一种易拆卸的LED闪动路障灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种路障灯,尤其是指一种易拆卸的LED闪动路障灯。
背景技术
在交通参与活动中,为了给过往车辆的司机以启示此地正在施工应慢行注意交通安全,以保证交通参与者的人身安全和防止施工工程被过往车辆损坏,在公路交通的施工现场通常都会设置路障灯。现有的路障灯包括灯壳、设于灯壳内部的LED灯珠和控制电路,然而这种路障灯存在的LED灯珠一经安装在外壳上后,一旦有LED灯珠损坏需更换时,难以拆卸下来,使得维修极其不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易拆卸的LED闪动路障灯,具有结构简单、易拆卸和稳定可靠的特点。
本发明的目的可采用以下技术方案来达到:
一种易拆卸的LED闪动路障灯,包括壳体、LED灯珠组件和控制电路,所述控制电路的输出端连接于LED灯珠组件的输入端;其特征在于:所述壳体的外表面上设有卡爪,所述卡爪内设有弧形空腔,所述LED灯珠组件卡扣于弧形空腔内,形成卡扣式的连接结构。
进一步地,所述LED灯珠组件包括容置体和LED灯珠,所述容置体设于环形凹槽内,LED灯珠设于容置空腔内,LED灯珠设于容置体内,其输入端连接于所述电路控制组件的输出端;所述容置体与LED灯珠密封连接。
进一下步地,所述容置体为空心橡胶管,所述LED灯珠嵌套于空心橡胶管内,且通过电线连接于控制电路的输出端,所述电线与空心橡胶管密封连接。
实施本发明,具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过在壳体的外表面设置卡爪结构,可快速且方便地将设于容置体的LED灯珠从外壳上拆卸下来或安装上去,只需手动向外拉动或向内按压即可实现拆卸或安装的目的,具有结构简单、易拆卸和稳定可靠的有益效果。

具体实施例1:
参见图1和图2,本实施例包括壳体1、LED灯珠组件2和控制电路,所述控制电路的输出端连接于LED灯珠组件2的输入端;其特征在于:所述壳体1的外表面上设有卡爪3,所述卡爪3内设有弧形空腔,所述LED灯珠组件卡扣于弧形空腔内,形成卡扣式的连接结构。
所述LED灯珠组件2包括容置体21和LED灯珠22,所述容置体22套设于设于弧形空腔内,LED灯珠22设于容置体21内,其输入端连接于所述电路控制组件的输出端;所述容置体21与LED灯珠密封连接。
述容置体21为空心橡胶管,所述LED灯珠22嵌套于空心橡胶管内,且通过电线连接于控制电路的输出端,所述电线与空心橡胶管密封连接。
所述空心橡胶管上开设有开口,所述LED灯珠22通过该开口嵌套在橡胶管内,且通过电线穿过开口连接于控制电路的输出端,所述电线与所述开口密封连接。
所述电线与所述开口采用胶水密封连接。

1.一种易拆卸的LED闪动路障灯,包括壳体、LED灯珠组件和控制电路,所述控制电路的输出端连接于LED灯珠组件的输入端;其特征在于:所述壳体的外表面上设有卡爪,所述卡爪内设有弧形空腔,所述LED灯珠组件卡扣于弧形空腔内,形成卡扣式的连接结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易拆卸的LED闪动路障灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯珠组件包括容置体和LED灯珠,所述容置体设于环形凹槽内,LED灯珠设于容置空腔内,LED灯珠设于容置体内,其输入端连接于所述电路控制组件的输出端;所述容置体与LED灯珠密封连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种易拆卸的LED闪动路障灯,其特征在于:所述容置体为空心橡胶管,所述LED灯珠嵌套于空心橡胶管内,且通过电线连接于控制电路的输出端,所述电线与空心橡胶管密封连接。
