本发明公开了一种质轻保温一体化加气砌块,其原料各组分按重量份计:水100份、粉煤灰20-45份、石膏20-30份、硅砂25-30份、木屑15-20份、蛭石10-14份、发泡剂2-7份。本发明提供的质轻保温一体化加气砌块,容重为400-800公斤/立方米,其导热系数通常介于0.04-0.07千卡/米*时*度之间,仅为黏土砖导热系数的1/4-1/5,为普通水泥混凝土的1/5-1/10,在北方采用24厘米厚的加气混凝土砌块墙体。其保温效果相当于49厘米厚的砖墙。本发明采用少的原料达到强的效果,真正作到了低碳、节能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温砌块,属于建筑材料领域。
背景技术
砌块是砌筑用的人造块材,是一种新型墙体材料,外形多为直角六面体,也有各种异型体砌块。砌块系列中主要规格的长度、宽度、或高度有一项或一项以上分别超过365mm、240mm或115mm,但砌块高度一般不大于长度或宽度的6倍,长度不超过高度的3倍。目前,市场上的保温砌块丰富多样,但根本原理都是在砌块中注入保温材料,如保温砂浆等。随着人们对环境保护的意识的提高,节能减排成了生产中的重要因素。目前的保温砌块,原料成本高,不利于节能减排。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种质轻保温一体化加气砌块。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种质轻保温一体化加气砌块,其原料各组分按重量份计:水100份、粉煤灰20-45份、石膏20-30份、硅砂25-30份、木屑15-20份、蛭石10-14份、发泡剂2-7份。
作为优选方案,上述的质轻保温一体化加气砌块,其原料各组分按重量份计:水100份、粉煤灰40份、石膏30份、硅砂27份、木屑16.5份、蛭石13份、发泡剂5份。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的质轻保温一体化加气砌块,容重为400-800公斤/立方米,其导热系数通常介于0.04-0.07千卡/米*时*度之间,仅为为黏土砖导热系数的1/4-1/5,为普通水泥混凝土的1/5-1/10,在北方采用24厘米厚的加气混凝土砌块墙体。其保温效果相当于49厘米厚的砖墙。本发明采用少的原料达到强的效果,真正作到了低碳、节能。
