技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及高温合金制造领域,具体来说,涉及一种高温合金的制备方法及其该 尚温合金广品。
背景技术
[0002] 高温合金是制造航空、航天、汽车、石化等领域热端部件的关键材料,国际市场上 每年消耗的高温合金材料高达30万吨,而我国目前高温合金的年生产量仅为1万吨,无法 满足市场需求。另外,高温合金材料对合金的气体含量、纯净度、宏观缩孔等均具有严格的 要求。随着航空航天发动机性能的提高,粉末、定向、单晶等新型高温合金的发展和应用对 高温合金材料的品质提出了越来越高的要求。高温合金的母合金是一切高温合金部件的材 料源头,其品质的高低直接影响了最终铸件的铸造成品率和可靠服役。
[0003] 目前生产高温合金母合金的工艺为真空熔炼金属模铸造成型。该工艺能获得成分 精确的高温合金的母合金,但仍存在以下几方面问题:(1)采用顶铸方式浇注母合金棒材, 不可避免地会将坩埚材料、浇流槽中的非金属材料和浮渣带入铸锭,无法很好地控制母合 金的夹杂物含量,影响铸造高温合金铸件的成品率和粉末高温合金制品的质量;(2)生产 出的电极棒的内部质量差,存在明显的缩孔缺陷,影响电渣重熔时的电弧稳定性,以及电极 旋转的动平衡和PREP制粉的工艺稳定性,最终影响变形高温合金和粉末高温合金制品的 质量;(3)成材率低、制备成本高、铸棒顶部存在铸造集中缩孔,内部富集大量浮渣,必须切 除冒口; (4)母合金棒材的表面质量差,需要打磨甚至加工扒皮处理,导致最终母合金的成 材率只有80%左右,造成大量的资源浪费。
[0004] 连铸技术具有生产效率高、成本低、铸坯质量高等优点,已经在普碳钢和特殊钢及 有色合金的生产中占据了主导地位。而高温合金由于材料成本高、对品质的要求严格,因此 连铸技术在高温合金领域的应用具有特别重要的意义,是生产低成本、高品质高温合金母 材制品的最佳技术途径。但是,由于高温合金中均含有Al、Ti等活泼元素,合金的熔炼和连 铸必须在真空环境下进行,因此,迫切要求开发真空水平连铸技术。
[0005] 专利文献CN102179493A中公开了一种高温合金真空连铸装置,利用该装置能够 实现高温合金的真空熔炼和真空水平的连铸成型,但是,对于在这种真空环境下进行的熔 炼和水平连铸来说,如果直接采用已有的制备工艺将会极大地影响高温合金的质量。因此, 需要开发一种适应于真空连铸成型的新型高温合金制备方法。
发明内容

具体实施方式
[0022] 本发明提供的高温合金的制备方法包括在真空下进行的连铸工艺。连铸工艺 包括以下步骤:(1)控制钢液的过热度到20-100°C ;(2)使连铸拉坯机拉动引锭杆以 拉-停-推-拉的方式周期往复水平运动,将线速度控制在〇. 5-1. 5米/分钟,直到铸坯表 面温度稳定;(3)逐渐增大拉坯速度为2-4米/分钟,进行连铸作业,在连铸作业过程中,向 连铸中间包内充入0. 09-0. 05Mpa的氩气。
[0023] 其中,在步骤(1)中,采用20_100°C的过热度能够在保证钢液能从中间包流向结 晶器,完成动态充型与动态补缩的同时,尽量减少过热度,以减小结晶器的传热负荷。在步 骤(2)中,采用连铸拉坯机拉动引锭杆以拉-停-推-拉的方式周期往复水平运动能够获 得理想的铸坯凝壳厚度,保证连铸作业能持续进行。在步骤(3)中,控制拉坯速度能够在极 大地提高连铸的生产率。但是,本领域技术人员应当理解的是,上述步骤是作为一个整体提 供一种适于真空连铸的工艺方法。
[0024] 另外,本发明的连铸工艺不同于一般水平连铸,真空水平连铸的结晶器整体置于 真空内,金属的整个充型与凝固过程都是在真空环境下进行。在连铸工艺中,充入所述氩 气后,控制真空波动值< 0. 〇〇2MPa。通过在连铸工艺中充入的氩气直接影响高温合金的质 量,在本发明的连铸作业过程中向连铸中间包内充入〇. 09-0. 05Mpa的氩气的情况下,通过 将真空波动值控制在0. 〇〇2MPa以内,能够进一步确保获得的高温合金质量稳定。
[0025] 另外,在连铸工艺中,优选采用底铸式连续铸造成形。由于不同于现有金属模铸成 形工艺,本发明的真空连铸工艺采用底铸充型,所以比重小于钢液的各种夹杂物浮于钢液 熔池顶面远离而充型区,而且铸坯是在真空条件下直接连续铸造成形的,避免了传统工艺 所必须的浇流槽、过滤器、保温棉等非金属材料的二次污染,这样可显著降低铸坯中的夹杂 物数量。
[0026] 另外,高温合金的制备方法还包括连铸工艺之前的熔炼工艺,熔炼工艺在真空下 进行,在熔炼工艺中,精炼温度为1500〜1600°C,真空度小于3Pa。其中,熔炼工艺中的真 空度优选为〇. l_3Pa。因为虽然理论上真空度越低获得的高温合金的表面质量越好,但真空 度越低对设备的要求越高,会增加生产成本。因此在这个真空范围内进行连铸作业,既有利 于保证合金的综合质量,又兼备较佳的经济效益。而发明人发现,在实际生产过程中相同的 工艺条件下,当将真空度降低至小于0. 5Pa之后,高温合金的表面质量更加显著地提高,而 在低于〇. IPa后高温合金质量基本保持不变,因此综合考虑产品质量和成本控制,特别优 选熔炼工艺中的真空度为小于0. 5Pa且大于0. IPa。
[0027] 通过本发明提供的高温合金的制备方法,使合金的冶炼和连铸完全在真空环境下 进行,按照高温合金的真空熔炼工艺,经过熔化、高温精炼、合金化等工艺环节,获得高纯净 的合金钢液,通过功率调整,将钢液温度控制在适于连铸的合适温度,然后按照适于真空连 铸的工艺参数进行连铸,保证连铸过程中钢液仍处于真空环境下,可以有效防止高温合金 中的标志性合金元素如Al、Ti、Zr、Hf等活泼元素的烧损,进而保证连铸坯的高纯净度。生 产出的高温合金连铸棒经自动切割系统在线定尺切割,后续只需抛丸处理即可交货。
[0028] 在下文中,将对本发明的高温合金的制备方法及其优选条件进行详细描述。在本 发明中,如无特别说明,所列百分数均为质量百分数。
[0029] 本发明的高温合金的制备方法采用以下步骤:
[0030] 1、配料:选用电解镇、金属错、金属络、海绵钦、棚铁、金属钥、金属鹤、电极石墨等 为原料,按比例称取原料待用。
[0031] 2、加料:将电解镍、金属铬、金属钼、金属钨等不易氧化合金元素放于坩锅底部,其 它原料从料斗中加入。
[0032] 3、熔炼工艺:在真空水平连铸中频感应熔炼炉内进行,具体包括:
[0033] 1)加热上述原料至全熔(优选采用加热至镍红热后,小功率送电10分钟以去氢, 然后大功率送电至全熔的方式加热),开始精炼,精炼温度1500〜1600°C,时间视钢液的多 少而定,优选控制在〇. 5〜2小时,控制精炼期间真空度小于3Pa。
[0034] 2)精炼完后,降温加 C、Al、Ti等兀素;
[0035] 3)熔清Al、Ti后,等待温度合适后进行连铸。
[0036] 4、连铸工艺具体步骤包括:
[0037] 1)待钢液的化学成分合格后,控制钢液的过热度到20-KKTC,使合金有良好的流 动性,以保证合金在连铸作业过程中稳定充型。另外,在整个连铸过程中对连铸熔池进行不 间断地加热,以保持钢液过热度的稳定不变。
[0038] 2)连铸启铸操作,连铸拉坯机拉动引锭杆以拉-停-推-拉的方式周期往复水平 运动,线速度控制在〇. 5-1. 5米/分钟,待铸坯表面温度稳定后,连铸启铸作业结束;
[0039] 3)连铸作业操作:启铸作业结束后逐渐增大拉坯速度到2-4米/分钟,依据钢种 的热膨胀系数、导热能力、热裂敏感度等参量,选择好适当的铸速;
[0040] 4)充氩操作,在连铸过程中,向连铸中间包内充入0.09-0. 05Mpa的氩气,为防止 钢液飞溅减小拉坯阻力,真空波动值控制在〇. 〇〇2MPa以内。
[0041] 采用本发明的上述制备方法,制备出K418合金、K417合金、GH4169合金、FGH4095 合金、FGH4097合金、JG4246A合金、DZ125合金共七种真空连铸高温合金母合金棒材,其中 K418、K417合金为典型的高Al、Ti含量的铸造高温合金,GH4169合金为典型的变形高温合 金,FGH4095合金和FGH4097合金为典型的粉末高温合金,JG4246A合金为Ni 3Al基高温结 构材料,DZ125合金为典型的定向高温合金。
[0042] 所生产的高温合金棒材相关实验数据见表1,结果表明,本发明制备方法可生产高 活泼元素含量的高温合金,Al、Ti、Hf、Zr活泼元素总含量可以为0〜12质量%,也可以为 1〜11质量%。其中,八1、11、!^、21'活泼元素总含量的最高值可达到10〜12质量%(如 JG4246A合金和K417合金)。母合金的成材率均大于90%,明显高于现有技术金属模铸的 成材率(约80% )。生产的连铸还直径最小为Φ32mm,最大为Φ80ιήπι,覆盖了我国目前军 用和民用高温合金母合金的主体使用规格。在母合金纯净度控制方面,本发明技术优势明 显,GH4169合金仅经过真空熔炼工艺就实现了现有技术双联或三联工艺才能达到的氧、氮 含量控制水平,达到了优质级的水平。其它几种合金的氧、氮总含量均小于lOppm,明显优于 现有技术水平。

[0045] 图1为是示出利用根据本发明实施例的高温合金的制备方法所生产的高温合金 棒材实物。图2是示出利用现有技术生产的高温合金棒材的表面,而图3是示出利用根据 本发明实施例的高温合金的制备方法所生产的高温合金棒材的表面。由图1〜图3的对比 可知,本发明的母合金铸坯表面质量光洁,仅经过喷丸处理就可以交付用户使用,而利用现 有技术生产的模铸母合金表面质量较差,需经过打磨处理方可使用。图4是示出利用现有 技术生产的高温合金棒材的剖面;而图5是示出利用根据本发明实施例的高温合金的制备 方法所生产的高温合金棒材的剖面。通过图4和图5的对比可知,利用现有技术生产的模 铸母合金棒(图4)存在严重的缩孔缺陷,影响母合金的纯洁度。而且如果该合金棒作为自 耗电极,会严重影响电渣重熔工艺和旋转电极制粉的工艺稳定性。而利用本发明生产的电 极(图5)棒致密均匀、无宏观缩孔,可以明显改善电渣重熔时的电弧稳定性、电极旋转的动 平衡和PREP制粉的工艺稳定性,提高变形高温合金和粉末高温合金制品的质量和成材率。
[0046] 表2为利用现有技术生产的模铸K418母合金和利用本发明生产的K418母合金的 力学性能比较,由表2可知,本发明的连铸K418母合金的拉伸和持久性能均明显优于现有 技术的模铸母合金,其中,室温拉伸和高温拉伸强度提高13%左右,塑性提高30%以上,高 温持久寿命提高80%以上。

[0049] 表3和表4为现有技术模铸GH4169电极棒和本发明真空连铸GH4169电极棒的经 电渣重熔锻制后圆饼性能比较,其中表3为室温和高温拉伸性能,表4为高温持久性能和低 周疲劳性能。由表可知,较之于现有技术GH4169合金制品,本发明技术GH4169合金制品的 室温和高温拉伸强度和塑性都有提高,高温持久性能和疲劳性能的提高幅度更大,其中持 久寿命提高了 18%,低周疲劳寿命提高了 58%。由于K418合金和GH4169合金分别为用量 最大、最典型的铸造高温合金和变形高温合金,通过上述对比这两种合金现有技术和本发 明技术制品的力学性能,可以明显看出本发明技术的先进性。

1. 一种高温合金的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高温合金的制备方法包括连铸工艺,所 述连铸工艺在真空下进行并包括以下步骤: (1) 控制钢液的过热度到20-100°C ; (2) 使连铸拉坯机拉动引锭杆以拉-停-推-拉的方式周期往复水平运动,将线速度控 制在0. 5-1. 5米/分钟,直到铸坯表面温度稳定; (3) 逐渐增大拉坯速度为2-4米/分钟,进行连铸作业,在连铸作业过程中,向连铸中间 包内充入〇• 09-0. 05Mpa的氩气。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的高温合金的制备方法,其特征在于,所述连铸工艺中,充入所 述氩气后,控制真空波动值彡0. 〇〇2MPa。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的高温合金的制备方法,其特征在于,所述连铸工艺采用底铸 式连续铸造成形。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的高温合金的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高温合金的制备方 法还包括连铸工艺之前的熔炼工艺,所述熔炼工艺在真空下进行,在熔炼工艺中,精炼温度 为1500〜1600°C,真空度小于3Pa。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的高温合金的制备方法,其特征在于,所述熔炼工艺在真空水 平连铸中频感应熔炼炉内进行。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的高温合金的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述熔炼工艺中,精炼 时间为〇. 5〜2小时。
7. -种高温合金,其特征在于,所述高温合金是利用权利要求1〜6中的任一项中所述 的高温合金的制备方法所制备的。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的高温合金,其特征在于,所述高温合金中的Al、Ti、Hf和Zr 元素的含量总计为〇〜12质量%。
9. 根据权利要求7所述的高温合金,其特征在于,所述高温合金中的Al、Ti、Hf和Zr 元素的含量总计为5〜12质量%。
10. 根据权利要求7所述的高温合金,其特征在于,所述高温合金是K418合金、K417合 金、GH4169合金、FGH4095合金、FGH4097合金、JG4246A合金、DZ125合金中的任意一种。
