Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a glass fiber composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing 25 parts by weight of glass fiber mineral powder, 3 parts by weight of AES (acrylonitrile-EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer)-styrene) resin, 4 parts by weight of modified polyacrylate, 2 parts by weight of EPDM, 1 part by weight of pentaerythrite tetra[beta-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate], 3 parts by weight of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and 2 parts by weight of ethylene bis-stearamide, and melt-drawing the mixture to prepare glass fibers; 2) uniformly mixing 6 parts by weight of ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer) resin and 8 parts by weight of PP (polypropylene) resin, and spinning the mixture to form polymer fibers; 3) weaving the glass fibers and the polymer fibers together, thus obtaining the glass fiber composite material. The prepared glass fiber composite material has good acid-base resistance and rigidity and is resistant to aging and oxidation.
