Abstract

本发明公开了一种绞股蓝薰衣草保健活性炭过滤材料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:椰壳活性炭135-145、黄豆秸秆30-35、苹果渣12-15、乳酸锌2.5-4、甘氨酸锌1-2、蜂蜜粉3-4、绞股蓝草13-15、薰衣草6-9、二氧化锰4-5、菠萝皮渣10-13、纳米海泡石12-15、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;本发明通过将苹果渣、菠萝皮渣、海泡石粉等经过处理加入活性炭中,增加了活性炭过滤材料的吸附过滤效果,再配合添加具有多种孔道结构和大的比表面积的吸附助剂,提高了吸附效率,最后加入具有保健作用的绞股蓝、薰衣草,使得在保持吸附效果的前提下,具有一定的保健效果,适合制作室内空调过滤网等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤材料及其制备方法,特别是一种绞股蓝薰衣草保健活性炭过滤材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在环境大气污染十分严重,雾霾天气给人们带来了极大的危害,空气吸附过滤材料能将空气的各种有害颗粒物,如PM2.5吸附,防止进入人们的生活或工作环境,减少人体肺部对颗粒物等有害物质的吸入,提高人们的生活质量,减少疾病的发生。高比表面积活性炭具有多孔结构,能吸附各种有机物和无机物,具有吸附容量大、吸附速度快的特点,是一种优质的高效吸附剂,广泛用于食品工业、化学工业和环境保护等各个领域。目前,改善室内空气品质的主要手段是通过空调机、空气净化机等空气净化设备对有害物质进行吸附、催化分解、过滤、抗菌、温湿度调控等,但是,随着人们生活水平的日渐提高,人们对起居室、办公室、公共场所环境的要求越来越高,在要求空气净化设备的制冷制热、改善空气质量作用的同时,开始要求更高的附加效果,如医疗保健作用等。
绞股蓝,为多年生草质藤木,又称天堂草、福音草、超人参、公罗锅底、遍地生根、七叶胆、五叶参和七叶参等。生长在南方的绞股蓝药用含量比较高,民间称其为神奇的“不老长寿药草”, 味苦;微甘;性凉,具有益气健脾,化痰止咳,清热解毒的功效。薰衣草具有镇静、催眠、抗菌等保健功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种绞股蓝薰衣草保健活性炭过滤材料及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种绞股蓝薰衣草保健活性炭过滤材料,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:椰壳活性炭135-145、黄豆秸秆30-35、苹果渣12-15、乳酸锌2.5-4、甘氨酸锌1-2、蜂蜜粉3-4、绞股蓝草13-15、薰衣草6-9、二氧化锰4-5、菠萝皮渣10-13、纳米海泡石12-15、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:稻壳9-12、茶籽壳8-11、二氧化硅12-14、活性氧化铝6-8、竹纤维1-2、粉碎棕榈纤维2-3、柠檬酸铁1-2、桃胶粉2-3;制备方法是将稻壳、茶籽壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、桃胶粉之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维、桃胶粉以及纯水研磨1-2小时,最后喷雾干燥即得。

(1)将黄豆秸秆、苹果渣、菠萝皮渣在95℃-115℃的条件下烘干1.5-2小时,粉碎成60-80目混合粉末1待用;
(2)将绞股蓝草、薰衣草在40-60℃条件下干燥2-3小时后粉碎成100-120目的粉末与蜂蜜粉混合,形成混合粉末2备用;
(3)将二氧化锰、纳米海泡石中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后与混合粉末1混合后,加入除椰壳活性炭、吸附助剂之外的其余剩余成分,加热至40℃-60℃,保温并不断搅拌1.5-2小时,得到混合浆料待用;
(4)将椰壳活性炭粉碎与混合浆料混合均匀,置于马弗炉中在400℃~450℃下,活化65~90分钟,冷却后粉碎成100-120目粉末,与吸附助剂、混合粉末2混合均匀即得过滤材料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过将苹果渣、菠萝皮渣、海泡石粉等经过处理加入活性炭中,增加了活性炭过滤材料的吸附过滤效果,再配合添加具有多种孔道结构和大的比表面积的吸附助剂,提高了吸附效率,最后加入具有保健作用的绞股蓝、薰衣草,使得在保持吸附效果的前提下,具有一定的保健效果,适合制作室内空调过滤网等。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种绞股蓝薰衣草保健活性炭过滤材料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:椰壳活性炭135、黄豆秸秆30、苹果渣12、乳酸锌2.5、甘氨酸锌1、蜂蜜粉3、绞股蓝草13、薰衣草6、二氧化锰4、菠萝皮渣10、纳米海泡石12、吸附助剂4、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:稻壳9、茶籽壳8、二氧化硅12、活性氧化铝6、竹纤维1、粉碎棕榈纤维2、柠檬酸铁1、桃胶粉2;制备方法是将稻壳、茶籽壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、桃胶粉之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维、桃胶粉以及纯水研磨1-2小时,最后喷雾干燥即得。

利用本发明过滤材料制得的滤网进行性能测试,主要技术参数为:废气净化处理装置的技术指标为:捕获的粉尘颗粒最小粒径范围0.5-10μm;捕集微尘效率≥99%;经过4小时的作用,甲醛浓度下降85.4%。

Claims (2)

1.一种绞股蓝薰衣草保健活性炭过滤材料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:椰壳活性炭135-145、黄豆秸秆30-35、苹果渣12-15、乳酸锌2.5-4、甘氨酸锌1-2、蜂蜜粉3-4、绞股蓝草13-15、薰衣草6-9、二氧化锰4-5、菠萝皮渣10-13、纳米海泡石12-15、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:稻壳9-12、茶籽壳8-11、二氧化硅12-14、活性氧化铝6-8、竹纤维1-2、粉碎棕榈纤维2-3、柠檬酸铁1-2、桃胶粉2-3;制备方法是将稻壳、茶籽壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、桃胶粉之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维、桃胶粉以及纯水研磨1-2小时,最后喷雾干燥即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种绞股蓝薰衣草保健活性炭过滤材料,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将黄豆秸秆、苹果渣、菠萝皮渣在95℃-115℃的条件下烘干1.5-2小时,粉碎成60-80目混合粉末1待用;
(2)将绞股蓝草、薰衣草在40-60℃条件下干燥2-3小时后粉碎成100-120目的粉末与蜂蜜粉混合,形成混合粉末2备用;
(3)将二氧化锰、纳米海泡石中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后与混合粉末1混合后,加入除椰壳活性炭、吸附助剂之外的其余剩余成分,加热至40℃-60℃,保温并不断搅拌1.5-2小时,得到混合浆料待用;
(4)将椰壳活性炭粉碎与混合浆料混合均匀,置于马弗炉中在400℃~450℃下,活化65~90分钟,冷却后粉碎成100-120目粉末,与吸附助剂、混合粉末2混合均匀即得过滤材料。
