Abstract

本发明涉及一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药，由以下重量配比的药材制备而成：石斛10份、鸡内金4份、麦冬6份、岗边菊6份、复生草2份、炒扁豆8份、陈皮4份。实验证明，本发明能够安全有效治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药，具体涉及一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药。
背景技术
慢性萎缩性胃炎（Chronic atrophic gastritis）是常见胃部疾病之一。是指胃粘膜已经发生萎缩性改变的慢性胃炎，胃黏膜表面反复受到损害后导致的黏膜固有腺体萎缩，甚至消失，黏肌层常见增厚的病理改变。该病是消化系统常见病、多发病之一，在慢性胃炎中约占 10%～30%。在病理上以胃黏膜固有腺萎缩为主要改变，可伴有肠上皮化生、炎性反应及异型增生。临床表现为上腹饱胀、嗳气、胃纳减退等消化不良症状。
  本发明中药所涉及药材的研究现状如下 ：
石斛【来源】：本品为兰科植物金钗石斛Dendrobium nobile Lindl.、鼓槌石斛Dendrobium chrysotorum Lindl.或流苏石斛Den-drobium imbriatum Hook.的栽培品及其同属植物近似种的新鲜或干燥茎。【性味归经】甘，微寒。归胃、肾经。【功能主治】益胃生津，滋阴清热。用于热病津伤，口干烦渴，胃阴不足，食少干呕，病后虚热不退，阴虚火旺，骨蒸劳热，目暗不明，筋骨痿软。
鸡内金【来源】：[本品为雉科动物家鸡Gallus gallus domesticus Brisson的干燥沙囊内壁。杀鸡后，取出鸡肫，立即剥下内壁，洗净，干燥。【性味归经】甘，平。归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经。【功能主治】健胃消食，涩精止遗，通淋化石。用于食积不消，呕吐泻痢，小儿疳积，遗尿，遗精，石淋涩痛，胆胀胁痛。
麦冬【来源】：本品为百合科植物麦冬Ophiopogonjaponicus(L.f)Ker-Gawl.的干燥块根。【性味归经】甘、微苦，微寒。归心、肺、胃经。【功能主治】养阴生津，润肺清心。用于肺燥干咳，阴虚痨嗽，喉痹咽痛，津伤口渴，内热消渴，心烦失眠，肠燥便秘。
岗边菊【来源】菊科紫菀属植物琴叶紫菀 Aster panduratus Nees ex Walp.[A. fordii Hemsl.]，以全草入药。【性味】 苦、辛，温。【功能主治】 温中散寒，止咳，止痛。用于肺寒喘咳，慢性胃痛。
复生草【来源】百合科复生草Tofieldia divergens Bur. et Franch.[Tofieldia yunnanensis Franch.]，以全草入药。【性味】淡，平。【功能主治】 利尿，调经，滋阴补虚。主治水肿，头晕，耳鸣，小儿营养不良，月经不调，胃痛，小儿腹泻。
炒扁豆【来源】本品为豆科扁豆属植物扁豆Dolichos lablab L. 的干燥成熟种子。【性味】甘，微温。【功能主治】健脾化湿，和中消暑。用于脾胃虚弱，食欲不振，大便溏泻，白带过多，暑湿吐泻，胸闷腹胀。
陈皮【来源】本品为芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮”和“广陈皮”。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。【性味】苦、辛，温。归肺、脾经。【功能主治】理气健脾，燥湿化痰。用于脘腹胀满，食少吐泻，咳嗽痰多。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药，通过选择合适的药材及其配比，达到安全有效治愈慢性萎缩性胃炎的目的。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案 ：
一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药，其特征在于，由以下重量配比的药材制备而成：石斛10份、鸡内金4份、麦冬6份、岗边菊6份、复生草2份、炒扁豆8份、陈皮4份。

为了更好地理解和实施本发明，下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
具体实施例 1
称取：石斛10g、鸡内金4g、麦冬6g、岗边菊6g、复生草2g、炒扁豆8g、陈皮4g，加8倍量水，煎煮 1.5 小时，过滤 ；滤渣加 6 倍量水，煎煮 1 小时，过滤 ；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，再加入适量糊精和矫味剂，按照本领域常规工艺制粒，包装，即可制得符合正常成人 1 天用量的颗粒剂。
用于治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
具体实施例 2
 称取：石斛10g、鸡内金4g、麦冬6g、岗边菊6g、复生草2g、炒扁豆8g、陈皮4g，加8倍量水，煎煮 1.5 小时，过滤 ；滤渣加 6 倍量水，煎煮 1 小时，过滤 ；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，再加入适量糊精和矫味剂，按照本领域常规工艺制粒，压片，即得符合正常成人1天用量的片剂。
 用于治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。

 称取：石斛10g、鸡内金4g、麦冬6g、岗边菊6g、复生草2g、炒扁豆8g、陈皮4g，加8倍量水，煎煮 1.5 小时，过滤 ；滤渣加 6 倍量水，煎煮 1 小时，过滤 ；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，再加入适量糊精和矫味剂，按照本领域常规工艺制粒，装入胶囊壳，即得符合正常成人1天用量的胶囊剂。
 用于治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。

1.一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药，其特征在于，由以下重量配比的药材制备而成：石斛10份、鸡内金4份、麦冬6份、岗边菊6份、复生草2份、炒扁豆8份、陈皮4份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的药物，其特征是将上述药物制成包括颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂等剂型。
