Abstract

本发明公开了一种液压缸,包括缸体,还包括隔热套,该隔热套套设在缸体外周,两者之间设有空腔。本发明在液压缸表面增加隔热套并在隔热套外表缠绕耐热带,使液压缸与隔热套之间形成空气腔层,并采用压缩空气在空气腔层内流动带走热量排出,使液压缸整体得到充分冷却。

技术领域
本发明涉及液压设备技术领域,尤其是一种用于高温环境的液压缸。
背景技术
目前,国内液压产品制造企业普遍存在的工艺水平和技术装备水平落后,产品在400℃的高温条件下,使用寿命只有1个月左右,虽然液压缸生产线在不断的进行技术更新改造,但总体的技术水平和国外相比仍有较大差距,因此,对这一情况迫切需要研制出一款结构简单、成本低、使用方便、耐高温性能好、寿命长的液压缸。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种液压缸,结构巧妙,使用寿命长。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种液压缸,包括缸体,还包括隔热套,该隔热套套设在缸体外周,两者之间设有空腔。
进一步地,该隔热套外包覆有隔热带。
进一步地,该空腔设有压缩气进出口。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:在液压缸表面增加隔热套并在隔热套外表缠绕耐热带,使液压缸与隔热套之间形成空气腔层,并采用压缩空气在空气腔层内流动带走热量排出,使液压缸整体得到充分冷却。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述,本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性,不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1所示的一种液压缸,包括缸体2,还包括隔热套3,该隔热套3套设在缸体2外周,两者之间设有空腔。活塞1在缸体2内移动,由于隔热套3和缸体2之间设有空腔,该空腔可导入低温流体,即可快速降低缸体2的温度。
在空腔的两端分别设有进口31和出口32,可经进口31通入高压气,快速流动的气流能迅速带走热量,使液压缸整体得到充分冷却。
为保证该空腔内的流体只能带走缸体2的热量,在风热套3外增设隔热带,相当于加快热量的散失,液压缸冷却速度加快。

1.一种液压缸,包括缸体,其特征在于:还包括隔热套,该隔热套套设在缸体外周,两者之间设有空腔。
2.如权利要求1所述液压缸,其特征在于:该隔热套外包覆有隔热带。
3.如权利要求2所述液压缸,其特征在于:该空腔设有压缩气进出口。
