本发明公开了一种干轴式双偏心蝶阀,包括阀体、阀板、上阀杆、下阀杆、分别套设在上阀杆和下阀杆上并保持之间密封的轴套以及分别与阀体固定连接并定位轴套的压套,所述轴套的内端与阀板相顶持并保持密封,所述的压套包括压环和压筒,所述的压环与阀体通过螺栓固定连接,所述的压筒与所述的轴套的外端相顶持。本发明的蝶阀,采用双偏心设计,有效减小了启动力矩,同时开启后阀板完全脱离密封面,有效提高了使用寿命,同时,采用轴套对阀杆密封的设计,在轴套与阀体间、轴套与阀杆间、轴套与阀板间分别设置密封圈,利用密封圈有效保证阀杆不与外部接触,提高了阀杆的耐腐蚀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,特别是涉及一种干轴式双偏心蝶阀。
背景技术
现在蝶阀广泛地运用在各种管路中,常规蝶阀阀轴与介质直接接触,且蝶板也为通孔,因此阀体和蝶板的轴孔经常出现锈蚀现象,影响水质。尤其是当输送介质具有腐蚀性时,如输送介质为海水等,因为海水有腐蚀性,对阀门内部的防腐要求非常高,常规的蝶阀阀轴与介质直接接触,阀轴经常出现生锈现象,长久使用就会发生转动不灵活,扭矩变大,甚至发生卡死现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,而提供一种干轴式双偏心蝶阀。
为实现本发明的目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种干轴式双偏心蝶阀,包括阀体、阀板、上阀杆、下阀杆、分别套设在上阀杆和下阀杆上并保持之间密封的轴套以及分别与阀体固定连接并定位轴套的压套,所述轴套的内端与阀板相顶持并保持密封,所述的压套包括压环和压筒,所述的压环与阀体通过螺栓固定连接,所述的压筒与所述的轴套的外端相顶持。
所述的阀体的上端和下端分别设置有允许所述的轴套内端插入的定位腔,所述的轴套内端面与阀体间设置有密封圈。
所述的轴套与阀体间,以及轴套和上阀杆或下阀杆间分别设置有密封圈。
所述的压筒与所述的阀体,以及压筒与上阀杆或下阀杆间分别设置有密封圈。
所述的上阀杆和下阀杆分别通过销钉与所述的阀板固定连接,
所述的阀板上设置有堆焊不锈钢层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的蝶阀,采用双偏心设计,有效减小了启动力矩,同时开启后阀板完全脱离密封面,有效提高了使用寿命,同时,采用轴套对阀杆密封的设计,在轴套与阀体间、轴套与阀杆间、轴套与阀板间分别设置密封圈,利用密封圈有效保证阀杆不与外部接触,提高了阀杆的耐腐蚀性,同时,因为采用压环固定轴套的方式,在使用中,通过配合调整上压套和下压套,可利用逐级的顶持调整阀板的上下位置,进一步控制开启力矩。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1和2所示,本发明的干轴式双偏心蝶阀包括阀体1、双偏心设计的阀板2、上阀杆3、下阀杆4、分别套设在上阀杆和下阀杆上并保持密封的轴套以及分别与阀体固定连接并定位轴套的压套,所述轴套的内端与阀板相顶持并保持密封,所述的压套包括压环和压筒,所述的压环与阀体通过螺栓固定连接,所述的压筒与所述的轴套的外端相顶持。所述的蝶阀为双偏心蝶阀,所述的阀板与阀体接触处设置有堆焊不锈钢层,所述的上阀杆和下阀杆分别通过销钉与所述的阀板固定连接。其中,需要说明的是,轴套包括分别与上阀杆和下阀杆对应的上轴套5和下轴套6,压套包括分别与阀体的阀颈顶部固定连接的上压套7和与阀体底部固定连接的下压套8。
本发明的蝶阀,采用双偏心设计,有效减小了启动力矩,同时开启后阀板完全脱离密封面,有效提高了使用寿命,同时,采用轴套对阀杆密封的设计,在轴套与阀体间、轴套与阀杆间、轴套与阀板间分别设置密封圈,利用密封圈有效保证阀杆不与外部接触,提高了阀杆的耐腐蚀性,同时,利用多级密封圈实现了阀腔内的密封,而且因为采用压环固定轴套的方式,在使用中,通过配合调整上压套和下压套与阀体的锁紧程度,即配合地旋松或者锁紧螺栓,可利用逐级的顶持调整阀板的上下位置,进一步控制开启力矩。
具体地说,所述的阀体上端和下端分别设置有允许所述的轴套内端插入的定位腔,所述的轴套内端面与阀体间设置有密封圈,所述的轴套与阀体和上阀杆或下阀杆间分别设置有密封圈,所述的压筒与所述的阀体和上阀杆或下阀杆间设置有密封圈,在设置密封圈时,在相应的部件上开设环凹槽即可,此处不再赘述。
采用多级密封圈式结构,逐级设计的密封圈对液体构成多级阻挡,整体结构简洁且能保证密封效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种干轴式双偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,包括阀体、阀板、上阀杆、下阀杆、分别套设在上阀杆和下阀杆上并保持之间密封的轴套以及分别与阀体固定连接并定位轴套的压套,所述轴套的内端与阀板相顶持并保持密封,所述的压套包括压环和压筒,所述的压环与阀体通过螺栓固定连接,所述的压筒与所述的轴套的外端相顶持。
2.如权利要求1所述的干轴式双偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的阀体的上端和下端分别设置有允许所述的轴套内端插入的定位腔,所述的轴套内端面与阀体间设置有密封圈。
3.如权利要求1所述的干轴式双偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的轴套与阀体间,以及轴套和上阀杆或下阀杆间分别设置有密封圈。
4.如权利要求1所述的干轴式双偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的压筒与所述的阀体,以及压筒与上阀杆或下阀杆间分别设置有密封圈。
5.如权利要求1所述的干轴式双偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的上阀杆和下阀杆分别通过销钉与所述的阀板固定连接,
