技术领域
本发明涉及一种井用潜水泵叶轮,特别是一种耐磨蚀性的潜水泵叶轮。
背景技术
目前,井用潜水泵的应用普及率非常广,一般适用于从深井提取地下水,也可用于河流、水库、水渠等提水工程。
潜水泵通过叶轮的高速旋转,使泵壳内的液体随着叶片一起旋转,在离心力的作用下,飞离叶轮向外射出,射出的液体在泵壳扩散室内速度逐渐变慢,压力逐渐增加,然后从泵出口,排出管流出。此时,叶轮下轮壳上的口环与装设在泵壳内的并与口环相匹配的导流部件产生极大的摩擦力,长年累月,导致叶轮磨损严重,产生旋转不稳定等问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决现有的井用潜水泵的叶轮上的口环容易磨损的技术问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:
本发明公开一种耐磨蚀性的潜水泵叶轮,包括上、下轮壳和叶片,所述叶片设在所述轮壳之间,在上部轮壳中间有用来与轮轴配合的轴孔,在下部轮壳下方设有一口环,所述口环外围一体成型有不锈钢耐磨环,所述不锈钢耐磨环向内有一圈翻边,所述翻边与口环的端部相匹配。
所述不锈钢耐磨环的内壁上设有若干与其垂直的凸面。
本发明可以达到的技术效果是:本发明的潜水泵叶轮,在口环上一体成型有不锈钢耐磨环,由于不锈钢的特性,使得被包裹在不锈钢耐磨环内的口环免受高速旋转带来的强摩擦力而导致磨损。

所述不锈钢耐磨环5的内壁上设有若干与其垂直的凸面。所述凸面在不锈钢耐磨环5与叶轮口环 4 一体成型时,能增加与口环4的接合牢固度。
综上所述,本发明的叶轮在口环处一体成型有不锈钢耐磨环5,确保叶轮避免高速转动带来的磨损。
