本发明公开了一种治疗面部神经麻痹的中药，它是采用以下原料及质量配比：白芷12-24；全蝎12-18；川芎8-20；荆芥穗8-20；防风7-15；白芨6-15；白僵蚕18-20；白附子20-25。本发明通过把具有化血化瘀，祛风化痰通络功效的中药有效地搭配在一起，进行调理而达到治疗面部神经麻痹的目的。本配方药材易得，制备方法简单，治疗效果较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药配方，具体是一种治疗面部神经麻痹的中药汤剂。
背景技术
面部神经麻痹又叫面瘫，该病起病急骤，其表现为口眼歪斜、言语不清、口角流涎等，中医称之为中风。现代医学认为该病是由于脑血管阻塞、面部血液循环不畅、患部神经传导失调所致。
目前治疗面瘫的方法主要有药物治疗和针灸按摩治疗等。其中药物治疗多采用的是维生素类药物、血管扩张药物，甚至也有使用激素来治疗的，治疗费用较高且治疗的效果不是很理想。采用针灸按摩治疗方案的通常都需要长期坚持治疗，患者往往在频繁外出治疗时遭受精神上的压力，加上经常外出也易受风寒，加重病情，患者往往不乐意接受。
发明内容
  本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗面部神经麻痹的中药汤剂。
  本发明的技术方案是：治疗面部神经麻痹的中药，其配方是以下原料及质量配比：
白芷12—24：全蝎12一18：川芎8—20：荆芥穗8—20：防风7一15：白芨6一15：白僵蚕18—20：白附子20—25。
    治疗面部神经麻痹的中药，其配方的最佳质量配比：白芷18：全蝎15：川芎20：荆芥穗18：防风11：白芨6：白僵蚕20：白附子22。
 治疗面部神经麻痹的中药制备方法是：将原料按以下质量配比：白芷12—24：全蝎12一18：川芎8—20：荆芥穗8—20：防风7一15：白芨6一15：白僵蚕18—20：白附子20—25放入煎药器具内，加入饮用水，加入的水量以能浸过药面2—4cm为宜，浸泡20—30min，然后用大火将其煮沸，再用文火煎熬；煎熬20—30min后停止，每剂药煎至250—350ml，滤去药渣，取汤剂即可。

  其中：白芷，为伞形科植物白芷的干燥根。性味：辛温；归经：入肺、胃经。功能：发表散风。消肿止痛。主治：感冒头痛，鼻塞痈肿疮疡。(《中药大全》153页，1998年版，黑龙江科学技术出版社)。
 全蝎，为钳蝎科动物钳蝎的干燥全虫。性咸辛，平，有毒；祛风，止痉，通络，解毒。(《中药大辞典》933—935页，上海科学技术出版社)。
 川芎，为伞形科植物川芎的根茎。行气开郁，祛风燥湿，活血止痛。《中药大辞典》220—22l页，上海科学技术出版社)。
 荆芥穗，为唇形科植物荆芥的的干燥花穗。性味：辛温；归经：入肺、肝经。功能：发汗解表，散瘀止血；主治：外感风寒。(《中药大全》，16l页，1998年版，黑龙江科学出版社)。
 防风，为伞形科植物防风的根。性辛甘、温；发表，祛风，胜湿，止痛。治外感风寒，头痛，目眩，风寒湿痹。(《中药大辞典》985—986页，上海科学技术出版社)。
  白芨，为兰科多年生草本植物白及的干燥块茎。性味：辛、苦、微寒。归经：入肺、胃、肾经。功能：化瘀止血，补肺生肌。主治：咳血、吐血，外敷痈肿，烫伤，皮肤燥裂。《中药大全》，516页，1998年版，黑龙江科学出版社)。
 白僵蚕，为蚕蛾科昆虫家蚕感染白僵菌后发病致死的干燥虫体。炮制：麸炒用。性味：辛、咸、平。归经：入肺、肝经。功能：镇惊，祛风，化痰，散结。主治：中风抽搐，惊痫，头痛，风痰，瘰疬，咽喉肿痛症。《中药大全》，688页，1998年版，黑龙江科学出版社)。
  白附子，为天南星科多年生草本植物独角莲搓去外皮的干燥块茎。性味：辛、甘、大温。归经：入胃经。功能：去风痰，镇痉。主治：中风痰壅，口眼歪斜，偏正头痛，破伤风等症。《中药大全》，774页，1998年版，黑龙江科学出版社)。
具体实施方式
 李某，患有面瘫，表现为抬眉时嘴角上错、闭眼时牵动嘴角、鼓嘴时眼小，鼻唇沟浅，面部僵硬、流泪等。
 服用本发明的中药，将原料按以下质量配比：白芷18g：全蝎15g：川芎20g：荆芥穗18g：防风11g：白芨6g：白僵蚕20g：白附子22g放入煎药器具内，加入饮用水，加入的水量以能浸过药面2cm为宜，浸泡25min，然后用大火将其煮沸，再用文火煎熬；煎熬20min后
停止，每剂药煎至250ml，滤去药渣，取汤剂即可。
 服用方法：取头煎、二煎两次的汤剂混合分三次服用，每日一剂。
 注意事项：注意保持良好的心情，保证充足的睡眠，并适当进行体育运动，增强机体免疫力。
 服用7日为一个疗程，服用5个疗程后患部基本正常，仅笑时口角稍向健侧歪斜，或皱眉时额纹比健侧浅，巩固服用3个疗程后患部恢复正常。
