Abstract

本发明涉及湿式双离合装置,具体为一种商用车并联双离合装置。其特点是:它包含一轴、中间轴Ⅱ、中间轴Ⅰ,其特征在于:所述的一轴经齿轮Ⅰ、湿式离合器Ⅰ、齿轮Ⅱ串联连接,所述的中间轴Ⅰ经齿轮Ⅲ、湿式离合器Ⅱ、轴承、齿轮Ⅵ串联连接。齿轮Ⅰ、湿式离合器Ⅰ与所述的一轴串联固定连接,齿轮Ⅱ空套于所述的一轴上。湿式离合器Ⅱ固定于所述的中间轴Ⅰ上。齿轮Ⅰ与齿轮Ⅲ常啮合,齿轮Ⅱ与齿轮Ⅳ常啮合。本发明的优点是:实现大扭矩湿式双离合动力传递且结构简单、设计紧凑,可靠性高、成本低廉;形成两根轴并联的分布结构,同传统机械变速箱技术结合,可以实现在不中断动力的情况下连续换档。

技术领域
本发明涉及湿式双离合装置,具体为一种商用车并联双离合装置。
背景技术
目前双离合装置存在传递扭矩低,在乘用车辆上得到广泛应用而在需要大扭矩传递的商用车辆上应用为空白。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、设计紧凑,可靠性高、成本低廉,实现在不中断动力的情况下连续换档,传递扭矩范围600-2400Nm的商用车并联双离合装置。本发明的目的是这样实现的:它包含一轴、中间轴Ⅱ、中间轴Ⅰ,其特征在于:所述的一轴经齿轮Ⅰ、湿式离合器Ⅰ、齿轮Ⅱ串联连接,所述的中间轴Ⅰ经齿轮Ⅲ、湿式离合器Ⅱ、轴承、齿轮Ⅵ串联连接。齿轮Ⅰ、湿式离合器Ⅰ与所述的一轴串联固定连接,齿轮Ⅱ空套于所述的一轴上。齿轮Ⅲ空套于所述的中间轴Ⅰ上,齿轮Ⅵ固定于所述的中间轴Ⅰ上,所述的中间轴Ⅰ穿过轴承动配合连接。所述的中间轴Ⅱ经两个轴承支撑在所述的中间轴Ⅰ上。齿轮Ⅳ和齿轮Ⅴ固定于所述的中间轴Ⅱ上。湿式离合器Ⅱ固定于所述的中间轴Ⅰ上。齿轮Ⅰ与齿轮Ⅲ常啮合,齿轮Ⅱ与齿轮Ⅳ常啮合。本发明的优点是:实现大扭矩湿式双离合动力传递且结构简单、设计紧凑,可靠性高、成本低廉;形成两根轴并联的分布结构,同传统机械变速箱技术结合,可以实现在不中断动力的情况下连续换档。

具体实施方式:一种商用车并联双离合装置,它包含一轴1、中间轴Ⅱ7、中间轴Ⅰ10,其特征在于:所述的一轴1经齿轮Ⅰ2、湿式离合器Ⅰ3、齿轮Ⅱ4串联连接,所述的中间轴Ⅰ10经齿轮Ⅲ11、湿式离合器Ⅱ5、轴承12、齿轮Ⅵ9串联连接。
齿轮Ⅰ2、湿式离合器Ⅰ3与所述的一轴1串联固定连接,齿轮Ⅱ4空套于所述的一轴1上。齿轮Ⅲ11空套于所述的中间轴Ⅰ10上,齿轮Ⅵ9固定于所述的中间轴Ⅰ10上,所述的中间轴Ⅰ10穿过轴承12动配合连接。所述的中间轴Ⅱ7经两个轴承12支撑在所述的中间轴Ⅰ10上。 齿轮Ⅳ6和齿轮Ⅴ8固定于所述的中间轴Ⅱ7上。湿式离合器Ⅱ5固定于所述的中间轴Ⅰ10上。齿轮Ⅰ2与齿轮Ⅲ11常啮合,齿轮Ⅱ4与齿轮Ⅳ6常啮合。本发明的工作原理及工作过程:电控操作两组湿式离合器交替工作,实现分别通过中间轴Ⅰ10和中间轴Ⅱ7的动力传递。具体操作过程如下:湿式离合器Ⅰ3通电结合工作时,湿式离合器Ⅱ5必须断电分离,动力由一轴1输入,通过齿轮Ⅰ2和湿式离合器Ⅰ3将动力传给齿轮Ⅱ4,齿轮Ⅱ4与齿轮Ⅳ6啮合,动力由齿轮Ⅳ6通过中间轴Ⅱ7传递给齿轮Ⅴ8,从而形成一条动力传递线路。湿式离合器Ⅱ5通电结合工作时,湿式离合器Ⅰ3必须断电分离,动力由一轴1输入,齿轮Ⅰ2与齿轮Ⅲ11啮合,通过齿轮Ⅲ11和湿式离合器Ⅱ5将动力传给中间轴Ⅰ10,通过中间轴Ⅰ10传递给齿轮齿轮Ⅵ9,从而形成另一条动力传递线路。

1.一种商用车并联双离合装置,它包含一轴、中间轴Ⅱ、中间轴Ⅰ,其特征在于:所述的一轴经齿轮Ⅰ、湿式离合器Ⅰ、齿轮Ⅱ串联连接,所述的中间轴Ⅰ经齿轮Ⅲ、湿式离合器Ⅱ、轴承、齿轮Ⅵ串联连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种商用车并联双离合装置,其特征在于:齿轮Ⅰ、湿式离合器Ⅰ与所述的一轴串联固定连接,齿轮Ⅱ空套于所述的一轴上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种商用车并联双离合装置,其特征在于:齿轮Ⅲ空套于所述的中间轴Ⅰ上,齿轮Ⅵ固定于所述的中间轴Ⅰ上,所述的中间轴Ⅰ穿过轴承动配合连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种商用车并联双离合装置,其特征在于:所述的中间轴Ⅱ经两个轴承支撑在所述的中间轴Ⅰ上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种商用车并联双离合装置,其特征在于:齿轮Ⅳ和齿轮Ⅴ固定于所述的中间轴Ⅱ上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种商用车并联双离合装置,其特征在于:湿式离合器Ⅱ固定于所述的中间轴Ⅰ上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种商用车并联双离合装置,其特征在于:齿轮Ⅰ与齿轮Ⅲ常啮合,齿轮Ⅱ与齿轮Ⅳ常啮合。
