技术领域
本发明涉及一种混凝土隔离剂。
背景技术
混凝土浇筑成型后，如果与模板之间结合紧密，拆模板的时候会造成模板损坏或混凝土表面脱落的想象，模板隔离剂就是使模板不跟混凝土粘在一起，防止拆模时对两者的损坏，方便把模板拆卸下来。国内各混凝土预制工厂采用的隔离剂大体有肥皂、废机油、柴油、松香汽油溶液和石蜡等。在效果上就是在使用上存在这样或那样的问题，同时污染了环境。人们正在积极研发一种高效的隔离剂。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明要解决的技术问题是，提供一种混凝土隔离剂，不沾黏，隔离效果好，同时油膜厚，能够很好的满足需要。
为解决现有技术的不足，本发明采取的技术方案是：一种混凝土隔离剂，由以下重量份数的原料制成：
硬脂酸6-10份，氯化钠5-10份，硫酸铝钾5-10份，乙二醇4-8份，亚硝酸钠3-7份，聚氧化乙烯5-10份，4-对苯基苯酚6-10份，碳酸氢钙7-11份，凹凸棒粉6-9份，滑石粉4-9份，生石灰3-8份，硫铝酸钙2-8份，矿渣粉4-11份。
本发明的有益效果是，本发明的混凝土隔离剂，不沾黏，隔离效果好，同时油膜厚，能够很好的满足需要。

一种混凝土隔离剂，由以下重量份数的原料制成：

硬脂酸6-10份，氯化钠5-10份，硫酸铝钾5-10份，乙二醇4-8份，亚硝酸钠3-7份，聚氧化乙烯5-10份，4-对苯基苯酚6-10份，碳酸氢钙7-11份，凹凸棒粉6-9份，滑石粉4-9份，生石灰3-8份，硫铝酸钙2-8份，矿渣粉4-11份。
