技术领域
本发明一种治疗腰椎间盘突出的中药组合物，属于中草药制剂领域。
背景技术
椎间盘突出是纤维环破裂后髓核突出压迫神经根造成以腰腿痛为主要表现的疾病。腰间盘相当于一个微动关节，是由透明软骨板、纤维环和髓核组成，分布在腰椎骨间。腰椎间盘退行性改变或外伤所致纤维环破裂，髓核从破裂处脱出，压迫腰椎神经，而出现腰腿放射性疼痛、一侧下肢或双下肢麻木、疼痛等一系列临床症状。
在椎间盘退行性变的基础上，某种可诱发椎间隙压力突然升高的因素可致髓核突出。常见的诱发因素有增加腹压、腰姿不正、突然负重、妊娠、受寒和受潮等。
目前，治疗腰椎间盘突出的方法较多，主要分为非手术方法和手术方法。非手术方法主要针对年轻、初次发作或者病程较短者，治疗范围小；手术方法治疗容易造成神经损伤，引发感染，造成血管大出血、脏器损伤。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足，所要解决的技术问题是提供一种疗效显著、无副作用的治疗腰推间盘突出的中药组合物。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种治疗腰椎间盘突出的中药组合物，由老鹳草、威灵仙、当归、红花、蜈蚣、全虫、黄芪、良姜和肉桂组成，其中，老鹳草25-30g、威灵仙10-25g、当归10-15g、红花8-12g、蜈蚣1-3条、全虫8-12g、黄芪30-80g、良姜10-15g、肉桂10-15g。
作为优选，一种治疗腰椎间盘突出的中药组合物，由老鹳草30g、威灵仙15g、当归12g、红花10g、蜈蚣1条、全虫9g、黄芪50g、良姜12g、肉桂12g组成。
上述各中药药理和功效如下：
老鹳草：祛风，活血，清热解毒，治风湿疼痛，拘挛麻木，痈疽，跌打，肠炎，痢疾。
威灵仙：味辛、咸，性温，有祛风湿，通经络的作用，主治风湿痹痛，肢体麻木，经脉拘挛，屈伸不利。
当归：补血、活血，调经止痛，润燥滑肠，主治血虚诸证，虚寒腹痛，痿痹，肌肤麻木，肠燥便难，痢后重，痈疽疮疡，跌扑损伤。
红花：活血通经，去瘀止痛，主治瘀血作痛，痈肿，跌扑损伤。
蜈蚣：有熄风解痉，消肿解毒的功能，主治小儿惊风，破伤风，抽搐，口眼歪斜，淋巴结结核，肿毒疮疡等。
全虫：具有熄风镇痉、 消炎攻毒、通络止痛功能，主治小儿惊风、抽搐痉挛、皮肤病、心脑血管病、炎症、乙肝、肿瘤。
黄芪：具有补气升阳、益卫固表、托毒生肌、利水退肿的功效，主治许多病症治脾胃虚弱，症见食少倦怠，气虚血脱，治表虚自汗、盗汗，适用于气虚失运、水湿停聚引起援助体面目浮肿、小便不利。
良姜：辛、热、归脾、胃经，散寒止痛，温中止呕。
肉桂：味辛、甘，性大热，有补火助阳，引火归元，散寒止痛，温通经脉的功效。
本发明治疗腰椎间盘突出的中药组合物，具有熄风镇痉、消炎攻毒、通络止痛的作用，无副作用，经过年临床验证，疗效显著。
本发明用水煎服。按照组方和重量选取药材，装入砂锅，加适量水，煎成口服溶液500毫升，为一剂，分两次服用，每次250毫升，早晚饭后半小时后温热服用，15天一个疗程。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例一：
一种治疗腰椎间盘突出的中药组合物，由老鹳草25g、威灵仙10g、当归10g、红花8g、蜈蚣1条、全虫8g、黄芪30g、良姜10g、肉桂10g组成。
实施例二：
一种治疗腰椎间盘突出的中药组合物，由老鹳草30g、威灵仙25g、当归15g、红花12g、蜈蚣3条、全虫12g、黄芪80g、良姜15g、肉桂15g组成。
实施例三：
一种治疗腰椎间盘突出的中药组合物，由老鹳草30g、威灵仙15g、当归12g、红花10g、蜈蚣1条、全虫9g、黄芪50g、良姜12g、肉桂12g组成。
本发明在临床实践中，治疗效果显著，以下为三个实际病例：
病例1：患者甲，女，35岁，因工作原因患有腰间盘突出症，2013年6月初开始服用本发明中药组合物2个疗程后，临床症状基本消失，后继续服用了2个疗程后，疼痛感消失，痊愈，至今未复发。
病例2：患者乙，男，55岁，“双下肢凉、困、后背疼痛无力半年余”，经物理治疗，效果不明显，2013年10月服用本发明中药组合物1个疗程后，病情好转，继续服用两个疗程后，病状消失，至今未复发。
病例3：患者丙，男，60岁，有腰间盘突出病史，2014年3月上旬在田间劳作，不慎扭伤腰部，服用西药镇痛，效果不明显，疼痛感一直持续，未见消除，服用本发明中药组合物4个疗程后，疼痛感消失，至今未复发。

1.一种治疗腰椎间盘突出的中药组合物，其特征在于，由老鹳草、威灵仙、当归、红花、蜈蚣、全虫、黄芪、良姜和肉桂组成，老鹳草25-30g、威灵仙10-25g、当归10-15g、红花8-12g、蜈蚣1-3条、全虫8-12g、黄芪30-80g、良姜10-15g、肉桂10-15g；按照组方和重量选取药材，装入砂锅，加适量水，煎成口服溶液500毫升，为一剂，分两次服用，每次250毫升，早晚饭后半小时后温热服用，15天一个疗程。
