发明内容
本发明提供一种LED灯具,由一小段弧构成一个波纹单元(1);一个以上的波纹单元(1)组成波纹段单元(3);由一个或多个波纹段单元(3)组成波纹孔单元(2);由组成散热器。 
优选方案是波纹孔单元由六个波纹段单元组成正六边形波纹孔单元。相比其它结构正六边形比其它结构如四边形、三角形、圆形更优越,在同等的表面积设计下,正六边形所用的材料最少。 
波纹孔单元还可以由一个或多个波纹段单元可组成多边形、圆形、不规则图形的波纹孔单元。 
在散热器上有LED灯,LED灯将热量传给散热器,散发到空气中。 
本发明波纹孔散热器可用于LED照明、电子器件等需要散热的领域。 
本发明的有益效果是:只因将原有散热器孔的平面边改成波纹边,散热面积增大,散热效果好。相比其它结构正六边形比其它结构如四边形、三角形、圆形更优越,在同等的表面积设计下,正六边形所用的材料最少。

将散热器孔边加工成波纹孔边,波纹孔散热器可做成六角形波纹孔散热器或圆形波纹孔散热器或矩形波纹孔散热器或五角形波纹孔散热器或三角形波纹孔散热器或多边形波纹孔散热器。多个波纹孔组成波纹孔散热器。

1.一种LED灯具,其特征是:由一小段弧构成一个波纹单元(1);一个以上的波纹单元(1)组成波纹段单元(3);由一个或多个波纹段单元(3)组成波纹孔单元(2);由多个波纹孔单元(2)组成散热器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征是:所述的波纹孔单元由六个波纹段单元组成正六边形波纹孔单元。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征是:波纹孔单元还可以由一个或多个波纹段单元组成多边形、圆形、不规则图形的波纹孔单元。
