Abstract
本发明揭示了一种外科手术器械,包括器械本体、旋圈、击发把手;及配合所述击发把手的齿条,所述齿条可在所述击发把手的作用下沿外科手术器械的近端向端方移动,其中,所述外科手术器械还包括一旋圈作用件;在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述旋圈被设置为允许绕其轴线转动,所述齿条与所述旋圈作用件接触,并给所述旋圈作用件施加一朝向所述外科手术器械近端的作用力;在所述外科手术器械处于闭合及击发状态下,所述齿条与所述旋圈作用件分离,且所述旋圈作用件接触所述旋圈内壁面,并至少在所述旋圈的径向上对所述旋圈施加一张紧力。本发明可防止旋圈在外科手术器械闭合和击发状态下的误转动,避免伤害人体组织,减少手术风险。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械制造技术领域,具体涉及一种外科手术器械。
背景技术
吻合器是对生理组织进行外科手术时经常使用的一种医疗器械,它是医学上使用的替代传统手工缝合的设备,由于现代科技的发展和制作技术的改进,目前临床上使用的吻合器质量可靠,使用方便,严密、松紧合适,尤其是其缝合快速、操作简便及很少有副作用和手术并发症等优点,有时还使得过去无法切除的肿瘤手术得以病灶切除,很受国内外临床外科医生的青睐和推崇。
在腔镜外科手术中,腔镜外科切割吻合器通常被用于消化道中食管、胃、十二指肠、小肠、结肠、直肠、阑尾、胆、胰和脾等切割吻合手术,也被用于呼吸道中肺和气管等切割吻合手术,还被用于泌尿生殖系统中膀胱和子宫等切割吻合手术,可以减少手术时间,提高手术质量。
发明内容
本发明一实施方式的目的在于提供一种外科手术器械。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明一实施方式提供一种外科手术器械,包括:
器械本体、与所述器械本体配接的旋圈,枢轴连接所述器械本体的击发把手;
及与所述击发把手配合的齿条,所述齿条可在所述击发把的作用下沿所述外科手术器械的近端朝远端方向移动,其中,
所述外科手术器械还包括一旋圈作用件;且
在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述旋圈被设置为允许绕其轴线转动状态,所述齿条与所述旋圈作用件接触,并给所述旋圈作用件施加一朝向所述外科手术器械近端的作用力;
在所述外科手术器械处于闭合状态及击发状态下,所述齿条与所述旋圈作用件分离,且所述旋圈作用件接触所述旋圈内壁面,并至少在所述旋圈的径向上对所述旋圈施加一张紧力。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述旋圈作用件与所述旋圈内壁面之间设有间隙。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,在所述器械本体内还设有配合所述旋圈作用件的弹性件,在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述弹性件对所述旋圈作用件始终施加一朝向所述外科手术器械远端的作用力。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述齿条的远端设有第一抵触面,所述旋圈作用件的近端设有第二抵触面,在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述第一抵触面和所述第二抵触面相抵触。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述器械本体内设有朝向所述外科手术器械远端的第三抵触面,所述旋圈作用件设有朝向所述外科手术器械近端的第四抵触面,所述弹性件夹持于所述第三抵触面和第四抵触面之间。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述旋圈作用件在所述旋圈径向上延伸设有至少两个作用部,所述器械壳体设有配合所述作用部的限位孔,所述作用部可在所述限位孔中移动,并在所述外科手术器械处于闭合状态及击发状态下,在所述旋圈径向上穿过所述限位孔,与所述旋圈的内壁面相抵触。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述旋圈作用件的远端端面与所述限位孔朝向所述外科手术器械近端的端面平行,所述旋圈作用件的近端端面与所述限位孔朝向所述外科手术器械远端的端面平行。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述两个作用部的延伸方向相反。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述作用部与所述旋圈内壁面的接触面被设置为所述接触面的各部分同时与所述旋圈内壁面接触或分离。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述器械本体内还设有一齿条阻挡块,所述齿条上设有与所述齿条阻挡块配合的止挡块,在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述齿条阻挡块位于所述止挡块的远端,并限制所述齿条向所述外科手术器械的远端移动;在所述外科手术器械处于闭合状态下,所述齿条阻挡块位于所述止挡块的近端,并限制所述齿条向所述外科手术器械的近端移动。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的外科手术器械在闭合状态和击发状态时,可紧固所述外科手术器械的旋圈在其圆周方向上的相对位置,防止旋圈在外科手术器械闭合和击发状态下的误转动,避免伤害人体组织,减少手术风险。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
本发明内所描述的表达位置与方向的词,均是以器械操作者作为参照,靠近操作者的一端为近端,远离操作者的一端为远端。
在本发明的实施方式中,以腔镜外科切割吻合器为示例对本发明的外科手术器械做具体的阐释,但应当说明的是,在下述的实施方式中所涉及的技艺精神可以被替换地利用到其它形式的吻合器上。
如图1所示,在本发明一实施方式中,所述外科手术器械包括器械本体10、与所述器械本体10配接的旋圈20,以及枢轴连接所述器械本体10的击发把手30。
所述器械本体10的远端还设有钉仓组件,所述钉仓组件包括钉砧和钉仓,以及切刀。
在本实施方式中,所述外科手术器械处于初始状态时,所述钉砧和钉仓呈打开状,所述切刀位于所述钉仓组件的近端;所述外科手术器械处于闭合状态时,所述钉砧和钉仓闭合,其间可夹紧待生理组织,所述切刀相对于所述初始状态而言,向所述外科手术器械的远端移动了一定距离,但总体而言仍然位于所述钉仓组件的近端;所述外科手术器械处于击发状态时,所述钉砧和钉仓仍然保持闭合,所述切刀由所述钉仓组件的近端向远端移动,切割缝合被夹紧的组织,并可在所述钉仓组件的远端受到限位停止移动。
如图2至图5所示,所述器械本体10内设有齿条102,所述齿条102可在所述击发把手30的作用下,在所述外科手术器械的近端朝远端方向移动。
所述外科手术器械还包括一旋圈作用件104。
参图2、图3,在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述旋圈20被设置为允许绕其轴线转动状态,所述齿条102与所述旋圈作用件104接触,并给所述旋圈作用件104施加一朝向所述外科手术器械近端的作用力;此时,所述旋圈作用件104可与所述旋圈内壁面202之间设有间隙,以保证所述旋圈20可绕其轴线转动,当然,所述旋圈作用件104也可与所述旋圈内壁面202轻微接触,但并不会影响所述旋圈20绕其轴线转动,仅是转动所需要的作用力略大于所述旋圈作用件104与所述旋圈内壁面之间设有间隙的情况。
进一步地,所述齿条102的远端设有第一抵触面1022,所述旋圈作用件104的近端设有第二抵触面1042,在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述第一抵触面1022和所述第二抵触面1042相抵触。
其中,所述第一抵触面1022朝向于所述外科手术器械的近端设置,所述第二抵触面1042朝向于所述外科手术器械的远端设置。
所述第一抵触面1022和所述第二抵触面1042平行,且所述第一抵触面1022和所述第二抵触面1042均与所述旋圈20的轴线垂直。
参图4、图5,在所述外科手术器械处于闭合状态及击发状态下,所述齿条102与所述旋圈作用件104分离,且所述旋圈作用件104接触所述旋圈内壁面202,并至少在所述旋圈20的径向上对所述旋圈20施加一张紧力。
所述张紧力可保持所述旋圈2不能顺利的绕其轴线转动,或者是相对于初始状态,需要较大的外力作用,以克服所述旋圈20和旋圈作用件104之间的摩擦力才能使其转动,可以理解的是,这里的张紧力至少到达误操作时不能转动所述旋圈即可。
继续参图2至图5,在所述器械本体10内还设有配合所述旋圈作用件104的弹性件106,在本实施方式中,所述弹性件106为压簧。
所述器械本体10内设有朝向所述外科手术器械远端的第三抵触面108,所述旋圈作用件104设有朝向所述外科手术器械近端的第四抵触面1044,所述弹性件106夹持于所述第三抵触面108和第四抵触面1044之间。
所述第三抵触面108和所述第四抵触面1044平行,且所述第三抵触面108和所述第四抵触面1044均与所述旋圈20的轴线垂直。
在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述弹性件106呈压缩状态,其对所述旋圈作用件104始终施加一朝向所述外科手术器械远端的作用力。
在所述外科手术器械处于闭合状态及击发状态下,所述弹性件106仍保持压缩状态,以便于该弹性件106保持在所述第三抵触面108和第四抵触面1044之间并始终给所述第四抵触面1044一向远端的作用力。
进一步地,所述旋圈作用件104在所述旋圈20径向上延伸设有至少两个作用部1046、1048,所述器械壳体10设有配合所述作用部1046、1048的限位孔110、112,所述作用部1046、1048可在所述限位孔110、112中移动,并在所述外科手术器械处于闭合状态及击发状态下,在所述旋圈20径向上穿过所述限位孔110、112,与所述旋圈20的内壁面202相抵触。
进一步地,所述两个作用部1046、1048可设置为延伸方向相反。
在本实施方式中,在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述作用部1046、1048不穿过所述限位孔110、112,所述作用部1046、1048与所述旋圈内壁面202的接触面设置为与所述限位孔110、112的外壁面平齐。
进一步地,所述旋圈作用件104的远端端面与所述限位孔110、112朝向所述外科手术器械近端的端面平行,所述旋圈作用件104的近端端面与所述限位孔110、112朝向所述外科手术器械远端的端面平行。
进一步地,所述作用部1046、1048与所述旋圈内壁面202的接触面被设置为所述接触面的各部分同时与所述旋圈内壁面202接触或分离。如图2至图5的示例中,所述旋圈内壁面202呈锥形,所述作用部的1046、1048从其近端至远端的延伸长度逐渐减小,以形成的接触面为配合所述锥形的斜面。
进一步地,所述器械本体10内还设有一齿条阻挡块114,所述齿条102上设有与所述齿条阻挡块114配合的止挡块1024。
在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态时,所述止挡块1024位于所述齿条阻挡块114的近端,并限制所述齿条102向所述外科手术器械的远端移动;在所述外科手术器械的闭合过程中,所述齿条102向远端运动,所述止挡块1024越过所述齿条阻挡块114;在所述外科手术器械处于闭合击发状态下,所述止挡块1024位于所述齿条阻挡块114的远端,并限制所述齿条向所述外科手术器械的近端移动。下面将结合本实施方式中的外科手术器械的使用过程,说明本实施方式的技术方案,以便容易理解。
在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述齿条102因受到所述齿条阻挡块114的限制,不能向所述外科手术器械的远端移动。此时,所述齿条102的第一抵触面1022与所述旋圈作用件104的第二抵触面1042接触,所述旋圈作用件104与旋圈内壁面202之间设有间隙,或如上所述的轻微接触,所述弹性件106处于被压缩状态。这样,操作者可顺利的旋转所述旋圈,以调整钉仓组件的方向。
当钉仓组件的方向调整完毕后,操作击发把手30,以闭合钉仓组件的钉仓和钉砧,此时,所述齿条102向远端运动,所述止挡块1024越过所述齿条阻挡块114,并位于所述齿条阻挡块114的远端。同时,所述齿条102的远端设有的第一抵触面1022也向远端运动,由于弹性件106始终处于压缩的状态,在弹性件106的作用,即可推动所述旋圈作用件104朝向所述外科手术器械的远端移动,直至,所述旋圈作用件104的作用部1046、1048穿出所述限位孔110、112,向所述旋圈内壁面202施加张紧力。这样,操作者即可在闭合状态和击发状态时不能或不易使所述旋圈20绕其轴线旋转,紧固了所述旋圈20在其圆周方向上的相对位置,防止旋圈20在所述外科手术器械闭合和击发状态下的误转动,避免伤害人体组织,减少手术风险。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (10)
1.一种外科手术器械,包括器械本体、与所述器械本体配接的旋圈,枢轴连接所述器械本体的击发把手;及与所述击发把手配合的齿条,所述齿条可在所述击发把手的作用下在所述外科手术器械的近端朝远端方向移动,其特征在于,
所述外科手术器械还包括一旋圈作用件;且在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述旋圈被设置为允许绕其轴线转动状态,所述齿条与所述旋圈作用件接触,并给所述旋圈作用件施加一朝向所述外科手术器械近端的作用力;
在所述外科手术器械处于闭合状态及击发状态下,所述齿条与所述旋圈作用件分离,且所述旋圈作用件接触所述旋圈内壁面,并至少在所述旋圈的径向上对所述旋圈施加一张紧力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术器械,其特征在于,在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述旋圈作用件与所述旋圈内壁面之间设有间隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术器械,其特征在于,在所述器械本体内还设有配合所述旋圈作用件的弹性件,在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述弹性件对所述旋圈作用件始终施加一朝向所述外科手术器械远端的作用力。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术器械,其特征在于,所述齿条的远端设有第一抵触面,所述旋圈作用件的近端设有第二抵触面,在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态下,所述第一抵触面和所述第二抵触面相抵触。
5.根据权利要求3所述的外科手术器械,其特征在于,所述器械本体内设有朝向所述外科手术器械远端的第三抵触面,所述旋圈作用件设有朝向所述外科手术器械近端的第四抵触面,所述弹性件夹持于所述第三抵触面和第四抵触面之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术器械,其特征在于,所述旋圈作用件在所述旋圈径向上延伸设有至少两个作用部,所述器械壳体设有配合所述作用部的限位孔,所述作用部可在所述限位孔中移动,并在所述外科手术器械处于闭合状态及击发状态下,在所述旋圈径向上穿过所述限位孔,与所述旋圈的内壁面相抵触。
7.根据权利要求6所述的外科手术器械,其特征在于,所述旋圈作用件的远端端面与所述限位孔朝向所述外科手术器械近端的端面平行,所述旋圈作用件的近端端面与所述限位孔朝向所述外科手术器械远端的端面平行。
8.根据权利要求6所述的外科手术器械,其特征在于,所述两个作用部的延伸方向相反。
9.根据权利要求6所述的外科手术器械,其特征在于,所述作用部与所述旋圈内壁面的接触面被设置为所述接触面的各部分同时与所述旋圈内壁面接触或分离。
10.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术器械,其特征在于,所述器械本体内还设有一齿条阻挡块,所述齿条上设有与所述齿条阻挡块配合的止挡块,在所述外科手术器械处于初始状态时,所述齿条阻挡块位于所述止挡块的远端,并限制所述齿条向所述外科手术器械的远端移动;在所述外科手术器械处于闭合状态时,所述齿条阻挡块位于所述止挡块的近端,并限制所述齿条向所述外科手术器械的近端移动。
