本发明公开了一种用于圆柱磨浆机中的压紧机构，包括有玄武岩刀辊，玄武岩刀辊的两端面上分别贴合有进浆叶轮和出浆叶轮，进浆叶轮和出浆叶轮的外侧分别压装有压盖，所述压盖的外侧分别压装有空心的传动轴，两个传动轴内分别铰接有可左、右摆动的角型杆；所述压盖的外侧面上分别设有导向槽；所述传动轴内分别安装有气缸，气缸的活塞杆朝下且活塞杆端部铰接在对应角型杆的内端，角型杆的外端分别插入相应盖板上的导向槽中。本发明气缸气缸操纵角型杆左、右摆动，随着角型杆的作用摆动，角型杆的内端对相应的压盖具有不同的压紧力，以使用圆柱磨浆机不同的工作环境，压紧效果好。

背景技术：
圆柱磨浆所使用的刀辊为玄武岩刀辊，玄武岩刀辊的两端面分别压装有进浆叶轮和出浆叶轮，进浆叶轮与出浆叶轮再与主轴连接。这个结构用到将进浆叶轮、出浆叶轮和玄武岩刀辊压紧的机构，已有技术的机构存在夹紧不牢靠的缺陷。
发明内容：
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种用于圆柱磨浆机中的压紧机构，它具有压紧效果好的优点。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种用于圆柱磨浆机中的压紧机构，包括有玄武岩刀辊，玄武岩刀辊的两端面上分别贴合有进浆叶轮和出浆叶轮，其特征在于：进浆叶轮和出浆叶轮的外侧分别压装有压盖，所述压盖的外侧分别压装有空心的传动轴，两个传动轴内分别铰接有可左、右摆动的角型杆；所述压盖的外侧面上分别设有导向槽；所述传动轴内分别安装有气缸，气缸的活塞杆朝下且活塞杆端部铰接在对应角型杆的内端，角型杆的外端分别插入相应盖板上的导向槽中。
一种用于圆柱磨浆机中的压紧机构，其特征在于：所述角型杆的外端分别转动安装有导向轮，所述导向轮分别位于相应盖板上的导向槽中并与导向槽滚动配合。
本发明的优点是：
本发明利用气缸操纵角型杆左、右摆动，随着角型杆的左右摆动，角型杆的内端对相应的压盖具有不同的压紧力，以使用圆柱磨浆机不同的工作环境，压紧效果好。

角型杆6的外端分别转动安装有导向轮8，所述导向轮分别位于相应盖板上的导向槽中并与导向槽滚动配合。

1.一种用于圆柱磨浆机中的压紧机构，包括有玄武岩刀辊，玄武岩刀辊的两端面上分别贴合有进浆叶轮和出浆叶轮，其特征在于：进浆叶轮和出浆叶轮的外侧分别压装有压盖，所述压盖的外侧分别压装有空心的传动轴，两个传动轴内分别铰接有可左、右摆动的角型杆；所述压盖的外侧面上分别设有导向槽；所述传动轴内分别安装有气缸，气缸的活塞杆朝下且活塞杆端部铰接在对应角型杆的内端，角型杆的外端分别插入相应盖板上的导向槽中。
