冷置24小时，滤过，加入蜂蜜，混匀为药液。通过添加各种 常规辅料可制成颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、口服液、糖浆或滴丸剂。
具体实施方式： 
实施例1：
取莪术600g、莲房25g、黄芩25g、黄柏25g、菊花15g、、玉竹15g、玄参15g、椿皮15g、 丹参15g、泽泻30g加70％的乙醇提取3次，合并提取液，滤过，回收乙醇，浓缩成相对密度 为1.16～1.18的浓缩液，加入蜂蜜，混匀，干燥，粉碎为干药粉；或取上述浓缩液加入200ml 蒸馏水使溶解，冷置24小时，滤过，加入蜂蜜，混匀为药液。
实施例2： 
取莪术500g、莲房20g、黄芩20g、黄柏20g、菊花20g、、玉竹20g、玄参25g、椿皮10g、 丹参20g、泽泻25g加40％的乙醇提取3次，合并提取液，滤过，回收乙醇，浓缩成相对密度 为1.16～1.20的浓缩液，加入蜂蜜，混匀，干燥，粉碎为干药粉；或取上述浓缩液加入500ml 蒸馏水使溶解，冷置24小时，滤过，加入蜂蜜，混匀为药液。
实施例3： 
取莪术300g、莲房15g、黄芩15g、黄柏20g、菊花20g、、玉竹25g、玄参25g、椿皮25g、 丹参20g、泽泻200g加50％的乙醇提取3次，合并提取液，滤过，回收乙醇，浓缩成相对密 度为1.16～1.19的浓缩液，加入蜂蜜，混匀，干燥，粉碎为干药粉；或取上述浓缩液加入300ml 蒸馏水使溶解，冷置24小时，滤过，加入蜂蜜，混匀为药液。
使用方法： 
用棉签蘸取药膏适量，涂抹于鼻炎处，然后轻轻按揉鼻子两边，早晚各一次。（药膏状物体只适合外用忌内服）。

1.一种治疗鼻炎的中药制剂，其特征在于所述中药制剂是由下述用量配比的原料提取制备而 成，莪术10~80％、莲房1~10％、黄芩3~20％、黄柏2~18％、菊花1.2~15％、玉竹1.5~18％、玄 参1.5~15％、椿皮1~16％、丹参1~19％、泽泻1.5~18％、蜂蜜1~60％。
2. 权利要求1所述的治疗鼻炎的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于：它包括下列步骤，取莪 术、莲房、黄芩、黄柏、菊花、玉竹、玄参、椿皮、丹参、泽泻加40~70％的乙醇提取2~3 次，合并提取液，滤过，回收乙醇，浓缩成相对密度为1.16~1.25的浓缩液，加入蜂蜜，混 匀，干燥，粉碎为干药粉；或取上述浓缩液加入200~500ml蒸馏水使溶解，冷置24小时，滤 过，加入蜂蜜，混匀为药液。
3. 权利要求1所述的中药制剂，其特征在于，为颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、口服液、糖浆或滴 丸剂。
