本发明公开了一种集无线射频器用于监测矿井中气体的传感器,包括气体传感器主体、感应台座、无线发射装置和检测装置;所述气体传感器主体安装在感应台座;所述气体传感器主体包括铂丝线圈、氧化铝载体、罩壳和反应保护管;所述氧化铝载体附着在铂丝线圈上;所述罩壳上有通气孔;所述反应保护管内有催化剂;所述气体传感器主体内部为空腔,并且与所述罩壳相连接;所述反应保护管位于所述传感器主体的空腔内;所述检测电桥与所述铂丝线圈间接相连;所述反应保护管开口为锥状结构。本发明结构简单,改善了产品工作性能,减少了由于无法正常工作而引起的矿井事故,可检测气体的种类多,工作灵敏度高。

技术领域
本发明属于工业物联网类,具体涉及一种集无线射频器用于监测矿井中气体的传感器。
背景技术
目前,矿井安全问题越来越引起人们的关注,其中因可燃气体爆炸引起的事故占据很大比率,因此气体传感器成为了矿井中不可缺少的检测工具,并且市场需求量大,目前市场上的用于检测矿井中的气体传感器种类繁多,但是灵敏度低,工作不可靠,能检测的气体种类受限,可能由于一点小小的错误而引发严重的后果,造成中的的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的产品灵敏度低,工作不可靠,能检测的气体种类受限的问题,而提供一种产品质量可靠、工作范围大、灵敏度高的气体传感器,而且本发明可以有效的防水,避免因进水而导致传感器无法正常工作。为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种集无线射频器用于监测矿井中气体的传感器。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种集无线射频器用于监测矿井中气体的传感器,包括气体传感器主体、感应台座、无线发射装置和检测装置;所述气体传感器主体安装在感应台座;所述气体传感器主体包括铂丝线圈、氧化铝载体、罩壳和反应保护管;所述氧化铝载体附着在铂丝线圈上;所述罩壳上有通气孔;所述反应保护管内有催化剂;所述气体传感器主体内部为空腔,并且与所述罩壳相连接;所述反应保护管位于所述传感器主体的空腔内;所述检测电桥与所述铂丝线圈间接相连;所述反应保护管开口为锥状结构。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述检测装置包括电源和检测电桥;所述电源和检测电桥安装在所述反应保护管内;所述电源分别与所述检测电桥和所述铂丝线圈相连接;所述罩壳与所述气体传感器主体相连接。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述无线发射装置包括无线射频器、无线发射天线;所述无线射频器安装在感应台座上;所述无线射频器分别与所述检测电桥和无线发射天线相连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明结构简单,改善了产品工作性能,减少了由于无法正常工作而引起的矿井事故,可检测气体的种类多,工作灵敏度高。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1、图2所示,一种集无线射频器3a用于监测矿井中气体的传感器,其特征在于:包括气体传感器主体1、感应台座2、无线发射装置3和检测装置5;所述气体传感器主体1安装在感应台座2;所述气体传感器主体1包括铂丝线圈1a、氧化铝载体1b、罩壳1c和反应保护管1d;所述氧化铝载体1b附着在铂丝线圈1a上;所述罩壳1c上有通气孔;所述反应保护管1d内有催化剂;所述气体传感器主体1内部为空腔,并且与所述罩壳1c相连接;所述反应保护管1d位于所述传感器主体的空腔内;所述检测电桥4b与所述铂丝线圈1a间接相连;所述反应保护管1d开口为锥状结构;所述检测装置5包括电源4a和检测电桥4b;所述电源4a和检测电桥4b安装在所述反应保护管1d内;所述电源4a分别与所述检测电桥4b和所述铂丝线圈1a相连接;所述罩壳1c与所述气体传感器主体1相连接;所述无线发射装置3包括无线射频器3a、无线发射天线3b;所述无线射频器3a安装在感应台座2上;所述无线射频器3a分别与所述检测电桥4b和无线发射天线3b相连接。在工作时,可燃气体通过罩壳1c上的小孔进入传感器主体内,电源4a为铂丝线圈1a提供电流,在催化剂的作用下气体会在铂丝线圈1a上发生反应,从而引起温度的变化,温度的变化将引起电阻值的变化,打破电桥的平衡,从而输出稳定的电流,接着无线射频器3a会将该信号放大后,通过无线发射天线3b发射出去,在整个工作过程中,罩壳1c和反应保护管1d的锥形就够起到双从防水的作用,保证传感器正常工作。本发明结构简单,改善了产品工作性能,减少了由于无法正常工作而引起的矿井事故,可检测气体的种类多,工作灵敏度高。
