Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合无纺布,包括:第一无纺布层、支撑层、第二无纺布层和第三无纺布层,所述支撑层粘合在所述第一无纺布层与第二无纺布层的中间,所述第三无纺布层缝合在所述第二无纺布上,所述第一无纺布层采用聚酯纤维纺粘无纺布,所述第二无纺布层和第三无纺布层均采用聚酯纤维热合无纺布,所述支撑层采用竹纤维网纱,并且所述竹纤维网纱上粘贴有若干个活性炭颗粒。通过上述方式,本发明采用多层复合结构,具有长时间释放热能的作用,同时具有抗菌抑菌、吸附异味的作用,且无毒无刺激、安全又环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织类的无纺织物领域,特别是涉及一种复合无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布的确切名称应是非织造布,或叫不织布,因为它是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物,只是将纺织短纤维或者长丝进行定向或随机撑列,形成纤网结构,然后采用机械、热粘或化学等方法加固而成,非织造布突破了传统的纺织原理,并具有工艺流程短、生产速度快,产量高、成本低、用途广、原料来源多等特点。故无纺布自面世以来,以其良好的透气性、各向同性、快速成布以及低廉的生产成本等优势迅速受到广大生产厂商和广大消费者的喜爱。
随着科技的进步,无纺布的应用领域逐步扩大,相应地对无纺布性能的要求也越来越高。无纺布大多采用合成纤维为基材,而普通的合成纤维性能单一,这就使无纺布的功能单一,而不能满足特殊领域的需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合无纺布,采用多层复合结构,具有长时间释放热能的作用,同时具有抗菌抑菌、吸附异味的作用,且无毒无刺激、安全又环保。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种复合无纺布,包括:第一无纺布层、支撑层、第二无纺布层和第三无纺布层,所述支撑层粘合在所述第一无纺布层与第二无纺布层的中间,所述第三无纺布层缝合在所述第二无纺布上,所述第一无纺布层采用聚酯纤维纺粘无纺布,所述第二无纺布层和第三无纺布层均采用聚酯纤维热合无纺布,所述支撑层采用竹纤维网纱,并且所述竹纤维网纱上粘贴有若干个活性炭颗粒。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述活性炭颗粒的平均粒径为100-200μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述活性炭颗粒为椰子壳活性炭颗粒颗粒。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种复合无纺布,采用四层复合结构,是由第一无纺布层、支撑层、第二无纺布层和第三无纺布层复合而成的,具有长时间释放热能的作用,同时具有抗菌抑菌、吸附异味的作用,且无毒无刺激、安全又环保。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种复合无纺布,包括:第一无纺布层1、支撑层2、第二无纺布层3和第三无纺布层4,所述支撑层2粘合在所述第一无纺布层1与第二无纺布层3的中间,用于增加无纺布的强度及耐久性,所述第三无纺布层缝合在所述第二无纺布上,增加无纺布的厚度并增加其强度;所述第一无纺布层采用聚酯纤维纺粘无纺布,工艺简单制造成本低,具有良好的透气性和柔韧性且安全无毒无刺激性;所述第二无纺布层和第三无纺布层均采用聚酯纤维热合无纺布,手感柔软,具有长时间释放热能的作用;所述支撑层采用竹纤维网纱,并且所述竹纤维网纱上粘贴有若干个活性炭颗粒,能有效阻隔细菌进入,具有抗菌抑菌作用。
其中,所述活性炭颗粒的平均粒径为100-200μm。
所述活性炭颗粒为椰子壳活性炭颗粒颗粒,具有形态较整齐的多孔结构,孔径分布较均一,具有良好的吸附功能,能够吸附异味,具有良好的除臭功能。
本发明揭示了一种复合无纺布,采用四层复合结构,具有长时间释放热能的作用,同时具有抗菌抑菌、吸附异味的作用,且无毒无刺激、安全又环保。

1.一种复合无纺布,其特征在于,包括:第一无纺布层、支撑层、第二无纺布层和第三无纺布层,所述支撑层粘合在所述第一无纺布层与第二无纺布层的中间,所述第三无纺布层缝合在所述第二无纺布上,所述第一无纺布层采用聚酯纤维纺粘无纺布,所述第二无纺布层和第三无纺布层均采用聚酯纤维热合无纺布,所述支撑层采用竹纤维网纱,并且所述竹纤维网纱上粘贴有若干个活性炭颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述活性炭颗粒的平均粒径为100-200μm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述活性炭颗粒为椰子壳活性炭颗粒颗粒。
