社会发展越来越快，经济收入越来越高，生活条件越来越好，同时，工作压力越来越大，家庭负担越来越重，国民健康越来越糟，据国家有关部门公布的数据：中国亚健康人群达到了人口总数的75％，我国亚健康人群有疲劳、睡眠障碍、身体疼痛、健忘、口咽不适、头昏、眼睛疲劳、易怒等8类症状，其中身体疼痛者发生率高达56.3％。中国亚健康人群和五十岁以上人群中多数有不同部位、不同程度的疼痛，占中老年人口总数的80％。至今这些急慢性疼痛仍然在危害着我们人类的健康。
风湿是指以肌肉、关节疼痛为主的疾病，主要影响身体的结缔组织，可能是免疫系统损伤造成的，累及关节及周围软组织，包括肌、韧带、滑囊、筋膜的疾病。关节病变有疼痛外尚伴有肿胀和活动障碍，呈发作与缓解交替的慢性病程。由于患者的血液循环不通畅，导致肌肉或者组织所需要的营养无法通过血液循环来输送，致使患者肌肉缺少营养而加速老化变得僵硬，严重的会导致患者肌肉和血管萎缩，部分患者且可出现关节致残和内脏功能衰竭。因其与自身免疫有关，有的患者需终身服药治疗，故亟待提供一种疗效好的祛风湿酒。

蝮蛇肉：由20余种氨基酸组成的，其中有甲硫氨酸(蛋氨酸)、亮氨酸(白氨酸)、异亮氨酸、赖氨酸、色氨酸、苯丙氨酸等8种为“必需氨基酸”。能刺激脑下垂体，性腺，甲状腺等内分泌有关激素进入血液，从而在协调和强化某些生理机能上具有特殊的功能；具有强壮神经、延年益寿之功效。
枸杞子：具有补肾益精，养肝明目，补血安神，生津止渴，润肺止咳的作用和功效。主要治疗治肝肾阴亏，腰膝酸软，头晕，目眩，目昏多泪，虚劳咳嗽，消渴，遗精等症状。
鹿茸：壮肾阳，益精血，强筋骨。
独活：祛风湿，通痹止痛。用于风寒湿痹、腰膝疼痛、关节炎、镇痛。
威灵仙：祛风除湿，通络止痛。用于风湿痹痛，肢体麻木，筋脉拘挛，屈伸不利，骨哽咽喉。
络石藤：祛风通络，凉血消肿，用于风湿痹痛、筋脉拘挛、喉痹，痈肿。
虎杖：祛除风湿，且能活血通络止痛，也可用于风湿痹痛。
绿茶：防癌、降血脂，抵抗病毒菌、抑制心血管疾病。
薄荷：能发散风热，清利咽喉，透疹解毒，疏肝解郁和止痒。
巴戟天：补肾阳，强筋骨，祛风湿。用于阳痿遗精、宫冷不孕、月经不调、少腹冷痛、风湿痹痛、筋骨痿软。
松节：具有燥湿通络利痹之功，善去筋骨间风湿，对于风湿痹痛、关节酸痛等症。
接骨木：祛风湿、通经络，对风湿痹痛、关节不利之症。
申请人对300名患者进行试验，男性176人，女性124人，轻度患者每天早晚各口服50mL，重度患者每天早晚各口服70mL。
显效：膝关节疼痛、夜间疼痛、肿胀及晨僵消失。
好转：膝关节肿胀及疼痛明显好转，夜间不痛，晨僵时间明显改善
无效：症状、体征均无明显改变。
300名患者连续服用3个月后，经过统计：显效75例、好转128例、无效97例，无效率32.3％。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：
本发明对关节炎、风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、全身痺痛、腰腿痛、手脚麻木等症有显著的功效，且见效快，不易复发，成本低。

祛风湿药酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)用45度白酒将蝮蛇肉洗润，切成短节干燥待用；
(2)将覆盆子、枸杞子、鹿茸、独活、威灵仙、络石藤、虎杖、绿茶、薄荷、巴戟天、松节、接骨木洗净、晾干、切段，与60度高粱酒混合密封5天；

1.一种祛风湿药酒，其特征在于：各组分及其重量比为：蝮蛇肉100—120份、枸杞子12—16份、鹿茸14—16份、独活8—10份、威灵仙6—8份、络石藤8—10份、虎杖5—8份、绿茶14—16份、薄荷4—6份、巴戟天8—10份、松节4—6份、接骨木4—6份、45度白酒1000份、米酒1000份、60度高粱酒2000—2500份、冰糖260—300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛风湿药酒，其特征在于：各组分及其重量比为：蝮蛇肉100—115份、枸杞子14—16份、鹿茸14—16份、独活8—10份、威灵仙6—8份、络石藤8—10份、虎杖6—8份、绿茶14—16份、薄荷4—6份、巴戟天8—10份、松节4—6份、接骨木4—6份、45度白酒1000份、米酒1000份、60度高粱酒2000—2400份、冰糖260—300份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的祛风湿药酒，其特征在于：各组分及其重量比为：蝮蛇肉108份、枸杞子14份、鹿茸14份、独活8份、威灵仙7份、络石藤8份、虎杖6份、绿茶15份、薄荷5份、巴戟天10份、松节5份、接骨木6份、45度白酒1000份、米酒1000份、60度高粱酒2100份、冰糖270份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的祛风湿药酒，其特征在于：各组分及其重量比为：蝮蛇肉112份、枸杞子15份、鹿茸16份、独活10份、威灵仙8份、络石藤10份、虎杖7份、绿茶15份、薄荷6份、巴戟天10份、松节6份、接骨木5份、45度白酒1000份、米酒1000份、60度高粱酒2250份、冰糖280份。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的祛风湿药酒的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
(1)用45度白酒将蝮蛇肉洗润，切成短节干燥待用；
(2)将覆盆子、枸杞子、鹿茸、独活、威灵仙、络石藤、虎杖、绿茶、薄荷、巴戟天、松节、接骨木洗净、晾干、切段，与60度高粱酒混合密封3—5天；
(3)加入待用的蝮蛇肉，在20—25摄氏度的条件下密封30—35天；
(4)加入米酒，继续在28—32摄氏度的条件下密封10—15天；
(5)过滤、去渣，冰糖溶化后加入即可。
