Abstract

本发明公开了一种立体LED,包括LED支架、设于LED支架上的正极和负极、设于LED支架上呈金字塔阶梯形状的立体基板,立体基板的每层阶级上均分布设有LED芯片,每层阶级的顶面和侧面均设有LED芯片。该立体LED通过改变基板平面的形状,即通过将LED芯片固晶在类似立体形状的基板上,由平面转变成立体形状,达到扩大光照效果的范围,扩展发光角度。

一种立体LED
技术领域
本发明涉及一种立体LED,尤其涉及一种通过改变基板平面的形状,由平面转变成立体形状和扩展发光角度的立体LED。
背景技术
由于现时LED光源受到了LED芯片外型的限制,光源成品的发光夹角多为120°,要达到白炽灯的光照效果,只能通过灯罩来达到泛光效果,不过这种间接照明的方法削弱了光源发射出来的光通量,并且其光照效果不均匀。光源成品的发光夹角多为120°的原因是LED芯片本身的形态以及基板的平面状态共同影响产生的结果。
发明内容
本发明是为了要克服现有技术的缺陷,目的在于提供一种立体LED,该立体LED通过改变基板平面的形状,即通过将LED芯片固晶在类似立体形状的基板上,由平面转变成立体形状,达到扩大光照效果的范围,扩展发光角度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种立体LED,包括LED支架、设于LED支架上的正极和负极、设于LED支架上呈金字塔阶梯形状的立体基板,立体基板的每层阶级上均分布设有LED芯片,每层阶级的顶面和侧面均设有LED芯片。
进一步的,所述的立体基板设有七层阶级,每层阶级呈圆环形向上叠加。
进一步的,所述的立体基板上所有LED芯片发光形成的最大发光角度为224°。
综上所述,本发明的立体LED通过改变基板平面的形状,即通过将LED芯片固晶在类似立体形状的基板上,由平面转变成立体形状,达到扩大光照效果的范围,扩展发光角度。

实施例1
本发明实施例1所描述的一种立体LED,如图1所示,包括LED支架1、设于LED支架上的正极2和负极3、设于LED支架上呈金字塔阶梯形状的立体基板4,立体基板的每层阶级上均分布设有LED芯片5,每层阶级的顶面和侧面均设有LED芯片。
该立体基板设有七层阶级,每层阶级呈圆环形向上叠加。
该立体基板上所有LED芯片发光形成的最大发光角度为224°。
上述实施例仅为本发明的若干较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依照本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的各种等效变化,均应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种立体LED,其特征在于,包括LED支架、设于LED支架上的正极和负极、设于LED支架上呈金字塔阶梯形状的立体基板,立体基板的每层阶级上均分布设有LED芯片,每层阶级的顶面和侧面均设有LED芯片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种立体LED,其特征在于,所述的立体基板设有七层阶级,每层阶级呈圆环形向上叠加。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种立体LED,其特征在于,所述的立体基板上所有LED芯片发光形成的最大发光角度为224°。
