- 权 利 要 求 书1.手动多瓶输液装置, 包括有输液器(1) 以及吊架(2), 输液器(1) 包括有滴斗 (3)、 流量调节阀 (4)、 过滤器 (5) 以及输液针 (6), 滴斗(3)、 流量调节阀 (4)、 过滤器 (5) 以及输液针 (6) 通过导管连接; 其 特征在于: 所述的手动多瓶输液装置设有手动换药装置 (7), 手动换药装 置 (7) 包括有多个穿刺接头 (8) 以及换药阀 (9), 穿刺接头 (8) 连接 有进气器件 (24), 换药阀 (9) 包括有阀座 (10) 以及阀芯 (11), 阀座(10) 设有滑动型腔 (12)、 集液腔 (13) 以及多个输液接头 (14), 每个 输液接头 (14) 对应设有一个出液口 (15), 出液口 (15) 与集液腔 (13) 连通, 每个输液接头(14) 的中心线与对应的出液口 (15) 的中心线相同, 出液口 (15) 位于对应的输液接头 (14) 的下方; 阀芯 (11) 设有导液孔(16) 以及多个导向定位孔 (17), 每个输液接头 (14) 对应设有一个导 向定位孔 (17), 阀芯 (11) 动配合于阀座 (10) 的滑动型腔 (12) 内, 阀芯 (11) 的导液孔 (16) 与阀座 (10) 的首个的输液接头 (14) 以及对 应的出液口 (15)连通; 阀座 (10) 设有出液接头 (18) , 出液接头 (18) 与集液腔 (13) 连通; 阀座 (10) 与阀芯 (11) 之间设有左密封圈 (19) 以及右密封圈 (20), 左密封圈 (19) 设于输液接头 (14) 的左边, 右密 封圈 (20) 设于输液接头 (14) 的右边; 首个输液接头 (14) 位于下一个 输液接头(14)的右边,下一个输液接头(14)位于再下一个输液接头(14) 的右边; 首个导向定位孔 (17) 位于首个输液接头 (14) 的右边, 下一个 导向定位孔 (17) 位于首个导向定位孔 (17) 的右边; 阀座 (10) 设有弹 性销 (21), 弹性销 (21) 与阀芯 (11) 的首个导向定位孔 (17) 接触; 穿刺接头 (8) 通过输液导管与输液接头 (14) 连接, 出液接头 (18) 通 过出液导管与滴斗 (3) 连接; 阀芯 (11) 设有推手 (22), 用于推动阀芯(11), 利用阀芯 (11) 的导液孔 (16) 将不同的输液接头 (14) 与其对 应的出液口 (15) 接通。2.根据权利要求 1所述的手动多瓶输液装置, 其特征在于: 所述的阀 座(10)的滑动型腔(12)的形状为圆形, 阀芯(11)为圆柱形, 阀芯(11) 的中心线与滑动型腔 (12) 的中心线相同, 阀芯 (11) 的上表面设有多个 导向定位孔 (17), 一个导向定位孔 (17) 到另外一个导向定位孔 (17) 的距离与一个输液接头 (14) 到另一个输液接头 (14) 的距离相等。3.根据权利要求 2所述的手动多瓶输液装置, 其特征在于: 所述的阀 座 (10) 的输液接头 (14) 以及阀芯 (11) 的导液孔 (16) 的中心线与阀 芯 (11) 轴线垂直。4.根据权利要求 1所述的手动多瓶输液装置, 其特征在于: 所述的阀 芯 (11) 的导向定位孔 (17) 位于导液孔 (16) 的右边, 阀芯 (11) 的推 手 (22) 位于导向定位孔 (17) 的右边, 弹性销 (21) 位于阀座 (10) 的 右¾。5.根据权利要求 4所述的手动多瓶输液装置, 其特征在于: 所述的阀 芯 (11) 设有多个输液瓶数标示 (25), 一个输液瓶数标示 (25) 到下一 个输液瓶数标示 (25) 的距离与一个导向定位孔 (17) 到下一个导向定位 孔 (17) 的距离相等, 首个输液瓶数标示 (25) 位于阀座 (10) 右端的旁 边, 下一个输液瓶数标示 (25) 位于首个输液瓶数标示 (25) 的右边。6.根据权利要求 1所述的手动多瓶输液装置, 其特征在于: 所述的阀 座 (10) 设有导轨 (26), 阀芯 (11) 设有导槽 (27), 导轨 (26) 与导槽(27) 动配合连接, 导槽 (27) 位于首个导向定位孔 (17) 的右边, 推手 (22) 位于阀芯 (11) 的右端。7.根据权利要求 6所述的手动多瓶输液装置, 其特征在于: 所述的导 槽 (27) 位于阀芯 (11) 的首个导向定位孔 (17) 到推手 (22) 之间, 右 密封圈 (20) 到首个导向定位孔 (17) 距离大于首个导向定位孔 (17) 到 推手 (22) 的距离, 以避免导槽 (27) 进入到右密封圈 (20) 的位置。8.根据权利要求 1所述的手动多瓶输液装置, 其特征在于: 所述的阀 座 (10) 对称设有两个弹性销 (21), 两个的弹性销 (21) 的中心线相同; 弹性销 (21) 动配合于阀座 (10) 的沉孔 (28) 内, 沉孔 (28) 与滑动型 腔 (12) 连通, 弹性销 (21) 设有弹簧 (29)。9.根据权利要求 1所述的手动多瓶输液装置, 其特征在于: 所述的阀 芯 11移动时, 阀座 10的弹性销 21由前一个导向定位孔 17滑入下一个导 向定位孔 17, 阀芯 11的导液孔 16由前一个输液接头 14的位置滑到下一 个输液接头 14的位置; 当阀芯 11被压入向左移动时, 阀芯 11的首个导 向定位孔 17离开阀座 10的弹性销 21, 弹性销 21弹入下一个导向定位孔10.—种根据权利要求 1 所述的手动多瓶输液装置的工作原理, 其特 征在于: 所述的手动多瓶输液装置的工作原理是: 工作时, 护士将手动换 药装置的每个的穿刺接头与每个的药液瓶连接; 输液的通道是: 首个药液 瓶的药液由首个的穿刺接头以及输液导管进入到阀座的首个的输液接头, 其药液由首个的输液接头经阀芯的导液孔以及对应出液口进入集液腔, 进 入集液腔的药液由阀座的出液接头以及出液导管进入输液器的滴斗, 经护 士排气后, 利用输液器对病人进行输液; 首个药液瓶的药液输完时, 由病 人或者陪同者用手握住阀座, 用掌心压阀芯的推手, 推阀芯移动, 使阀芯 的导液孔移动到下一个输液接头以及对应的出液口的位置, 改变输液的通 道, 下一个药液瓶的药液由下一个穿刺接头以及输液导管进入到阀座的下 一个的输液接头, 其药液由下一个的输液接头经阀芯的导液孔以及对应出 液口进入集液腔, 进入集液腔的药液由阀座的出液接头以及出液导管进入 输液器的滴斗; 下一个药液瓶的药液输完时, 由病人或者陪同人员重复上 述操作, 推阀芯移动, 使阀芯的导液孔移动到再下一个输液接头以及对应 的出液口的位置, 如此不断循环, 一瓶药液瓶的药液输完时, 由病人或者 陪同者利用手动换药装置改变输液通道, 将输液通道接到下一瓶的药液 瓶, 减少护士的工作量。
