圆柱磨浆机是由一个圆柱形刀辊和沿圆柱刀辊圆柱而分布的四把钉子到组成，它的原理是，要处理的浆料通过进口到达刀辊和定子之间的间隙，然后从出口排出。已有技术中，圆柱磨浆机所使用的刀辊为玄武岩刀辊，玄武岩刀辊的两端面分别压装有进浆叶轮和出浆叶轮，然后，进浆叶轮与出浆叶轮再与主轴连接。这个结构用到将进浆叶轮、出浆叶轮和玄武岩刀辊压紧的机构，已有技术的机构存在夹紧不牢靠的缺陷。

一种用于圆柱磨浆机的玄武岩刀辊装配机构，包括有玄武岩刀辊，玄武岩刀辊的两端面上分别贴合有进浆叶轮和出浆叶轮，其特征在于：进浆叶轮和出浆叶轮的外侧分别压装有压盖，所述压盖的外侧分别压装有空心的传动轴；压盖的外端面上固定有压杆，压杆外端伸入对应的传动轴中；压杆的下表面上设有齿槽，空心轴内还滑动配合有可左右移动的下齿条，压杆和下齿条之间啮合传动有传动轮，所述传动轮上侧与压杆上的齿槽啮合传动，下侧与下齿条啮合传动。
一种用于圆柱磨浆机的玄武岩刀辊装配机构，其特征在于：所述空心轴的内侧壁上开有导槽，所述下齿条与导槽滑动配合，空心轴内安装有气缸，气缸的活塞杆铰接在下齿条一端。
所述两个传动轴内分别横置有短轴，所述传动轮套装在对应的短轴上。
本发明中，通过气缸推动下齿条在空心轴内滑动，进而带动传动轮转动，通过传动轮和压杆上齿槽的啮合传动作用，实现将压杆紧压在压盖上，最终实现了进浆叶轮和出浆叶轮紧压在玄武岩刀辊上的目的。
本发明的优点是：
本发明结构设计巧妙，通过向传动轮与压杆上齿槽以及下齿条之间的啮合关系，通过压杆紧压压盖最终实现进浆叶轮和出浆叶轮紧压在玄武岩刀辊上的目的。

所述空心轴的内侧壁上开有导槽，所述下齿条7与导槽滑动配合，空心轴内安装有气缸9，气缸9的活塞杆铰接在下齿条7一端。
